  • Gerald Everett TE | CHI

Chargers' Gerald Everett: High involvement in loss

Everett caught five of his eight targets for 39 yards in Sunday's 24-7 loss to the Broncos.

Everett finished second on the team in targets, trailing only star receiver Keenan Allen, and recorded his third straight game with at least four receptions and 35 or more receiving yards. The 29-year-old continued to receive the bulk of tight-end work with 31 more snaps than Donald Parham and was a safety outlet with four targets from both quarterback Justin Herbert before exiting the outing (toe), and backup Easton Stick who replaced him. The veteran tight end will likely continue to see opportunities with Stick set to start Thursday against Las Vegas.

  • Seahawks' Colby Parkinson: Finds end zone against 49ers

Parkinson caught both of his targets for 28 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-16 loss to the 49ers.

Parkinson's touchdown was his first of the season, as the veteran tight end hasn't played a significant role in Seattle's offensive attack in 2023 behind starter Noah Fant. Through 13 weeks, Parkinson has totaled just 16 catches on 22 targets for 178 yards. With such limited opportunities in the Seahawks' scheme, the 24-year-old should not be trusted for fantasy purposes when the Seahawks host the Eagles in Week 15.

  • Irv Smith TE | HOU

Bengals' Irv Smith: Not targeted in win

Smith failed to draw a single target in Sunday's 34-14 win over the Colts.

Smith played just eight of the Bengals 60 offensive snaps Sunday, behind fellow tight ends Drew Sample (40), Mitchell Wilcox (22) and Tanner Hudson (14). The veteran's 12 percent snap share was his lowest of the season, and he was held without a target for the second straight week. Smith remains far off the fantasy radar as the Bengals are set to host the Vikings in Week 15.

  • Jelani Woods TE | NYJ

Colts' Jelani Woods: Season likely over

Colts head coach Shane Steichen said Tuesday that he's not expecting Woods (hamstring) to return from injured reserve this season, Nate Atkins of The Indianapolis Star reports.

As a rookie last season, Woods was part of the Colts' three-headed committee at tight end, finishing the campaign with 25 catches for 312 yards and three touchdowns on 40 targets in 15 games. He was expected to stake a claim to a larger share of the snaps at tight end in his second season, but he's struggled to move past a hamstring injury that first cropped up during OTAs in the spring. He's suffered multiple setbacks in his recovery in the ensuing months and now looks set to have his sophomore season wiped out entirely. The Colts have continued to take a committee approach at tight end in 2023, with none of Kylen Granson, Drew Ogletree, Will Mallory or Mo Alie-Cox having cleared a 65 percent snap share in any game.

  • Adam Trautman TE | DEN

Broncos' Adam Trautman: Hits pay dirt against Chargers

Trautman secured two of three targets for 19 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-7 win over the Chargers.

The veteran tight end played 69 percent of the Broncos' offensive snaps in the contest, yet he continued to be just minimally involved in Denver's scheme as a receiver. Trautman's touchdown came on a 10-yard pass late in the fourth quarter, putting the game out of reach. The score was Trautman's third of the 2023 campaign, marking a career high in touchdowns for a season. With that said, the 26-year-old remains untrustworthy for fantasy purposes heading into a Week 15 matchup against the Lions.

  • Julian Hill TE | NE

Dolphins' Julian Hill: Held without a catch

Hill was not targeted during Monday's 28-27 loss to the Titans.

Hill played just 19 percent of snaps during Monday's loss, a notable regression given that he handled 30-plus percent of snaps in his last three appearances. It's possible that Tyreek Hill (ankle) being less than 100 percent led Miami to rely on veteran Durham Smythe more on offense. In any case, the depth tight end remains off the fantasy radar heading into a key Week 15 divisional matchup against the Jets.

  • Durham Smythe TE | BAL

Dolphins' Durham Smythe: Another quiet performance

Smythe secured two of three targets for 16 yards during Monday's 28-27 loss to the Titans.

Smythe handled a substantially larger role than rookie Julian Hill in Monday's loss, a gap that had narrowed over the past three games, but he couldn't notch notable fantasy production with the increased opportunities. Pending the status of top wideout Tyreek Hill (ankle) for Sunday's game against the Jets, it's possible Smythe could get a chance to factor into the gameplan more as a pass catcher.

  • Giants' Daniel Bellinger: Nabs two caches in Week 14 win

Bellinger caught both of his targets for 15 yards Monday in a 24-22 win over the Packers.

Bellinger saw modest opportunity in the contest, but he still finished third on the Giants in receiving yards. The second-year tight end continues to fill in for the injured Darren Waller (hamstring, IR), though Bellinger hasn't come close to matching Waller's pass-catching prowess, as he hasn't surpassed three receptions in any game so far this season. Waller ran routes on the field earlier this week, and if he is able to return to the action before the end of the campaign, Bellinger's opportunities as a receiver would logically shrink.

  • Tucker Kraft TE | GB

Packers' Tucker Kraft: Career-high yardage total in loss

Kraft brought in all four targets for 64 yards in the Packers' 24-22 loss to the Giants on Monday night.

The rookie came up with the longest reception of the night for either team, recording a 43-yard catch with just under nine minutes remaining in the game to jump start a drive that culminated in a Packers field goal. Kraft's reception and receiving yardage totals were both new career bests, and he'll therefore head into a Week 15 home matchup against the Buccaneers as an emerging fantasy option at a challenging position.

  • Titans' Chigoziem Okonkwo: Racks up 46 yards

Okonkwo recorded five receptions (on six targets) for 46 yards in Monday's 28-27 win over Miami.

Okonkwo continued to see significant involvement in the Tennessee offense, as he now has at least five targets in five of seven games since Will Levis took over as the team's quarterback. Both his longest and most impactful reception came just prior to the two-minute warning in the fourth quarter, when he gained 16 yards to set up Derrick Henry for the game-winning score. Okonkwo now has topped 40 receiving yards in three consecutive games after failing to do so in any of Tennessee's first 10 matchups of the year.
