Quintez Cephus WR | HOU
Lions' Quintez Cephus: Shifts to IR
Cephus (collarbone) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday.
The transaction was fully expected after Cephus sustained a broken collarbone in the team's Week 5 loss to the Vikings. The injury will likely sideline the wideout for the remainder of the season, leaving an already weak Lions receiving corps in dire shape as Tyrell Williams (concussion) is expected to spend at least another week on IR. Detroit appears set to head into Sunday's game against the Bengals with Amon-Ra St. Brown, Kalif Raymond and KhaDarel Hodge as its top wideouts.

Josh Imatorbhebhe WR | JAC
Josh Imatorbhebhe: Joins Jacksonville's practice squad
The Jaguars signed Imatorbhebhe to their practice squad Tuesday, Mark Long of the Associated Press reports.
Imatorbhebhe was waived after he reached an injury settlement with the Jaguars during training camp. The 6-foot-2 wideout is now healthy and has rejoined the squad that signed him as an undrafted free agent. He may have a chance to reach the active roster with DJ Chark (ankle) likely out for the remainder of the season.

Parris Campbell WR | DAL
Colts' Parris Campbell: Not injured in Monday's loss
Updating a previous report, Campbell isn't dealing with an injury following Monday's 31-25 overtime loss to the Ravens, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
When head coach Frank Reich met with the media Tuesday and detailed the Colts' list of injured players coming out of the Week 5 loss, he mentioned that Campbell was dealing with knee and ankle injuries. After further clarification, Reich said the "Campbell" he was referring to was safety Ibraheim Campbell, not Parris. With that in mind, the wideout looks like he won't be at any risk of missing the Colts' next contest Sunday against the Texans.

Parris Campbell WR | DAL
Colts' Parris Campbell: Banged up after Monday's loss
Campbell sustained knee and ankle injuries in Monday's 31-25 overtime loss to the Ravens, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Suiting up Monday for the fourth time in five games, Campbell played 38 of the Colts' 69 offensive snaps in the loss, finishing with season highs across the board in receptions (four), targets (six) and yards (56). Though he wasn't forced out of the game at any point, Campbell appears to have gotten banged up along the way, which could make it a challenge for him to gain clearance for the Colts' Week 7 contest against the Texans.

Byron Pringle WR | WAS
Chiefs' Byron Pringle: Notches second score of season
Pringle hauled in both of his targets for 11 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Bills.
Pringle made the most of his 25 snaps in the contest, playing a higher snap percentage than usual, likely due to the Chiefs trailing for much of the game. His opportunities may continue to wane as Josh Gordon become more familiar with the Kansas City playbook.
-
Demarcus Robinson WR | SF
Chiefs' Demarcus Robinson: Minimal impact again
Robinson reeled in just one of his two targets for eight yards Sunday night versus the Bills.
Robinson saw a season-high 76 percent of the offensive snaps due to the Chiefs trailing most of the game, but it didn't result in any more production from him in the contest. Mecole Hardman once again outproduced him on fewer snaps, and there's nothing to suggest that trend will change anytime soon. If anything, Robinson could begin to cede snaps to Josh Gordon once Gordon becomes familiar with the playbook.

Isaiah Ford WR | CHI
Isaiah Ford: Shifts back to practice squad
Ford reverted back to the Dolphins' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Ford made his first appearance on the active roster this season, but he played just three offensive snaps and caught his only target for three yards. He may get another opportunity next week, as Will Fuller (finger) is on injured reserve, and DeVante Parker's (hamstring) status for Week 6 is uncertain.

JuJu Smith-Schuster WR | NYG
Steelers' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Getting surgery Wednesday
Smith-Schuster will undergo season-ending surgery Wednesday for the right shoulder injury he sustained in Sunday's win over Denver, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Coach Mike Tomlin indicated that Smith-Schuster will be placed on injured reserve, though that transaction may not become official until later in the week. With the wideout done for the season, James Washington (groin) -- who sat out against Denver but is expected to return to practice this week -- is expected to step into a regular role in three-receiver sets alongside Diontae Johnson and Chase Claypool.

James Washington WR | ATL
Steelers' James Washington: Could play Week 6, fill in for JuJu
Washington (groin) is expected to get some practice work in early this week, potentially putting the receiver on track to play Sunday against the Seahawks, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Washington was a mid-week addition to the injury report Week 5, as he was limited by a groin injury Thursday before sitting out Friday's practice and then getting ruled out ahead of Sunday's win over the Broncos. Based on comments from coach Mike Tomlin, Washington sounds like he'll be able to get back on the field in some capacity Wednesday, when the Steelers hold their first practice of the week. If Washington is ultimately cleared to play this weekend, he should be in store for a regular role in three-receiver sets after JuJu Smith-Schuster sustained a season-ending shoulder injury in the win over Denver.

Equanimeous St. Brown WR | SF
Equanimeous St. Brown: Bounces back to practice squad
St. Brown reverted back to the Packers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
St. Brown was elevated to the active roster for the second straight week with Marquez Valdes-Scantling (hamstring) on injured reserve. The 25-year-old wideout played 12 offensive snaps against the Bengals and didn't record a target, but he did register an assisted tackle on Green Bay's kickoff unit.
