Meanwhile, Robert Woods (ribs) is listed as questionable but is expected to play, and Noah Brown (groin) was reinstated from injured reserve Saturday, so the Texans' receiver group is fairly healthy heading into Sunday, despite Dell's anticipated absence. Nico Collins and Woods will serve as the Texans' top two wideouts, but Hutchinson, Brown and John Metchie could all get opportunities to mix into three-receiver sets more than usual with Dell out of the mix. Hutchinson, a sixth-round pick out of Iowa State, has suited up in all five of the Texans' games to date but has drawn just two targets across 31 snaps on offense.

Brown never practiced fully this week, but he looks to be trending toward playing Sunday after managing limited practice sessions Thursday and Friday. Still, those considering Brown for Week 6 fantasy lineups will still want to confirm he's active prior to Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. The Cardinals will release their inactive list 90 minutes prior to the game's start time.

Woods finished Week 6 as a full practice participant Friday, so despite being listed as questionable, he never seemed at much risk of sitting out Sunday. However, Woods' status won't be officially confirmed until the Texans release their inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. Assuming he's active Sunday, Woods could be in store for more target volume than usual, as fellow wideout Tank Dell (concussion) is unlikely to play.

Dell missed practices Wednesday and Thursday before returning to the field as a limited participant Friday. Though he didn't put in a full practice this week, Dell took a questionable tag into the weekend, but Schefter's report suggests that the rookie wideout didn't clear the five- step concussion protocol. Dell will likely be inactive for Sunday's contest, but his status won't be confirmed until Houston releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to the game's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. If Dell is sidelined, Noah Brown, John Metchie and Xavier Hutchinson could be in store for expanded roles behind Nico Collins and Robert Woods (ribs).

Higgins (rib), who is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, is expected to play, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Higgins missed the Bengals' Week 5 win over the Cardinals with a fractured rib, but he turned in a pair of limited practices this week before logging a full session Friday. He thus appears to be trending in the right direction to play, but his status won't become official until the Bengals release their inactive list 90 minutes before Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff.

Jefferson is expected to miss four-to-six weeks with a hamstring injury, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Jefferson was placed on injured reserve this week and will be forced to miss Minnesota's next four games as a result. That said, the front end of this timeline doesn't come as much of a surprise. However, Jefferson will have imaging done in four weeks to determine when he can return, so activation from IR when he is immediately eligible appears unlikely. K.J. Osborn, Jordan Addison and Brandon Powell should all have the chance to step up in Jefferson's absence.

The Patriots elevated Reagor from the practice squad Saturday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

The move comes with JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) and Demario Douglas (concussion) both ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Raiders. Reagor was called up for Week 2 against the Dolphins but didn't end up seeing any snaps in the game.

The Seahawks elevated Thompson to the active roster Saturday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.

Thompson was activated for Week 4 against the Giants and caught his only target for 10 yards while playing six offensive snaps and 11 snaps on special teams. He could see the field Sunday against the Bengals, with Dareke Young (groin) on IR and Dee Eskridge continuing to serve his suspension.

Brown (groin) was activated off injured reserve Saturday.

Brown played 49 offensive snaps Week 1 before suffering a groin injury that landed him on injured reserve. The emergence of Tank Dell (concussion) might make the former Cowboys wide receiver less of a factor upon his return, but the Texans do have multiple receivers in Dell and Robert Woods (ribs) listed as questionable for Sunday's contest.

The Eagles placed Watkins (hamstring) on injured reserve Saturday.

Watkins returned from a two-game absence last Sunday and logged 65 percent of Philadelphia's offensive snaps against the Rams, recording two catches on three targets for four yards. However, he appears to have aggravated his hamstring injury and will now need to sit out at least four contests. Olamide Zaccheaus will likely get another opportunity to work as the Eagles' No. 3 receiver while Watkins is sidelined.
