  • Darnell Mooney WR | NYG

Bears' Darnell Mooney: Fades after hot start

Mooney recorded three receptions on six targets for 53 yards in Monday's 33-14 win over the Patriots.

Mooney helped the Bears get off to a hot start offensively, tallying receptions of 20,17 and 16 yards prior to halftime. However, Justin Fields attempted just eight passes in the final two quarters with the Bears in control of the game, limiting Mooney's production. Despite the disappointing close to the game, the wideout has topped 50 receiving yards in four consecutive games after combining to post 27 yards across the first three contests of the campaign.

  • Titans' Nick Westbrook-Ikhine: No catches against Colts

Westbrook-Ikhine recorded no catches on two targets in Sunday's 19-10 win over the Colts.

Westbrook-Ikhine was on the field for 75 percent of the team's offensive snaps, but Ryan Tannehill spread his 20 pass attempts between 10 different pass catchers. As a result, Westbrook-Ikhine was held without a catch for the second time this season, with both occasions coming in his last three games. Through six contests on the campaign, Westbrook-Ikhine has managed only seven receptions for 138 yards.

  • Mecole Hardman WR | BUF

Chiefs' Mecole Hardman: Notches trio of TDs on Sunday

Hardman reeled in all four targets for 32 yards and one touchdown and added two carries for 28 yards and two more TDs during Sunday's 44-23 win in San Francisco.

Hardman paced Chiefs wide receivers with a 62-percent share of the offensive snaps, and while he ranked in a tie for fourth on the team in targets, he took advantage of his usage on the ground, hitting paydirt on both of his rushes. According to CBS Sports, he also become the first wide receiver in the Super Bowl era to record two touchdowns on the ground and another receiving. With five total TDs through seven games this season, Hardman is just one score away from matching his career high of six that he set as a rookie back in 2019.

  • Chiefs' Marquez Valdes-Scantling: Records season-high 111 yards

Valdes-Scantling hauled in three of four passes for 111 yards and no touchdowns during Sunday's 44-23 win at San Francisco.

Valdes-Scantling had his best outing as a Chief in terms of receiving yards, which was powered by two of the three longest plays of the game for the team, a 40-yard grab in the second quarter and a 57-yarder in the final period. The receptions marked his first of the campaign of 40-plus yards, but he also played a season-low 55 percent of the offensive snaps Sunday. He remains hit-or-miss on a weekly basis, but working with quarterback Patrick Mahomes means Valdes-Scantling can hit for big plays at a moment's notice.

  • Kyric McGowan WR | MIA

Kyric McGowan: Bumps back down to practice squad

McGowan reverted to the Commanders' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

McGowan was promoted to the active roster for the first time Sunday after joining Washington's practice squad in early September. However, the rookie wideout played just one offensive snap and did not record any statistics against the Packers. McGowan will now be eligible for two more elevations with the Commanders this season.

  • Keenan Allen WR | IND

Chargers' Keenan Allen: 'No setback' with hamstring Sunday

Coach Brandon Staley said Monday that Allen had "no setback" with his hamstring during Sunday's 37-23 loss to the Seahawks, but the wide receiver didn't play after halftime because he "did not feel like he could burst" off his leg, and the Chargers didn't want to "risk" additional injury, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

In his first game action since hurting his hamstring Week 1, Allen logged 23 of 71 snaps on offense and gathered in both targets for 11 yards. Now with a Week 8 bye on tap, he'll have time to get closer to 100 percent before L.A.'s next game Sunday, Nov. 6 in Atlanta. Allen's activity level will be of keen interest when the team reconvenes for practice again Wednesday, Nov. 2, especially with Mike Williams in line to miss time due to a high-ankle sprain.

  • Mason Kinsey WR | TEN

Mason Kinsey: Returns to practice squad

Kinsey reverted to Titans' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Kinsey was promoted to Tennessee's active roster for the first time since re-joining the team's practice squad in early September. The 5-foot-10 wideout caught his lone target for three yards while playing 13 of the team's 59 offensive snaps with Kyle Phillips (hamstring) sidelined in Sunday's win over the Colts. Kinsey is now eligible for two more elevations from the Titans' practice squad this season.

  • Marcus Kemp WR | WAS

Marcus Kemp: Returns to practice squad

Kemp reverted to the Chiefs' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Kemp was elevated ahead of Sunday's 44-23 win over San Francisco for the first time since joining Kansas City's practice squad Oct. 3. However, the 6-foot-4 wideout played just six of his team's 64 offensive snaps and made his biggest impact on special teams, recording two tackles on kickoff coverage. Kemp is now eligible for two more activations on game day with the Chiefs this season.

  • Dezmon Patmon WR | CAR

Dezmon Patmon: Returns to practice squad

Patmon reverted to the Colts' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Patmon suited up Sunday against the Titans, but he failed to take the field for any snaps. He'll try to earn another elevation to the active roster when the Colts host the Commanders on Sunday.

  • Patriots' Kendrick Bourne: Inactive Monday

Bourne (toe) is inactive for Monday night's game against the Bears.

As a result, the Patriots' Week 7 wideout corps will feature Jakobi Meyers, DeVante Parker, Nelson Agholor and rookie Tyquan Thornton, with Thornton a candidate to continue to see his profile in the team's offense expand in Bourne's absence.
