Sims played 80 percent of the offensive snaps in Sunday's 17-16 win over Indianapolis, catching one of two targets for 21 yards.

With Jahan Dotson (hamstring) out for a fourth straight game and Dyami Brown (groin) inactive as well, Sims made his second start of the season and topped a 50 percent snap share for a fourth straight game. It's the third year in a row injuries higher up on the depth chart have allowed Sims to make multiple starts, and per usual he's near the bottom of the league in targets per route/snap, having yet to see more than two passes in a game even with all the playing time. Expectations should remain low if he gets another start in Week 9 against Minnesota.

Young wasn't targeted in Sunday's 27-13 win over the Giants.

Young logged just four offensive snaps, as he slotted in as the No. 5 wide receiver. He'll have a minimal role the rest of the season unless injuries pile up.

Eskridge caught one of two targets for three yards in the 27-13 win over the Giants on Sunday. He also returned one kickoff for 26 yards.

Eskridge continues to operate as the No. 4 wide receiver, as he logged a 30.0 percent snap share in Week 8. The 2021 second-round pick has seven catches (11 targets) for 58 yards through eight games. He'll have little fantasy value until his usage increases.

Johnson played five snaps and was not targeted in Sunday's 17-10 loss to the Titans in Week 8.

Johnson made his debut for the Texans, who scooped him off waivers last week after he was cut from the Raiders' practice squad. With Nico Collins (groin) sidelined, there was a need for a depth body at wideout. Houston head coach Lovie Smith said Collins should return soon, but he was not clear if that meant in time for Thursday's game against the Eagles. That could give Johnson more time in the active lineup. Another moving part is Brandin Cooks, who's been the subject of recent trade rumors ahead of Tuesday's trade deadline. If the Texans trade Cooks and/or Collins isn't ready, Johnson would retain a role among an uninspiring group of wideouts.

Sherfield secured two of three targets for 25 yards during Sunday's 31-27 win over the Lions.

Sherfield had a near touchdown on an 11-yard catch, but he was ruled just short of what would have been his first score of the season. While Sherfield's production is limited to the leftovers of Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, both of whom surpassed 100 receiving yards Sunday, it's encouraging to see him log a sixth straight game with greater than a 50 percent snap share. In extremely deep leagues, Sherfield could carry some end-of-roster fantasy value against the Bears in Week 9.

Davis had two receptions (seven targets) for 35 yards in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Packers.

Davis was held in check after exploding for 185 yards and three touchdowns in the two games before returning from the bye week. Green Bay boasts one of the best secondaries in the NFL, so it was going to be a tough matchup for Josh Allen's favorite downfield threat. Top corners Jaire Alexander and Rasul Douglas each made huge breakups on deep balls to Davis at different points of the contest, one of which would have been a signature long bomb for a score had Davis been able to get his second foot down in the back of the end zone. In the end, it was a disappointing stat line for the breakout fantasy wideout. Davis will get a chance to rebound against the Jets next Sunday.

Doubs had four receptions (seven targets) for 62 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-17 loss to the Bills.

Doubs was able to rebound nicely from a zero-catch dud against the Commanders last week with his third touchdown of the season. The rookie was asked to do a bit more for an already undermanned Green Bay receiver room after fellow rookie Christian Watson (concussion) left the game in the first quarter. The fact that the 22-year-old continued to operate as Aaron Rodgers' top outside target is another positive sign for his prospects moving forward. Doubs could be in line for another strong fantasy day in a soft matchup against the Lions next Sunday.

Sills caught one of two targets for five yards Sunday in a loss to Seattle.

Sills' lone catch in the contest came early in the third quarter during a drive that ended with a Graham Gano field goal. Since playing 91 percent of New York's offensive snaps and finishing with three catches in Week 2 against Carolina, Sills has seen his snap count and production trend progressively downward. With only 11 catches for 106 yards and no touchdowns through eight games this season, he's not currently on the fantasy radar.

Diggs corralled six of eight targets for 108 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Packers.

The matchup between Diggs and Jaire Alexander was highlighted prior to Sunday night's tilt, and the billing lived up to the hype after the two star players were locked in a heated verbal and physical battle from start to finish. Diggs got the last laugh after producing his third straight 100-plus yard performance with a touchdown in a victory for his squad. The 28-year-old now boasts a massive 55/764/7 line through seven games. Diggs is as good as WR1s come heading into a matchup against the Jets next Sunday.

Goodwin caught four of five targets for 33 yards in Sunday's 27-13 win over the Giants.

The veteran speedster appeared to be headed for much more significant usage earlier in the week as Tyler Lockett (hamstring/ribs) and DK Metcalf (knee) barely practiced and seemed questionable at best to play. Both were able to suit up after all, relegating Goodwin to his usual No. 3 role, but he was still able to tie his season high in receptions -- although this time, they didn't come with two TDs as they did last week. Unless one of Seattle's top two receiving options suffers a setback, expect Goodwin to be a secondary weapon again in Week 9 against the Cardinals.
