Davante Adams WR | LAR
Packers' Davante Adams: Logs another limited practice
Adams (hamstring) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday.
Adams has opened Week 14 prep with back-to-back capped sessions, the result of a hamstring issue. With Randall Cobb expected to miss significant time due to a core muscle injury, the Packers' receiving corps again has lost one of its members. Having said that, Adams doesn't seem to be in danger of missing any game action, which may be confirmed on Friday's practice report.

Kadarius Toney WR | CLE
Giants' Kadarius Toney: First practice since Week 11
Toney (oblique) was limited at practice Thursday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Prior to Thursday's session, coach Joe Judge told Zack Rosenblatt of The Newark Star-Ledger that Toney was slated to work with the training staff on the side. Instead, the rookie second-round pick mixed into drills in some capacity, which marked his first on-field work since before a Week 11 matchup with the Buccaneers. It's unclear if Toney is drawing close to game action, but there appears to be a chance the Giants have their top three wide receivers this weekend after both Kenny Golladay (ribs) and Sterling Shepard (quadriceps) also put in limited sessions Thursday.
-
Sterling Shepard WR | NYJ
Giants' Sterling Shepard: Remains limited at practice
Shepard (quad) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
The same can be said for Kenny Golladay (ribs) and Kadarius Toney (oblique) as the Giants get closer to having their top trio of wide receivers available to the offense for the first time since Week 3. After Thursday's session, Shepard relayed to Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com that he's "very optimistic" he'll put an end to a four-game absence Sunday at the Chargers, but the Giants likely want to see how he reacts to another day of on-field work before making a determination about his Week 14 availability Friday.

Lil'Jordan Humphrey WR | DEN
Saints' Lil'Jordan Humphrey: Tending to hamstring injury
Humphrey was a limited participant in Thursday's practice due to a hamstring injury.
Humphrey has been a fringe member of the Saints' receiving corps this season and a healthy inactive on multiple occasions, but his status suddenly bears monitoring due to the depleted state of the position group heading into Sunday's game against the Jets. With Deonte Harris set to begin serving a three-game suspension this week, Ty Montgomery (illness) landing on the reserve/COVID-19 list Thursday and now Humphrey tending to an injury, the Saints are currently without any healthy depth behind starters Tre'Quan Smith and Marquez Callaway. So long as Humphrey can return to practice in some fashion Friday, he should remain the leading candidate to join Smith and Callaway in three-receiver sets Week 14, but the 23-year-old is still best viewed as little more than a dart throw in DFS lineups. Over his three-year career, Humphrey has totaled 10 receptions for 173 yards and three touchdowns across 14 games.

Ty Montgomery WR | NE
Saints' Ty Montgomery: Goes on COVID-19 list
The Saints will place Montgomery on the reserve/COVID-19 list after he tested positive for the virus Thursday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Though Yates' report indicates that Montgomery hasn't immediately been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jets, given the timing of the 28-year-old's positive test, he's highly unlikely to clear the necessary protocols in advance of the Saints' 1 p.m. ET kickoff for Week 14. His expected absence comes at a particularly unwelcome time, as Montgomery had just started to carve out more work on offense in a hybrid running back/receiver role. Though Alvin Kamara's (knee) expected return from a four-game absence Sunday likely would have limited his opportunities as a ball carrier moving forward, Montgomery looked like a leading candidate to earn a regular spot in three-receiver sets alongside Tre'Quan Smith and Marquez Callaway with Deonte Harris set to begin serving a three-game suspension this week. Lil'Jordan Humphrey (hamstring) now looks to be the next man up at receiver in place of Montgomery, who totaled nine receptions for 40 yards on 14 targets between the past two weeks.

Elijah Moore WR | PHI
Jets' Elijah Moore: Logs another DNP
Moore (quad) remained sidelined at practice Thursday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Per Eric Allen of the Jets' official site, coach Robert Saleh noted Wednesday that Moore is considered "day-to-day" and that the team is "hopeful he'll be able to play Sunday." A return to practice in any capacity Friday on the part of Moore would bolster his chances of playing Sunday against the Saints, and if he's able to suit up this weekend a key role awaits, with fellow wideout Corey Davis on IR with a groin injury.
-
Curtis Samuel WR | BUF
Football Team's Curtis Samuel: Stays limited Thursday
Samuel (groin) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday.
Washington continues to manage the groin injury that has plagued Samuel since the offseason program back in June. To date, he's made just four appearances in his first season with the team, but he does have positive momentum considering he suited up in both of the past two contests. Still, Samuel's production has been lacking, as he has 10 touches for 38 yards from scrimmage and no touchdowns on 65 offensive snaps on the campaign.
-
Noah Brown WR | LV
Cowboys' Noah Brown: Shifts to injured reserve
Brown (groin) was placed on injured reserve Thursday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Brown was already ruled out for Sunday's matchup with Washington due to the groin injury, but he'll also be sidelined for at least two additional games. The 25-year-old will be eligible to be activated Week 17 against the Cardinals.
-
Cedrick Wilson Jr. WR | DET
Cowboys' Cedrick Wilson: Remains limited Thursday
Wilson (ankle) was limited at Thursday's practice, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
One week removed from not practicing at all before being ruled out for last Thursday's game at New Orleans due to an ankle issue, Wilson has managed back-to-back capped sessions to kick off Week 14 prep. He seems to be trending in the right direction for a return Sunday at Washington, but it remains to be seen if he'll avoid an injury designation upon the release of Friday's practice report.
-
Kadarius Toney WR | CLE
Giants' Kadarius Toney: Idle for another practice
Toney (oblique/quadriceps) will work out off to the side during Thursday's practice and is set to be listed as a non-participant on the Giants' official injury report, Zack Rosenblatt of The Newark Star-Ledger reports.
Since playing 32 snaps on offense in the Giants' Week 11 loss to the Buccaneers, Toney hasn't been able to practice in any capacity while managing the two injuries. He's already missed two games as a result, and he looks to be on his way to a third straight absence Sunday against the Chargers. Unless Toney is able to advance to limited participation in Friday's practice, he'll likely be ruled out for Sunday when the Giants release their final injury report of the week.
