  • Kylen Granson TE | TEN

Colts' Kylen Granson: No receptions in win

Granson failed to haul in his lone target in Sunday's 27-20 win over Tampa Bay.

Granson played on 31 of the offense's 73 snaps, which was second among Indianapolis tight ends (27 snaps for Will Mallory and 34 for Mo Alie-Cox). However, Mallory (two) and Alie-Cox (one) recorded receptions. No tight end in Indianapolis has much fantasy value given how rarely they are utilized in the passing offense and how the targets are often divided among three or four options. Granson has just one reception in his last three games.

  • Will Mallory TE | IND

Colts' Will Mallory: Gets start at TE

Mallory started at tight end and had two receptions for 29 yards on three targets in Sunday's 27-20 win over Tampa Bay.

Mallory was a surprise starter since he's been inactive most weeks. He led the Indy tight ends in routes run (21 routes to Kylen Granson's 16 and Mo Alie-Cox's 13), though he was third at the position in scrimmage snaps (27 snaps to 34 for Alie-Cox and 31 for Granson). No tight end in Indianapolis has much fantasy value given how rarely they are utilized in the passing offense and how the targets are split three ways, but it's worth monitoring whether Mallory's increased usage is a trend.

  • Charlie Kolar TE | LAC

Ravens' Charlie Kolar: No targets against Chargers

Kolar wasn't targeted on 19 snaps in Sunday's 20-10 win over the Chargers.

There was some debate in fantasy circles as to whether it would be Kolar or Isaiah Likely as the next man up following Mark Andrews' ankle injury. Likely appears to be emphatically ahead of Kolar as it stands, as the former played 73 percent of the snaps and recorded four receptions for 40 yards on six targets Sunday. Kolar has some utility as a blocker, and his collegiate production points to him having useful pass-catching ability, but Likely is clearly a hurdle to him getting on the mainstream fantasy radar. The Ravens will be on a bye before their Week 14 matchup with the Rams.

  • Packers' Luke Musgrave: Uncertain for remainder of 2023

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said Monday that he doesn't know if Musgrave (abdomen) will be able to play again this season, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports.

Musgrave isn't eligible to return from injured reserve until Week 16, but he appears to be at risk of missing the final seven contests of his rookie season due to a lacerated kidney. While Josiah Deguara (hip) and Musgrave were out for the Packers' Week 12 win over the Lions, rookie Tucker Kraft started at tight end and played 96 percent of the offensive snaps while finishing with two catches for 15 yards and one touchdown. Kraft should be in line for an expanded role moving forward.

  • Steelers' Connor Heyward: Catches two passes

Heyward secured both of his targets for 11 yards during the Steelers' 16-10 win over Cincinnati on Sunday.

The Steelers had their best game of the season offensively during Sunday's win after offensive coordinator Matt Canada was recently fired, and starting tight end Pat Freiermuth benefited by securing nine of 11 targets for 120 yards. Although Heyward had multiple catches for the sixth time in his last seven appearances, he was unable to rack up many yards and doesn't have much upside now that Freiermuth is back to full health.

  • Jake Ferguson TE | DAL

Cowboys' Jake Ferguson: Just one catch in Thanksgiving win

Ferguson caught one of three targets for 35 yards in a 45-10 rout of the Commanders on Thursday.

His big gain opened the Cowboys' first scoring drive of the afternoon and seemed to signal a productive game was coming for Ferguson, but Dak Prescott wound up spreading the ball around and connecting with 10 different receivers in total. Ferguson's three targets were his lowest volume since the team's Week 7 bye, and he's posted a 19-231-3 line on 29 targets during that five-game stretch as he solidifies his chemistry with Prescott. The tight end might have trouble getting into the end zone again in Week 13 against a Seahawks defense that's given up only one touchdown to a TE all season.

  • Luke Farrell TE | SF

Jaguars' Luke Farrell: Totals career-high 55 yards

Farrell caught three of five targets for 55 yards during Sunday's 24-21 win versus the Texans.

The 26-year-old has been an afterthought in the Jaguars' passing attack all year with just seven targets through the first 10 games, but he was significantly more involved Sunday. Farrell has set career highs with 10 catches and 111 yards this season, but he's not close to being on the fantasy radar.

  • Mike Gesicki TE | CIN

Patriots' Mike Gesicki: Logs two targets Sunday

Gesicki did not record a catch on two targets during Sunday's 10-7 loss to the Giants.

In a game in which no New England tight end caught a pass, Gesicki was on the field for 18 of a possible 68 snaps on offense Sunday, per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com. As this coming weekend's game against the Chargers approaches, Gesicki profiles as a fantasy dart in Week 13.

  • Hunter Henry TE | NE

Patriots' Hunter Henry: No targets versus Giants

Henry wasn't targeted while playing 46 of 68 snaps on offense in Sunday's 10-7 loss to the Giants.

Over his two previous games, Henry recorded a combined seven catches on 11 targets, but none of the Patriots tight ends caught a pass Sunday in a contest marked by the struggles of quarterbacks Mac Jones and Bailey Zappe. Henry will look to rebound Week 13 against the Chargers, but given the current state of New England's offense, he looks like a touchdown-dependent fantasy option.

  • Dallas Goedert TE | PHI

Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Pushing to play in Week 13

Goedert (forearm) is targeting a return to the field Sunday versus the 49ers, James Palmer of NFL Network reports.

Goedert's potential participation in practice this week will better illuminate his chances of suiting up Week 13. The tight end hasn't played since Week 9 due to a fractured right forearm, though due to the timing of Philadelphia's Week 10 bye he's only actually missed two games so far. Palmer reports that whether or not Goedert can go versus the 49ers, the Eagles consider it realistic for him to be on the field for the Week 14 divisional matchup against the Cowboys.
