  • Hunter Renfrow WR | CAR

Raiders' Hunter Renfrow: Busy day in loss

Renfrow secured six of eight targets for 56 yards in the Raiders' 20-9 loss to the Bears on Sunday. He also returned one punt for nine yards.

Renfrow paced the Raiders in receptions and receiving yards while co-leading the team in targets on the afternoon. With no fewer than five catches in any game and a second straight six-reception tally Sunday, Renfrow is well on pace to comfortably exceed the career-best total of 56 receptions he managed in 2020. The Clemson product will look to continue churning out the production in a Week 6 road battle versus the Broncos.

  • Cardinals' Christian Kirk: Notches 50 yards from scrimmage

Kirk recorded five catches (on five targets) for 39 yards and one 11-yard carry during Sunday's 17-10 win versus the 49ers.

Through five games, Kirk has caught 91.3 percent of his targets (21 of 23), and his yards per target (12.3) easily marks a career high to date. The primary drawback (from a fantasy perspective) in Arizona has been Kyler Murray's propensity to spread the ball around, as five different skill-position players have at least 23 targets, with all of DeAndre Hopkins, A.J. Green, Chase Edmonds and Rondale Moore in front of Kirk. Clearly, Kirk's efficiency will help him have more fruitful outings than not, and he'll have a good chance to produce next Sunday in what may be a back-and-forth road battle with the Browns.

  • Browns' Odell Beckham: Nearly invisible in loss

Beckham caught two of three targets for 20 yards in Sunday's 47-42 loss to the Chargers.

The wideout simply wasn't a big part of the Cleveland passing game even with Baker Mayfield having his most productive day of the season, as four other Browns -- including Donovan Peoples-Jones and Rashard Higgins -- saw more targets and had more receptions. Beckham has seen his numbers decline every week since he made his season debut in Week 3, raising the question of whether he's fully healthy, but the team might need to get more out of him in Week 6 against the undefeated Cardinals.

  • Jalen Guyton WR | LV

Chargers' Jalen Guyton: Critical catch in win

Guyton tallied two receptions (on three targets) for 35 yards in Sunday's 47-42 win over the Browns.

Guyton continues to see plenty of snaps but simply hasn't been a major factor. Known more for his speed rather than his strength, Guyton showcased the latter on a nifty 21-yard reception in the second half but was otherwise hardly used. Given the Chargers' narrow passing tree, it's hard to imagine Guyton emerging as a reliable fantasy option most weeks.

  • Keenan Allen WR | IND

Chargers' Keenan Allen: Another six catches in win

Allen caught six of his nine targets for 75 yards in Sunday's 47-42 win over the Browns.

Allen has at least six catches in all but one game this season, but the veteran stalwart did take a backseat Sunday to Mike Williams' career-high 16 targets. The bevy of looks gave the aforementioned big-bodied Williams two 40-plus yard receptions, but Allen also got in on the action, catching a critical 37-yard deep pass on the team's second-to-final possession of the game. While it's not a statistic that rewards points for fantasy managers, Allen was particularly critical on third down and fourth down, moving the chains on three separate occasions. That type of role almost guarantees a certain floor each and every week, but massive fantasy games might not be as easy with Williams emerging as a certifiable star.

  • Kadarius Toney WR | CLE

Giants' Kadarius Toney: Career game marred by ejection

Toney brought in 10 of 13 targets for 189 yards and threw an incompletion on his one pass attempt in the Giants' 44-20 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday before being ejected with just over six minutes remaining in the fourth quarter.

The rookie's career-best effort was cut short with just over six minutes remaining in the contest for throwing a punch at a Cowboys defender following his final catch of the afternoon. Toney was otherwise outstanding in the second straight absence of Darius Slayton and Sterling Shepard due to hamstring injuries, as well as the early exit of Kenny Golladay with a knee issue. Toney's reception, receiving yardage and target totals all easily paced the Giants, who also were forced to make do with Mike Glennon at quarterback for the entire second half after Daniel Jones was forced from the contest shortly before halftime due to a concussion. Toney will look to build on the positive aspects of his performance in a Week 6 home matchup against the Rams, a game in which he may serve as the No. 1 receiver and work with Glennon again given New York's aforementioned spate of injuries.

  • Amari Cooper WR | LV

Cowboys' Amari Cooper: Another TD in Week 5 win

Cooper (hamstring) brought in three of six targets for 60 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys' 44-20 win over the Giants on Sunday.

Cooper generated a second straight three-catch, one-touchdown effort while beating a questionable designation due to a hamstring injury, with Sunday's score coming on a 24-yard touchdown grab just before halftime. The veteran wideout has four straight three-reception tallies overall after posting a spectacular 13-139-2 line in Week 1 against the Buccaneers, and the six targets he saw versus the Giants were his highest total in that category since the opener as well. Cooper will look to get closer to full health during the coming week ahead of a showdown on the road with the Patriots next Sunday.

  • Mike Williams WR | LAC

Chargers' Mike Williams: Another impressive outing

Williams caught eight of his 16 targets for 165 yards and two touchdowns in the 47-42 win over the Browns on Sunday.

Williams snared a 72-yard reception early in the second quarter, setting a new career high in the process, but that was hardly his only big play Sunday. Benefitting from a career-high 16 targets, Williams peppered the Browns defense throughout most of the afternoon before capitalizing on a bit of blown coverage for a 42-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter, his third 40-plus yard reception in three games. It's clear by now the Joe Lombardi offensive system has unlocked a different level to Williams' game, and the 27-year-old should be a guaranteed starter for fantasy managers moving forward.

  • CeeDee Lamb WR | DAL

Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Paces pass catchers in win

Lamb brought in four of six targets for 84 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys' 44-20 win over the Giants on Sunday. He also rushed once for four yards.

Lamb's receiving yardage tally paced the Cowboys on the afternoon, while his 49-yard touchdown reception early in the second quarter served as a game-long catch. The second-year wideout's overall production was a welcome contrast to Lamb's season-worst 2-13 line in Week 5 against the Panthers, and he'll look to keep the momentum in a Week 6 road showdown with the tough Patriots secondary.

  • Rondale Moore WR | MIN

Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Explosive Week 5 showing

Moore caught five of six targets for 59 yards against San Francisco on Sunday, adding three carries for 38 yards.

It's not a jaw-dropping box score at a glance, but Moore was highly efficient and contributed a high share of Arizona's overall production from scrimmage against the 49ers. The Cardinals produced 332 yards from scrimmage in the 17-10 win, and Moore produced 97 of those on just eight total touches. While it might be difficult for Moore to draw enough snaps to fully realize his fantasy potential in 2021, he at worst has a mid-sized role in the Cardinals offense each week in the meantime, and he would have room to truly take off if A.J. Green or Christian Kirk weren't hanging around too.
