Brandon Pettigrew TE | DET
Lions' Brandon Pettigrew: Exits Sunday's game
Pettigrew left Sunday's loss to the Rams with a knee injury, mlive.com reports.
Prior to his exit, Pettigrew caught just one pass for seven yards, with fellow TE Eric Ebron chipping in three catches for 27 yards in the contest.

Zach Ertz TE | WAS
Eagles' Zach Ertz: Active Sunday
Ertz (hip) is active for Sunday's game against the Bills.
The hip injury didn't prevent Ertz from practicing all week, so he's expected to be on tap for a normal workload Sunday. Even so, Ertz only caught two passes and his first touchdown of the season last week against the Patriots in his return from a concussion, which speaks to the lack of impact he's made in the passing game. He's failed to record more than seven catches or accrue more than 70 receiving yards in any contest this season.

Travis Kelce TE | KC
Chiefs' Travis Kelce: Playing through minor groin ailment Sunday
Kelce (groin) is active Sunday against the Chargers.
Kelce practiced in full each day this week, so the injury was never expected to force him out of game action. What's more concerning is that the tight end logged season-lows in both snap count (48) and targets (three) Week 13 against a weak Raiders pass defense. He'll look to bounce back Sunday afternoon against the league's No. 21-ranked unit against the pass (246 yards allowed/game).

Blake Bell TE | KC
49ers' Blake Bell: Set to start at tight end
Bell's teammate Vance McDonald (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns, Cam Inman of the San Jose Mercury News reports.
Primarily a quarterback (and red-zone running specialist) until his final season at the University of Oklahoma, Bell was selected by the 49ers in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He hasn't drawn enough targets to make any meaningful conclusions, but there's little question that he's an excellent athlete, and the 49ers don't exactly have a deep receiving corps. Of course, with Vance McDonald sidelined by a concussion, there's a decent chance Bell's promotion will only last one week.

MyCole Pruitt TE | PIT
Vikings' Mycole Pruitt: Season-high 36 yards receiving
Pruitt had two receptions for a season-high 36 yards in Thursday's loss to Arizona.
Pruitt has had a catch in seven of the last eight games as he's become a consistent part of the offense as the third tight end. However, he hasn't had more than three targets in any game which limits his fantasy value.

Andrew Quarless TE | DET
Packers' Andrew Quarless: Progressing in practice this week
Quarless (knee) continued to participate in practice this week, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. After Wednesday's practice, Quarless said, "I'm practicing hard. Practice this week has been going real good, a lot better than last week. It's definitely something to look forward to."
Quarless wasn't listed on the Packers' injury report to start the week, as he remains on the IR/designated-to-return list, but his comments seem to indicate that he could be activated in advance of Sunday's game against the Cowboys. If the Packers can't warrant the roster spot on game day, though, he'll have one more week to prove that he can play again this season.
-
Dwayne Allen TE | NE
Colts' Dwayne Allen: Records one catch against Steelers
Allen pulled in his lone target of the game for a six-yard reception in Sunday's loss to the Steelers.
After recording more targets than his counterpart, Coby Fleener, for just the second time of the season in Week 12's victory over Tampa Bay, Allen returned to the role of Robin on Sunday against Pittsburgh. Allen wasn't a prolific receiver in 2014 either, never hauling in more than four passes in a game, but he remained a fantasy threat by posting eight touchdowns. Allen hasn't found the end zone since Week 1 of this season, thus eliminating his fantasy value.

Larry Donnell TE | BAL
Giants' Larry Donnell: Placed on season-ending IR
Donnell (neck) has been placed on season-ending injured reserve, Dan Graziano of ESPN.com reports.
Donnell strongly hinted at this outcome two weeks ago when an MRI revealed that the problem with his neck is worse than initially believed. He should have time to recover before training camp, but the Giants will have to make do with Will Tye and Jerome Cunningham for the rest of the season. It won't be surprising if the team prioritizes the tight end position this offseason, as the lead-footed Donnell isn't much of a threat outside of the red zone, and Tye has been very inconsistent.
-
Konrad Reuland TE | IND
Ravens' Konrad Reuland: Signed Tuesday afternoon
Reuland was signed by the Ravens on Tuesday.
With Baltimore's top three tight ends either injured or suspended, Reuland and Richard Gordon were both added to the roster Tuesday afternoon. It's unlikely either has a major role in Week 14, as the team expects Maxx Williams (concussion) and/or Crockett Gillmore (back) to be ready.

Travis Kelce TE | KC
Chiefs' Travis Kelce: Has quiet Sunday
Kelce finished Sunday's game against the Raiders with just two grabs for 42 yards on three targets.
Kelce remains one of the top targets in the Chiefs' passing game, but he didn't get to take advantage of the lackluster Oakland defense, with most of the targets heading Jeremy Maclin's way. The Chiefs have some great matchups down the stretch, making Kelce a prime fantasy option heading into the playoffs.
