The Jaguars placed Washington (knee) on injured reserve Saturday.

Washington had already been ruled out for Sunday's contest against Buffalo due to a right knee injury, and he'll now need to sit out at least four games before he's able to get back on the field. The rookie wideout saw just one offensive snap and one special-teams snap in his NFL debut Week 4 versus Atlanta.

The Bengals elevated Lassiter from their practice squad Saturday.

This is the first time Lassiter has been elevated this season after returning to Cincinnati's practice squad in late August. The Kansas alum got into one contest with the Bengals last year, tallying eight offensive snaps and recording no stats in Week 12 against the Titans. Lassiter probably won't see a prominent role Sunday in Arizona, though his elevation may be an indication that Tee Higgins (ribs) is on the wrong side of questionable for the contest.

The Rams signed Trammell to their active roster Saturday.

Trammell had been elevated from the practice squad each of the previous three weeks, so Los Angeles was required to sign him to the active roster in order to have him for gameday again. The third-year wideout has worked almost exclusively on special teams this year, logging just one offensive snap in Week 2 versus San Francisco. Trammell also saw some punt return work in Week 4, and he could be used in that role more often moving forward.

Adams (shoulder) is expected to practice in some capacity Saturday, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.

It remains to be seen what level of practice participation Adams will garner, but given the All-Pro target returned to Sunday's game after injuring his shoulder, it would be surprising if the veteran ultimately wasn't deemed healthy enough to play against his former team Monday night. Expect more information to be revealed in the coming hours.

Kupp (hamstring) has been activated off injured reserve Saturday and does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Eagles.

The All-Pro receiver is thus set to take the field with a new-look Rams offense that has generated plenty of potent plays with previously unheralded rookie Puka Nacua and 2021 second-round pick Tutu Atwell. Expect Kupp to be a featured target, but perhaps not to the level of past seasons given the emergence of the aforementioned duo.

Covey (concussion) is listed as questionable to play against the Rams on Sunday, Tim McManus of ESPN.com reports.

Covey entered concussion protocol Monday after suffering a head injury late in Sunday's win over Washington. He didn't practice Wednesday but promisingly followed a limited session Thursday with a full practice Friday. That seems to give Covey a good chance of playing Sunday -- if he's able to do so, he'll likely continue to feature as the Eagles' primary punt returner.

Watson (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Friday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

Watson returned for Thursday Night Football in Week 4 and put up a 2-25-1 line on four targets in a part-time role. He figures to get a lot more playing time -- and probably more targets -- with an 11-day gap between games ahead of Monday's contest in Las Vegas. If Watson does handle a full-time role for the first time since late last season, it'll likely mean less playing time for rookies Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks.

Adams (shoulder) didn't practice Friday, Rachel Gossen of the Raiders' official site reports.

Adams also didn't practice Thursday, which sets the stage for what he does during Saturday's session to be pivotal with regard to his chances of suiting up Monday night against the Packers. If Adams ends up limited or out versus Green Bay, Tre Tucker and DeAndre Carter would be candidates to see added Week 5 WR snaps for the Raiders behind Jakobi Meyers and Hunter Renfrow.

Jennings (shin) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Jennings has a brighter outlook for Week 5 than he had Week 4, when he was listed as doubtful prior to being inactive this past Sunday against the Cardinals. After logging limited practices Wednesday and Thursday, he now has been cleared for game action again. Having said that, Deebo Samuel (knee/ribs) will be available, too, so Jennings will only be the 49ers' third WR behind Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk this weekend. In the first three games of the campaign, Jennings reeled in four of seven targets for 82 yards and no touchdowns.

Samuel (knee/ribs) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday night's game against Dallas, Matt Barrows of The Sacramento Bee reports.

Designation or no, the discussion all week has been about how much the injuries will impact Samuel's performance, not whether he'd be active for the game. He played through the same injuries last week in a less important game against the Cardinals and finished with no targets and six total yards (three carries). Samuel's removal from the final injury report suggests he's at least somewhat healthier this week, and there's always some chance the reports about him still being hampered by injuries are being leaked out of San Francisco intentionally. Either way, Samuel is riskier than usual for fantasy given the combination of injuries and a tough matchup, though he's still a candidate for triple-digit yardage and multiple scores every time he takes the field.
