Quintez Cephus WR | HOU
Lions' Quintez Cephus: Scores in second straight
Cephus caught four of seven targets for 63 yards and a touchdown in Monday night's 35-17 loss to the Packers.
Cephus started the evening with an impressive 46-yard gain on third down to extend Detroit's opening drive, which he actually capped with a wide-open, five-yard touchdown thanks to a defensive miscommunication later on. Although he only had a couple grabs afterward, Cephus trailed only tight end T.J. Hockenson in each major receiving category for the Lions, scoring in consecutive games to begin the season to boot. Whether teammate Tyrell Williams (concussion) returns for Week 3's matchup versus the Ravens or not, Cephus is building good chemistry with new quarterback Jared Goff through their first couple games together.

Davante Adams WR | LAR
Packers' Davante Adams: Tops 100 yards in win
Adams caught eight of nine targets for 121 yards in Monday night's 35-17 win over the Lions.
Adams was limited to underneath work in the first half but got his night going with a 50-yard bomb from Aaron Rodgers to begin the third quarter. Rodgers' trusty top target then saved his quarterback by breaking up a would-be interception on their next drive -- the only unsuccessful target in his direction -- before hauling in a 22-yard pass shortly after. As arguably the league's best wideout, Adams bounced back from a relatively quiet Week 1 with a more familiar performance Monday. He'll now hope to find the end zone for the first time this season when facing the 49ers in Week 3.

Cole Beasley WR | NYG
Bills' Cole Beasley: Modest production in win
Beasley caught all four of his targets for 36 yards during Sunday's win over the Dolphins.
The pass-heavy Bills took control of the game early and were content to run the ball more than usual. Even with the addition of Emmanuel Sanders, Beasley still seems like the No. 2 option in the passing game, but there are a lot of mouths to feed even in this high-powered offense. Plus, running back Devin Singletary and tight end Dawson Knox simply look like better players this season. Beasley should maintain his value as a deep WR option, but it's hard to see much upside beyond that. Last season's 967 receiving yards may be tough to match.

Laquon Treadwell WR | IND
Laquon Treadwell: Returns to practice squad
Treadwell reverted back to the Jaguars' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction report.
Treadwell did not see any targets on his nine offensive snaps. He will now work with the practice squad until he receives another chance to move onto the 53-man roster.
-
Kalif Raymond WR | CHI
Lions' Kalif Raymond: Playing Week 2
Raymond (thigh) is listed as active Monday in Green Bay.
Raymond didn't show up on the Lions' injury report until Saturday, when he was listed as a limited participant due to a thigh injury. During pregame warmups he was seen testing out his left leg, on which he had a compression sleeve, per Justin Rogers of The Detroit News. Raymond will give it a go in Week 2 after turning a 75-percent share of the offensive snaps into three catches (on four targets) for 50 yards, plus one carry for nine yards, in the team's season opener versus the 49ers.
-
Trent Sherfield WR | BUF
49ers' Trent Sherfield: Finishes third in WR snaps
Sherfield had one reception (three targets) for nine yards in Sunday's 17-11 win over the Eagles.
Sherfield had a strong debut with San Francisco last week, and he was rewarded with a bump up to third on the depth chart (34 percent of offensive snaps). The 25-year-old showed some promise during the preseason, so he is a name that could surface in the future if a larger role on offense opens up. Currently, Sherfield won't see the kind of volume necessary for most fantasy managers to rely on.
-
Jauan Jennings WR | MIN
49ers' Jauan Jennings: Scores first career touchdown
Jennings caught both of his targets for 17 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 17-11 win over the Eagles.
Jennings ran a levels concept with tight end George Kittle, taking the under route and benefitting from the defense drifting towards his teammate as the wideout took the ball to the house. While this was a big day for the 24-year-old, keep in mind that he logged just six offensive snaps, so he is unlikely to find the end zone very often with the current depth chart configuration.
-
Brandon Aiyuk WR | SF
49ers' Brandon Aiyuk: Starts, but does little
Aiyuk had one reception (two targets) for six yards in Sunday's 17-11 win over the Eagles.
Aiyuk returned to starting opposite Deebo Samuel after falling to fourth on the depth chart in Week 1. The 2020 first-round pick logged 54 percent of offensive snaps after being limited to just 30 percent last game. Despite the increase in playing time, Aiyuk didn't get much attention offensively. Head coach Kyle Shanahan claimed that Aiyuk's role reduction was due to a lingering hamstring injury, but the wideout has been a full participant in practices for two weeks now. It is unclear when Aiyuk will exit the "doghouse" and return to a prominent role on San Francisco's offense, but fantasy managers should definitely wait to deploy him until we see some evidence that he is truly back.

Amari Cooper WR | LV
Cowboys' Amari Cooper: Suffers bruised rib
Cooper sustained a bruised rib during Sunday's 20-17 win over the Chargers, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Cooper secured three of five targets for 24 yards before injuring his ribs late in Sunday's contest. Coach Mike McCarthy said "we'll see Wednesday" about an update on Cooper's health, possibly hinting that the wideout will undergo further medical evaluation. Cooper has an extra day to get healthy ahead of the Cowboys' Week 3 matchup against the Eagles on Monday Night Football, but for now his status looks uncertain. With Michael Gallup (calf) already guaranteed to miss Week 3, an absence by Cooper would leave CeeDee Lamb as Dak Prescott's unquestioned top target.

Equanimeous St. Brown WR | SF
Packers' Equanimeous St. Brown: Called up for MNF
St. Brown has been elevated to the Packers' roster for Monday's game against the Lions.
The oft-injured wide receiver is currently healthy and could get an opportunity to play Monday against the Lions, though St. Brown is unlikely to fill a prominent role. He failed to make the Packers' roster out of camp but has remained around the team on the practice squad.
