Toney (hamstring), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans, is trending toward playing, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Toney practiced in a limited fashion all week, setting the stage for a return from his three-game absence. The 2020 first-round pick had a similar type of practice involvement last week before surprisingly being ruled out one day in advance of the Chiefs' win over the Broncos, but given this latest report, Toney seems likely to be ready to go come Sunday. With Mecole Hardman (abdomen) having not been activated from injured reserve this week, Toney could push Justin Watson and Skyy Moore for the No. 3 receiver role behind JuJu Smith-Schuster and Marquez Valdes-Scantling.

Waddle secured three of seven targets for 114 yards and a touchdown in the Dolphins' 32-29 loss to the Bills on Saturday night.

Waddle's game-high receiving yardage total was his best since Week 8, while his trip to the end zone, which came on a 67-yard grab in which he got wide open in the middle of the field and capped off the Dolphins' first second-half drive, was his first touchdown since Week 10. Waddle did subsequently exit the game briefly with a forearm injury but was able to return. The third-year wideout still hasn't logged more than five catches since Week 8, however, a matter he'll look to rectify in a key Week 16 Christmas Day battle at home against the Packers.

Brown (illness), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Broncos, is expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

After sitting out Thursday's practice with the illness, Brown returned to the field Friday as a limited participant. He appears to have made some progress since that time, though the Cardinals won't officially confirm that Brown will suit up until the team releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff. Though Brown's chances of making an impact as a downfield threat could be limited with Colt McCoy taking over at quarterback following Kyler Murray's season-ending knee injury, Brown had already been seeing more work out of the slot since returning to action Week 12 after a five-game stint on injured reserve. While McCoy essentially played the entirety of this past Monday's loss to the Patriots, Brown drew eight targets and finished with four catches for 34 yards.

Hill secured nine of 13 targets for 69 yards and a touchdown in the Dolphins' 32-29 loss to the Bills on Saturday night.

Hill recorded a game-high reception tally in the high-scoring loss and also posted a 20-yard scoring grab down the right sideline in the third quarter on a perfectly thrown pass from Tua Tagovailoa. The speedster now has a touchdown reception in three straight contests and a pair of nine-catch tallies in that span as well, giving him plenty of momentum going into a key Christmas Day afternoon home matchup against the Packers in Week 16.

Robinson recorded six receptions on six targets for 29 yards in Saturday's 13-3 loss to Cleveland.

Robinson continued to have an extensive role in the Baltimore offense, finishing second to only Mark Andrews in targets. While volume was on his side, Robinson failed to make a significant impact on the game, with his longest gain of the day going for only 14 yards. He should benefit from the return of Lamar Jackson (knee), as Robinson has established himself as the top wide receiver for the Ravens in recent weeks by tallying at least six targets in four of his last six contests.

Peoples-Jones recorded four receptions on four targets for 31 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 13-3 win over the Ravens.

Peoples-Jones delivered what amounted to be the game-clinching score late in the third quarter with a three-yard touchdown reception. He was otherwise held in check, as his longest catch of the day went for 14 yards. Peoples-Jones remains a volatile option, tallying 45 or fewer receiving yards in three of his last five games. On the other hand, he has topped 70 receiving yards on six occasions for the campaign.

Tampa Bay elevated Thompkins from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday for Sunday's matchup against the Bengals, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Thompkins was elevated for Week 14 and made his NFL debut. The undrafted product out of Utah State didn't see any playing time on offense but operated as the team's primary punt and kick returner, totaling two punt returns for 21 yards and five kick returns for 123 yards across nine special teams snaps. He figures to garner a similar role in Week 15.

Cooper recorded four catches on six targets for 58 yards in Saturday's 13-3 win over Baltimore.

Cooper paced the Browns in yards and tied for the team lead in both receptions and targets. He also accounted for Cleveland's longest play from scrimmage with a 28-yard catch and run midway through the third quarter. Even with those positives, Cooper has failed to top 60 receiving yards in three of his last five games and has suffered from Cleveland's general lack of offense in recent weeks.

The Saints elevated Merritt from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday for Sunday's matchup against the Falcons.

Merritt has been elevated for a second straight game. He saw 26 snaps (nine offensive) during the Saints' loss to Tampa Bay in Week 13, but he didn't record any counting stats. Merritt figures to garner a similar role against Atlanta on Sunday.

The Chargers waived Moore on Saturday.

Assuming he's not claimed by another team during the current waiver period, Moore is set to become an unrestricted free agent and will have to look for another opportunity with a different team. He caught one of his two targets for five yards through six games in 2022.
