Chark (groin) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Cardinals.

Chark practiced in limited fashion all week, so it's unclear if that kind of practice cadence will allow for the veteran wide receiver to make his season debut, even with the numerous injuries to the Chargers receiving corps. Expect more information regarding Chark's status to come before the 9:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Johnston (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Monday's contest against the Cardinals.

It appears as if the second-year wideout is trending toward not playing Monday after failing to practice all week. The Chargers are dealing with an absurd number of injuries to their receiving corps with Ladd McConkey (hip, questionable), Simi Fehoko (shoulder/groin) and tight end Hayden Hurst (groin, doubtful) all listed on the injury report. DJ Chark (groin) could make his season debut, but the beleaguered wideout room could mean limited passing production for quarterback Justin Herbert.

Wilkerson was elevated from the Raiders' practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

It'll be the second-straight week that Wilkerson has been elevated from the practice squad. It comes in the wake of Davante Adams being traded to the Jets on Tuesday and Jakobi Meyers (ankle) being listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Rams. Wilkerson caught two passes (on three targets) for 18 yards and a touchdown during the Raiders' Week 6 loss to the Steelers.

Pearsall (chest) was activated off the reserve/non-football injury list Saturday, but he remains questionable for Sunday's contest against the Chiefs, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

This was reported Friday, but the 49ers made it official with this transaction. With Jauan Jennings (hip) out ahead of the Super Bowl rematch, it'll be interesting to see how much work Pearsall will get right out of the gate. Chris Conley, the projected No. 3 target, is a capable veteran, but Pearsall, the team's 2024 first-round pick, was reportedly back working out only a few short weeks after suffering a gunshot wound during an attempted robbery Aug. 31, and San Francisco might be comfortable deploying its intriguing prospect as prominently as it can in this must-watch matchup.

The Raiders elevated Shorter from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Shorter signed with the Raiders' practice squad in late August after failing to make the Bills' 53-man roster at the end of training camp. He missed all of 2023 due to a hamstring injury, but he could make his NFL regular-season debut Sunday against the Rams, though it would likely be in a special-teams role, as he's listed as the fourth tight end on the Raiders' depth chart behind Brock Bowers, Harrison Bryant and John Samuel Shenker.

The Raiders signed Bachman from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

With Bachman already elevated from the practice squad three times this season, the Raiders opted to sign the 28-year-old wide receiver to the active roster. He could see a fair amount of work in the passing game against the Rams on Sunday after Davante Adams was traded to the Jets and with Jakobi Meyers (ankle) listed as doubtful. If Meyers doesn't play, Bachman would serve as the No. 4 wide receiver behind Tre Tucker, DJ Turner and Tyreik McAllister. Bachman caught all three of his targets for 31 yards in the Raiders' Week 6 loss to the Steelers.

The Steelers elevated Johnson from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

It's the second time this season that Johnson has been elevated from the practice squad. In his first outing, he caught his lone target for nine yards in Week 5 against the Cowboys.

Palmer (concussion) is listed as questionable for Monday's matchup against the Ravens, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Palmer logged his second consecutive practice with full participation Saturday, so presumably he just needs to clear concussion protocol in order to play. The second-year target has missed the past two games.

Jarrett (knee) was a full participant in Saturday's practice, but he has been ruled out ahead of Monday's game against the Ravens, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Jarrett started the regular season on injured reserve after undergoing knee surgery during the offseason. His 21-day practice window opened Thursday, and while he was able to practice without restrictions Saturday, he will not be activated off IR for Week 7. Given his practice participation, Jarrett may be available for Week 8 against the Falcons on Sunday, Oct. 27, barring any setbacks. He appeared in 10 regular-season games for the Bucs in 2023 and finished with four catches (on nine targets) for 60 yards.

Evans (hamstring) does not carry an injury designation ahead of Monday's matchup against the Ravens, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

There was discussion that Evans could end up being a game-time decision for Monday's primetime contest, but the veteran wideout is one of the most durable players in the league and will play through the injury. Evans and company could be poised for an aerial approach given the Ravens allow the fewest rushing yards to opposing teams.
