The Raiders removed Johnson from their practice squad Saturday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Johnson has bounced between the Raiders' practice squad and active roster to begin the season, though he was only on the field for Weeks 1 and 3. He played sparingly in both games and will look for his next opportunity around the league.

Allen (hamstring), currently listed as questionable, will see how he feels in warmups prior to making a determination of his status for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Allen logged limited practices throughout the week, providing some optimism that he'd take the field for the first time since Week 1. However, he'll remain a game-time call, and Schefter specifically noted that the team may give Allen extra rest with the bye week immediately following the matchup against Seattle. If Allen were held out, Mike Williams and DeAndre Carter would likely serve as the team's primary wide receivers.

Kemp was elevated from the Chiefs' practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Kemp spent training camp with the Giants but was released with an injury settlement after suffering a hamstring injury. He found a new role on the Kansas City practice squad Oct. 3 and has a chance to be active for the first time this season. Kemp will remain buried among the team's wide receiver corps.

The Chargers signed Bandy from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

Bandy had been elevated from the practice squad three times prior to this week, so Los Angeles was required to sign him to the active roster in order to summon him again. The second-year pro has logged 28 offensive snaps on the campaign, catching three of four targets for 53 yards. He'll serve as much-needed wide receiver depth with Keenan Allen (hamstring) deemed questionable and Joshua Palmer (concussion) ruled out for Sunday's contest against Seattle.

Detroit signed Alexander to the active roster from the practice squad Saturday.

With DJ Chark (ankle) landing on IR, the Lions needed to add wide receiver depth and opted to sign Alexander. The rookie has seen very limited action this season, logging just two offensive snaps across two games. His main contribution has been on special teams, as he's returned five kicks for 129 yards.

Tennessee elevated Kinsey from the practice squad Saturday ahead of Sunday's game against Indianapolis, John Glennon of SI.com reports.

Kinsey's elevation may be an indication that rookie wide receiver Kyle Philips (hamstring/questionable) won't be able to play. This is the first time this season Kinsey will be on the roster for gameday, though he did see action in one contest last year, playing three offensive and two special-teams snaps.

McGowan was elevated to the 53-man roster ahead of Sunday's Week 7 contest against the Packers.

Washington signed McGowan to the practice squad in early September, and this will be the first elevation of his career. The rookie out of Georgia Tech caught 37 passes for 467 yards and seven touchdowns in 11 games in his final collegiate campaign last year.

Patmon was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

Patmon has bounced between the Colts' active roster and practice squad this season, and Sunday is likely to be his second game of the season. With Keke Coutee (concussion) out, Patmon will serve as depth among the team's wide receiver corps but won't be a priority for targets.

Lockett (hamstring), officially questionable, is expected to play Sunday against the Chargers, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Lockett didn't practice in any capacity during the week, though coach Pete Carroll kept an optimistic tone about his availability Sunday. While there won't be any official word about Lockett's status until close to Seattle's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, it seems he'll likely be able to handle his typical workload alongside DK Metcalf as one of Geno Smith's top targets.

Bourne (toe) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Bears, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

The Patriots listed a number of a players with questionable designations despite them practicing in limited fashion Saturday, so it's hard to say for certain what Bourne's status will be for the prime-time game. Expect more information to be announced closer to Monday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff. With an 11-156-0 receiving line on 14 targets through six games to date, however, Bourne is only a lineup consideration in deeper fantasy formats.
