Jarrett did not practice Monday due to an undisclosed injury, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

The second-year wideout was able to log 31 snaps in a preseason win over the Bengals on Saturday night, but head coach Todd Bowles confirmed Jarrett was a non-participant in the first practice following that contest. Bowles added that Jarrett was "nursing an injury" without offering any more specifics, and it remains to be seen if the receiver will be able to participate in the first day of joint practices with the Jaguars on Wednesday.

Luther and the Steelers agreed on a contract Tuesday, Alan Saunders of SteelersNow.com reports.

Luther worked out for the Steelers on Aug. 4 and he'll now officially join the team at practice. The wide receiver could be a viable option as return specialist with Pittsburgh in 2024.

The Bills signed Cain to a one-year contract Tuesday.

Cain attempted to catch onto the Eagles' 53-man roster during last year's training camp, but he was cut at the end of August and did not catch on with a practice squad. Means is dealing with an unspecified injury that held him out of Saturday's preseason contest against Arizona. The rookie fifth-rounder is battling for a depth spot at wide receiver, and his availability for the last two preseason games would play a big role in whether he makes the Saints' 53-man roster at the end of training camp.

St. Brown (hamstring) participated in Tuesday's practice while wearing a red non-contact jersey, John Hendrix of SI.com reports.

St. Brown was held out of Saturday's preseason game against the Cardinals due to a hamstring injury he sustained in late July. The 2018 sixth-round wideout was able to return to practice Tuesday without engaging in contact, and he'll aim to be available for Sunday's preseason contest against San Francisco.

The Raiders placed Doss (undisclosed) on injured reserve Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.

It's unclear what is ailing Doss, but it caused him to miss Saturday's preseason game against the Vikings. The 28-year-old wide receiver will be forced to miss the entire 2024 season unless he reaches an injury settlement with Las Vegas.

The Cardinals released Smith (undisclosed) with an injury settlement Tuesday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Smith spent the entire offseason with Arizona, but he appears to have picked up an undisclosed injury during training camp. The journeyman wideout will be eligible to sign with another club once healthy. He suited up for 11 regular-season games with the Jets last year, hauling in eight of 11 targets for 134 yards in that span.

Keys left Tuesday's practice session after sustaining a leg injury and did not return, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.

Keys sustained the injury during one-on-one drills at practice. He played 15 snaps (14 on offense, one on special teams) in Saturday's 33-6 preseason loss to the Bears, finishing with one catch for 13 yards. The undrafted rookie out of Tulane is a long shot to make the Bills' final 53-man roster, and missing preseason games would hurt his chances even more.

Stanley (hamstring) participated in drills during Tuesday's practice session, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

Stanley sustained a hamstring injury practice in the week leading up to the Packers' preseason opener against the Browns on Saturday. He was unable to suit up for that contest, but he appears to have fully recovered from the injury. Stanley is gunning for a depth spot at wide receiver, and he'll look to make a case for himself to make the final 53-man roster in Green Bay's next preseason bout against Denver on Sunday.

The Cardinals signed Baldwin to a contract Tuesday.

Baldwin spent time with Atlanta earlier this offseason but was cut by the team early August. Now, the third-year pro gets a chance to compete in Arizona's wide receiver room. Baldwin appeared in one game with the Browns as a rookie in 2022, but he hasn't suited up for regular-season action since then.
