A.J. Brown WR | NE
Titans' A.J. Brown: Cleared for Week 7
Brown (illness) practiced fully Friday and doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Though he played 80 percent of the offensive snaps and turned in a relatively normal stat line (seven catches for 91 yards on nine targets) in Monday's 34-31 win over the Bills, Brown suggested he wasn't in optimal health after experiencing food poisoning following an ill-fated trip to Chipotle days earlier. He was still feeling the effects days later, as Brown was withheld from practices Wednesday and Thursday and even required IVs to regain strength after losing some weight due to the illness, per Turron Davenport of ESPN.com. Brown's return to full practice along with the lack of a designation suggests he's feeling much better Friday, and the expectation is that he'll see a full workload in what should be a high-scoring matchup with the Chiefs. Brown may even see more targets directed his way than usual, as fellow star wideout Julio Jones (hamstring) is listed as questionable for the contest and is uncertain to play.
-
Chris Conley WR | SF
Texans' Chris Conley: Questionable against Cardinals
Conley (neck) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Arizona, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Conley was limited in all three practices this week. He and rookie third-round pick Nico Collins (foot) are expected to split reps on the outside opposite No. 1 receiver Brandin Cooks, though both Conley and Collins carry questionable tags into the Week 7 contest.
-
Nico Collins WR | HOU
Texans' Nico Collins: Questionable with foot injury
Collins (foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Arizona, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Collins was a limited participant both Thursday and Friday as a result of the foot injury. With the Texans being heavy underdogs against the undefeated Cardinals, the rookie third-round pick could be in line for ample target volume if he suits up. Should Collins sit, Chris Conley (neck) would likely play the majority of snaps on the outside opposite Brandin Cooks, though Conley is listed as questionable himself.

Deonte Harty WR | BAL
Saints' Deonte Harris: Misses practice again
Harris (hamstring) missed practice Friday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Harris was injured Week 5 and hasn't been able to practice after a Week 6 bye. He's not looking likely to play Monday against the Seahawks.

Parris Campbell WR | DAL
Colts' Parris Campbell: Looking at multi-month recovery
Head coach Frank Reich said Campbell is facing a recovery timetable of 2-to-3 months after undergoing foot surgery Friday, but the Colts haven't ruled him out for the remainder of the season, Mike Chappell of FOX59/CBS4 Sports reports.
The most optimistic outcome would have Campbell returning in two months to face the Patriots in Week 15. He'll likely need some time to get up to speed once his rehab is complete, but a return late in the regular season or for the playoffs -- should the Colts make it -- is on the table for the third-year wideout.
-
DeVante Parker WR | PHI
Dolphins' DeVante Parker: Questionable for Week 7
The Dolphins list Parker (shoulder/hamstring) as questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports.
Parker's pair of injuries rendered him a limited participant in the Dolphins' first two Week 7 practices, and he apparently didn't do enough at Friday's session to enter the weekend without a designation. As a result, Parker's availability for Sunday's contest is up in the air, but more clarity on his status should come in the hours leading up to the game's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. Since the Dolphins and Falcons play among the early wave of Sunday games, fantasy managers should have plenty of alternatives available if Parker winds up inactive for a third straight game.
-
Jerry Jeudy WR | CLE
Broncos' Jerry Jeudy: Could return Week 8
Jeudy (ankle) is closing in on a return and could be available in the Broncos' next game Oct. 31 against Washington in Week 8, Jeff Legwold of ESPN.com reports.
Head coach Vic Fango previously said Monday that Jeudy had an outside shot to return for Thursday's game against the Browns. Jeudy ultimately wasn't brought back from injured reserve Thursday while the Broncos lost a fourth straight game, but the wideout could be back next week. His return to the lineup will drop Tim Patrick to the No. 3 receiver role, though it could be Jeudy who gets most of the slot work in three-wide sets.
-
Jakeem Grant WR | ATL
Bears' Jakeem Grant: Questionable with ankle injury
Grant (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay.
Grant failed to practice Wednesday or Thursday but logged a limited session Friday, which will at least give him a glimmer of hope to suit up. He has totaled minus-7 receiving yards this season, but Grant plays a significant special-teams role as both the kick returner and punt returner. If Grant sits out against the Buccaneers, Damiere Byrd will likely work as Chicago's return man.
-
Darnell Mooney WR | NYG
Bears' Darnell Mooney: Cleared for Sunday
Mooney (groin) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in Tampa Bay.
Mooney has been playing through the same injury since late September and even managed a full practice this Friday. He'll take on an injury-marred Tampa secondary this Sunday, though favorable matchups haven't necessarily meant much for Chicago's feeble passing game this year.
-
Allen Robinson WR | DET
Bears' Allen Robinson: Listed as questionable
Robinson (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Tampa Bay.
Robinson was a limited practice participant Thursday and Friday after sitting out Wednesday. That's one more limited practice than he managed last week, when he ultimately played through a questionable tag and caught four of seven targets for 53 yards in a 24-14 loss to the Packers. Robinson likely will play through the injury again, with his status to be confirmed when the Bears release their inactive list 90 minutes prior to the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff.
