  • Patriots' Tyquan Thornton: Catches one pass versus Bengals

Thornton was on the field for 52 of a possible 56 snaps on offense in Saturday's 22-18 loss to the Bengals en route to catching one of his three targets for eight yards in the contest, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

Despite seeing added snaps of late with DeVante Parker (concussion) sidelined, Thornton has posted back-to-back one-catch efforts. Heading into the Patriots' last two regular-season contests, the 2022 second-rounder remains off the fantasy radar in all but the deepest of formats.

  • Nelson Agholor WR | BAL

Patriots' Nelson Agholor: Logs 19 snaps in Week 16

Agholor, who was on the field for 19 of a possible 56 snaps on offense in Saturday's 22-18 loss to the Bengals, wasn't targeted in the contest, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

In a game in which the Patriots were without DeVante Parker (concussion), Agholor was out-snapped by Jakobi Meyers (56), Tyquan Thornton (52) and Kendrick Bourne (32). On the heels of consecutive quiet outings, Agholor isn't a high-percentage fantasy option ahead of Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

  • Brandon Powell WR | MIN

Rams' Brandon Powell: Five touches in blowout

Powell caught all three of his targets for 12 yards and rushed twice for three yards during Sunday's 51-14 win versus the Broncos. He also returned one punt for 12 yards.

Powell's usage in the blowout victory spiked significantly compared to prior weeks, as he was on the field for 40 snaps on offense, far more than the 21 total snaps he logged the previous two weeks combined. Despite the increased time on the field, he was unable to do much, averaging a paltry three yards per touch. His normally robust role as a return specialist was also stymied by the fact the Broncos only kicked a total of five times during the game thanks to four interceptions by Denver quarterbacks. Powell's role in the offense is unlikely to change, even with the surge in snaps, which takes some of the shine off a tantalizing matchup with a soft Chargers defense in Week 17.

  • Amari Rodgers WR | IND

Texans' Amari Rodgers: Limited role in win

Rodgers caught one of two targets for 37 yards in Saturday's 19-14 win over Tennessee.

Rodgers' catch was a big one, setting up Houston's go-ahead score with just under three minutes left. With Brandin Cooks returning from a calf injury, Rodgers played just 14 snaps and operated as the No. 4 wideout. He's caught seven of 11 targets for 120 yards and a touchdown over the last three games.

  • Randall Cobb WR | NYJ

Packers' Randall Cobb: Records one reception in win

Cobb was targeted twice and caught one pass for five yards in Sunday's 26-20 victory over the Dolphins. He also returned one punt for two yards.

Cobb was credited with a Week 16 start, but he played fewer than half the snaps for a fourth week in a row and saw only two passes thrown in his direction. He will have a plus matchup in Week 17 against a Vikings team that has allowed wideouts to rack up at least 243 yards four times over the last five weeks, but Cobb has totaled jut six receptions, 56 yards and a score over his last four appearances, so his prospects will not be particularly promising, even if Christian Watson -- who left Sunday's game with a hip injury -- is unable to go.

  • Chris Moore WR | BAL

Texans' Chris Moore: Leads WRs in snaps

Moore caught two of four targets for 25 yards in Saturday's 19-14 win over the Titans.

Moore was limited during the week in practice due to a foot injury but managed to suit up and lead the position group with 61 snaps despite the return of Brandin Cooks, who hadn't played in three weeks. Moore has averaged six targets, four catches and 47 yards per game over the last eight weeks, and the 29-year-old is enjoying his best NFL season with 43 catches, 505 yards and two touchdowns. With Nico Collins (foot) done for the season, Moore will continue to fill the No. 2 wideout job over the final two weeks.

  • Dolphins' Trent Sherfield: Secures both targets

Sherfield caught both of his targets for 25 yards during Sunday's 26-20 loss to Green Bay.

Sherfield once again handled a key complementary role for Miami's offense, though his usage didn't translate to fantasy production. With just two touchdowns on the year, and only three games with at least 50 receiving yards, Sherfield can only be considered a fantasy dart throw with a divisional matchup against the Patriots on deck Week 17.

  • Panthers' Laviska Shenault: Gets three looks

Shenault caught all three of his targets for 53 yards in Week 16's 37-23 win over the Lions.

Shenault's output included a long gain of 43 yards. After finishing his last game with no touches, Shenault rebounded well Saturday and now sports three plays of 40-plus yards from his depth wideout role. With teammate Shi Smith's status uncertain after suffering foot and head injuries, Shenault could be more involved in Sunday's game at the Buccaneers, potentially boosting his value.

  • Panthers' Terrace Marshall: Makes two grabs

Marshall caught two of three targets for 55 yards in Week 16's 37-23 win over the Lions.

Marshall again finished second on the Panthers in receiving, hauling in gains of 36 and 19 yards. Although he lacks volume in the passing game, Marshall's average of 18.8 yards per catch offers value through big plays.

  • Browns' Donovan Peoples-Jones: Not in sync with QB

Peoples-Jones caught one of five targets for two yards in Saturday's 17-10 loss to the Saints.

Peoples-Jones had been the most productive receiver since Deshaun Watson took over as the starting quarterback, averaging five catches on six targets for 63 yards in three games with Watson, but the duo was not in sync Saturday. Given the nature of the Browns' struggling passing offense, Peoples-Jones may not be a good option for fantasy teams still in the hunt, but he's established himself as a viable NFL receiver in his third season.
