X-rays came back negative for the shoulder injury that forced Samuel out of Sunday's 19-17 loss in Cleveland, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Samuel suffered the injury in the first half, and after a lengthy spell in the sideline tent, he went to the locker room before the 49ers ruled him out. Avoiding any fractures is an initial positive sign for Samuel's outlook, but more tests, likely including an MRI, are on tap to determine the extent of the issue. The team also lost Christian McCaffrey due to oblique and rib injuries Sunday, so the skill positions in San Francisco will be something to keep an eye on as it prepares for a Week 7 road matchup with the Vikings next Monday. If Samuel misses any time, Brandon Aiyuk and Jauan Jennings would become the 49ers' top options at wide receiver.

Samuel secured all four targets for 42 yards and a touchdown in the Commanders' 24-16 win over the Falcons on Sunday. He also rushed once for no gain.

The versatile wideout scored for the second consecutive game on a seven-yard touchdown grab just past the midway point of the third quarter. Samuel has at least four receptions in three straight contests going into a Week 7 road battle against the Giants.

Ridley brought in four of eight targets for 30 yards and rushed once for minus-4 yards in the Jaguars' 37-20 win over the Colts on Sunday.

Ridley finished second on the team in receptions to Evan Engram and led the Jaguars in targets, but his yardage total left plenty to be desired. The speedy veteran had just compiled a season-best 122 yards in Week 6 against the Bills in London, so Sunday's downturn was especially disappointing. Ridley will aim to atone in a Week 7 road matchup against the Saints on Thursday night.

Kirk brought in three of six targets for 49 yards and a touchdown in the Jaguars' 37-20 win over the Colts on Sunday.

Kirk's yardage total, modest as it was, led the Jaguars on a day when Trevor Lawrence (knee) threw for just 181 yards. However, Kirk did come down with one of Lawrence's two scoring tosses, recording a 29-yard grab with 1:40 remaining in the second quarter, the receiver's second touchdown of the campaign. Kirk now has at least six targets in five consecutive contests heading into a Week 7 road matchup against the Saints on Thursday night.

Cooper caught four of eight targets for 108 yards in Sunday's 19-17 win over the 49ers.

Most of Cooper's yardage came on a 58-yard catch in the second quarter, and he added a highlight reel grab along the sideline for 26 yards in the third. After being held to one catch with rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson under center in Deshaun Watson's (shoulder) first absence, Cooper was much more effective with PJ Walker at quarterback, accounting for more than half of Walker's 192 passing yards. Cooper's ceiling will continue to be capped as long as Watson is unavailable, but the starting quarterback could be back as soon as Week 7 against the Colts.

Addison secured three of five targets for 28 yards and a touchdown in the Vikings' 19-13 win over the Bears on Sunday.

Addison served as the de facto No. 1 receiver in Justin Jefferson's (IR-hamstring) absence, but he made much less of an impact than what fantasy managers might have expected coming in. Nevertheless, Addison finished tied with K.J. Osborn for the team lead in targets among wide receivers, and his 10-yard touchdown grab with 12 seconds remaining in the first half made it a serviceable fantasy day overall. Addison has now scored in back-to-back games and in four of his first six career contests overall, but he and the rest of the offense face a tough matchup in a Week 7 Monday night home matchup against the 49ers on Oct. 23.

Olave compiled seven receptions (on 10 targets) for 96 yards during Sunday's 20-13 loss to Houston.

After totaling just 11 targets over the previous two contests, Olave logged double-digit targets for the fourth time in six games this season. Three other Saints pass catchers logged eight targets, as quarterback Derek Carr was forced to put up a season-high 50 passing attempts. However, Olave was one of just two Saints receivers -- alongside Rashid Shaheed -- to accumulate over 50 receiving yards, who logged two receptions for 85 yards as well as the team's lone touchdown catch. Meanwhile, Olave made up most of his yards in the short and intermediate areas of the field, as all but one of his receptions went for between 10 to 24 yards. Expect Olave and Michael Thomas (eight targets) to continue serving as the clear-cut top two receivers for New Orleans this season.

Chase recorded six receptions on 13 targets for 80 yards in Sunday's 17-13 win over the Seahawks.

Even with the return of Tee Higgins (ribs), Chase dominated targets, doubling the next-closest member of the receiving corps. He was less successful in terms of efficiency, as he caught fewer than half of his opportunities, which limited him to 6.2 yards per target. Even so, he's now topped 60 receiving yards in each of his last four games. He'll face a challenge in his next outing, which will come in Week 8 against the 49ers.

Moore brought in five of eight targets for 51 yards in the Bears' 19-13 loss to the Vikings on Sunday.

Moore did lead the Bears in receptions, receiving yards and targets, but his numbers were a far cry from his standout 8-230-3 line against the Commanders in a Thursday night Week 5 win. Moore's output was naturally affected by Justin Fields' early exit from the game with a hand injury and undrafted rookie Tyson Bagent replacing him. Adam Schefter of ESPN.com reports X-rays on Fields' hand were negative and that the third-year quarterback will undergo an MRI on Monday, and Moore's near-term fantasy prospects will likely hinge largely on how soon Fields can get back under center.

Aiyuk caught four of 10 targets for 76 yards in Sunday's 19-17 loss to Cleveland.

Aiyuk was the only player with more than four targets for San Francisco in a game that both Deebo Samuel (shoulder) and Christian McCaffrey (oblique) left early. He accounted for 76 of Brock Purdy's 125 passing yards, including a pair of catches for 33 yards on San Francisco's final drive, which ended in a 41-yard missed field goal in the final seconds. Regardless of the availability of San Francisco's other playmakers, Aiyuk should maintain a prominent role in Week 7 against the Vikings on MNF. Aiyuk has 25 catches for 454 yards through six games, but he hasn't found the end zone since scoring twice in Week 1.
