Allen Robinson WR | DET
Bears' Allen Robinson: Unavailable Sunday
Robinson (hamstring) is listed as inactive Sunday versus the Cardinals.
Robinson has yet to practice since the Bears returned from a Week 10 bye, resulting in his third DNP in a row. The Bears also are without Marquise Goodwin (foot/ribs), leaving Darnell Mooney, Damiere Byrd, Jakeem Grant and Rodney Adams as the team's available wide receivers Sunday.

DeAndre Hopkins WR | BAL
Cardinals' DeAndre Hopkins: Returning to action Sunday
Hopkins (hamstring) is listed as active Sunday in Chicago, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Coming off Arizona's Week 12 bye, Hopkins logged a pair of limited practices while sitting out Thursday's session as he attempted to put a hamstring issue in the rearview mirror. While the activity was enough to put an end to a three-game absence -- which surpassed the total absences (two) in the first eight campaigns of his career -- he may operate under a snap count to avoid a setback and also due to the rainy conditions in Chicago, per Adam Schefter of ESPN. Still, the Cardinals offense will welcome back the Hopkins-Kyler Murray combination, which has amounted to 78.9 yards per game and 13 touchdowns in 24 contests together.

DeAndre Hopkins WR | BAL
Cardinals' DeAndre Hopkins: Coach confirms Week 13 return
Head coach Kliff Kingsbury told Stacey Dales of NFL Network that Hopkins (hamstring) will play Sunday against the Bears, despite being listed as questionable for the contest after missing the Cardinals' previous three games.
Kingsbury confirmed that both of Arizona's top two skill-position players will put an end to their three-game, four-week absences Week 13, as starting quarterback Kyler Murray (ankle) also received the green light to return to the lineup. Hopkins' injury designation won't officially be lifted until Arizona releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to the 1 p.m. ET kickoff, but the wideout should step back in as Murray's top target in the passing game. However, with Adam Schefter of ESPN relaying earlier Sunday that Hopkins could be used "more sparingly than usual" in his return to the lineup because of poor weather conditions in Chicago in addition to the long layoff due to injury, fantasy managers may want to temper expectations to some degree.

Odell Beckham Jr. WR | MIN
Rams' Odell Beckham: Looks set to play Sunday
Beckham (hip), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, is expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
A posterior hip pointer rendered Beckham a limited participant in two practices and kept him off the field in one other, but the wideout looks like he's prepared to play through the pain Sunday as the reeling Rams look to get back on track against the 2-9 Jaguars. The Rams will enter the contest as heavy favorites, and if Los Angeles is able to mount an early lead, Beckham and some of the team's other key skill-position players could see their workloads scaled back a bit. In his second game as a member of the Rams in Week 12 in Green Bay, Beckham played 98 percent of the offensive snaps and finished with five receptions for 81 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets.

DeAndre Hopkins WR | BAL
Cardinals' DeAndre Hopkins: Could have limited role, if active
Hopkins (hamstring) remains listed as questionable Sunday against the Bears, but he's expected to play and may handle a lighter role than usual, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Hopkins has been out since Week 8 while dealing with a hamstring injury. Though the injury has healed to the point that he's expected to be able to play in some capacity, poor weather conditions in Chicago add increased risk of him experiencing a setback, which could cause the Cardinals to limit his snaps.

Brandin Cooks WR | SF
Texans' Brandin Cooks: Expected to play
Cooks (illness), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts, is expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Cooks didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday while battling a non-COVID-19-related illness, but he returned to practice Friday. He evidently showed enough progress Friday for the Texans to feel confident he'll suit up, but fantasy managers planning on deploying Cooks in weekly lineups won't receive final word on his status until Houston releases its inactive list 90 minutes before Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff.

Phillip Dorsett WR | LV
Phillip Dorsett: Finds new home
Dorsett signed with the Texans' practice squad Saturday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Dorsett will join his third team of the season after spending time with Jacksonville and Seattle. With Danny Amendola (knee) being placed on injured reserve Saturday, Dorsett will try to provide some emergency depth for the Texans and ultimately earn another shot on an active roster.

Tyrie Cleveland WR | IND
Tyrie Cleveland: Waived by Broncos
Denver waived Cleveland on Saturday, Ryan O'Halloran of The Denver Post reports.
Cleveland has suited up for seven games this season but only saw action in one. Most recently, he has dealt with a hamstring issue. He will likely be a candidate to revert to the Broncos' practice squad assuming he clears waivers.
-
River Cracraft WR | WAS
49ers' River Cracraft: Promoted from practice squad
Cracraft was elevated from the practice squad Saturday, David Lombardi of The Athletic reports.
Cracraft spent all of training camp with the 49ers prior to being cut at the end of August. He's since been a member of the practice squad, and he could be set for his first game action of the season in Week 13 against Seattle. Cracraft is likely to play primarily on special teams.

DeVante Parker WR | PHI
Dolphins' DeVante Parker: Off injured reserve
Parker (shoulder) was activated off injured reserve Saturday.
Parker has played in just one game since Week 4 thanks to a lingering shoulder issue. The veteran wide receiver had been quarterback Tua Tagovailoa's favorite target early in the season, but rookie Jaylen Waddle has assumed that mantle as of late. With a relatively easy schedule the rest of the way and Tagovailoa's emerging capabilities under center, it's possible Miami's offense could cater two fantasy-relevant wide receivers, although that does not factor in the potential return of Will Fuller (finger), who could be designated to return from injured reserve soon.
