  • DJ Chark WR | ATL

Lions' DJ Chark: Surprisingly ruled out

Chark (ankle) has been downgraded to out and will not play in Sunday's matchup against the Seahawks.

Coach Dan Campbell hinted Friday that Chark would be able to play, but evidently the veteran's ankle injury was too difficult to overcome. The Lions will now be without three of their top offensive options with D'Andre Swift (shoulder), Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) and Chark all inactive. Expect Josh Reynolds and Kalif Raymond to see the majority of the snaps at wide receiver with tight end T.J. Hockenson and running back Jamaal Williams chipping in as capable mid-range targets.

  • Kendall Hinton WR | DEN

Broncos' Kendall Hinton: Back on active roster

The Broncos have brought Hinton back up to their active roster ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Raiders, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.

Hinton has now been elevated from the practice squad for the third week in a row. He logged 29 offensive snaps in Week 3 and recorded one reception for a 27-yard gain. He figures to see a similar workload in Las Vegas.

  • Michael Bandy WR | DEN

Chargers' Michael Bandy: Joins active roster

Bandy was elevated to the Chargers' active roster Saturday.

A preseason standout for the Chargers, Bandy will make his first appearance on the 53-man roster with Keenan Allen (hamstring) and Jalen Guyton (knee) both out. The 5-foot-10 wideout likely won't see many snaps unless more injuries topple the top of the Chargers' wide receiving corps.

  • Cole Beasley WR | NYG

Buccaneers' Cole Beasley: Elevated once more

Beasley was elevated to the Buccaneers' active roster Saturday, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

This comes as no surprise given the Buccaneers are still dealing with a litany of injuries at wide receiver. While Beasley played only nine offensive snaps last week against the Packers, he did catch three of his four targets for 12 yards, with two of those receptions nearly going for first downs. Beasley is eligible to elevated via the practice squad one more time before the Buccaneers will need to make a choice on whether or not to add him to the 53-man roster.

  • Jakobi Meyers WR | JAC

Patriots' Jakobi Meyers: Won't play Sunday

Meyers (knee) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the Packers.

Now that Meyers is set to miss another game, DeVante Parker, Nelson Agholor and Kendrick Bourne are in line to lead the Patriots' Week 4 wideout corps, with Lil'Jordan Humphrey also in the mix. With Mac Jones (ankle) ruled out this weekend, they'll be catching passes from backup quarterback Brian Hoyer, a context that makes the team's available pass catchers hit-or-miss fantasy options versus Green Bay.

  • Richie James WR | KC

Giants' Richie James: Looks to be No. 1 wideout in Week 4

James appears to be atop New York's wide-receiver depth chart in Week 4 against Chicago and could see ample targets with Kadarius Toney (hamstring) and Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) both ruled out.

It's been quite an ascension for James, who wasn't guaranteed a spot on the 53-man roster when he signed with New York this March after missing all of 2021 with a knee injury. The former 49er has been consistent but unspectacular so far this season, finishing with either four or five catches for between 36 and 59 yards in each contest. Overall, he leads the team with 14 catches on 17 targets and ranks second to Sterling Shepard -- who is now out for the year with an Achilles tear -- with 146 receiving yards. Neither Kenny Golladay nor Darius Slayton has done much so far this season, so James could continue to work as a starter even after Toney and Robinson return.

  • Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ

Lions' Josh Reynolds: Listed as questionable

Reynolds (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

DJ Chark (ankle) also is listed as questionable and is expected to play, while Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) has been ruled out. It was rather unfortunate for the Lions to see each of their top three WRs suffer an ankle injury in the come-from-ahead loss to Minnesota last week, but it does seem Chark and Reynolds are more likely than not to play. If so, both get improved target-share projections with St. Brown sidelined, while Kalif Raymond and Quintez Cephus figure to pick up most of the standout slot man's usual snaps.

  • Mack Hollins WR | NE

Raiders' Mack Hollins: To be leaned on again Sunday

Hollins is in line for more work Sunday against the Broncos with Hunter Renfrow (concussion) ruled out for a second consecutive game.

Even before Renfrow suffered at concussion at the end of a Week 2 loss to the Cardinals, Hollins had eight targets versus 10 for Renfrow. And with his teammate sidelined this past Sunday at Tennessee, Hollins hauled in eight of 11 targets for 158 yards and one touchdown. Davante Adams and Darren Waller are the household names in the Raiders' receiving corps, but Hollins has done well for himself through three games, already setting a career high for receiving yards in a season with 240 on his 14 catches.

  • Danny Gray WR | PHI

49ers' Danny Gray: Doesn't practice Friday

Gray (hip) didn't practice Friday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Gray has missed back-to-back practices ahead of Week 4 due to a hip issue and will have just one more practice before the team needs to decide his status for Monday's contest against the Rams. The rookie third-round pick has played 13 offensive snaps over his first two games of the season, but he's failed to haul in either of his two targets, which both came in Week 2 against Seattle.

  • Broncos' Tyrie Cleveland: Won't play at Las Vegas

Cleveland (hamstring) did not practice Friday and is listed as out for Week 4 at the Raiders.

Cleveland will sit out for a second consecutive week with a hamstring injury he sustained after Week 2 versus Houston. He'll probably need to practice in some capacity next week to have a chance of playing Week 5 versus Indianapolis, but in the meantime, rookie fifth-rounder Montrell Washington should continue to operate as Denver's No. 4 wideout.
