Equanimeous St. Brown WR | SF
Packers' Equanimeous St. Brown: Carries questionable tag
St. Brown (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game versus the Bears, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
St. Brown was limited in every practice this week but hasn't gained clearance for Week 12. Marquez Valdez-Scantling (Achilles) is also considered questionable, but both Davante Adams (ankle) and Allen Lazard (core) are good to go. If St. Brown ends up sitting out, Darrius Shepherd and Malik Taylor figure to see increased usage on offense.

David Moore WR | CAR
Seahawks' David Moore: Surfaces on injury report
Moore (hip) was a limited participant in Friday's practice, Joe Fann of NBC Sports Northwest reports.
Moore wasn't listed on Thursday's practice estimate, indicating that he may have suffered this injury during Friday's session. That's a bit concerning, and it makes Saturday's practice status even more important for his chances to play Monday against the Eagles. Rookie Freddie Swain will bump into the No. 3 role if Moore ends up sidelined Week 12.

Keelan Cole WR | LV
Jaguars' Keelan Cole: Could see extra targets
Coach Doug Marrone suggested Cole could be a more important part of the offense with both DJ Chark (ribs) and Chris Conley (hip) ruled out for Sunday's game against Cleveland. "We have a plan," Marrone said. "But we're comfortable, we'll have-Keelan [Cole] will be out there for us and obviously Laviska [Shenault Jr.] is back and he had a good week."
Cole has been a regular in the slot all year, averaging 3.6 catches for 45.3 yards and 0.4 TDs on 5.4 targets per game. Those are good numbers for a slot specialist in a subpar offense, and Cole also has plenty of experience working outside on deeper routes, having handled that role earlier in his career. The versatility is especially valuable with his position group banged up, but a passing game led by QB Mike Glennon isn't likely to be prolific.

N'Keal Harry TE | SEA
Patriots' N'Keal Harry: Listed as questionable this week
Harry (shoulder) is one of 13 New England players listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals after practicing in a limited fashion this week, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Last week, Harry was one of 11 New England players listed as questionable, but he suited up for the team's loss to the Texans, catching five of his eight targets for 41 yards in the process. We'd expect the 2019 first-rounder to be a go once again for Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET tilt, but he remains a hit-or-miss fantasy option in the context of working in the Patriots' inconsistent passing offense.

Breshad Perriman WR | IND
Jets' Breshad Perriman: Set to play Sunday
Perriman (shoulder) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Dolphins after practicing fully Friday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Over his last two games with Joe Flacco at QB, Perriman combined for seven catches on 11 targets for 155 yards and three TDs. This week, signal-caller Sam Darnold has been cleared to start, and while that switch isn't a bad thing for Perriman, his continued fantasy relevance hinges largely on his ability to find the end zone, something he didn't do in the four games prior to his recent run.

Andy Isabella WR | SF
Cardinals' Andy Isabella: Set for more snaps
Isabella may play a larger role than normal Sunday at New England with Larry Fitzgerald (illness) on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
With Fitzgerald sidelined due to a positive COVID-19 test, there's a large void to fill out of the slot. The Cardinals may opt to shift Christian Kirk inside more than usual, but Isabella and KeeSean Johnson are ready to come on the field when the offense goes with three-wide sets. Coach Kliff Kingsbury told Kyle Odegard of the Cardinals' official site on Friday that RB Chase Edmonds and TE Dan Arnold also can line up at wide receiver, but Isabella likely will get the majority of the snaps vacated by Fitzgerald.

Deebo Samuel WR | SF
49ers' Deebo Samuel: Cleared for Week 12
Samuel (hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Rams, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
The 49ers initially reported Samuel being listed as questionable, but it turns out he's been cleared to play. The team will need a lot from him this week, with fellow wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk on the reserve/COVID-19 list and TE George Kittle (foot) still on injured reserve. Samuel last played in a game Week 7, which was only his fourth appearance of the year. Between summer foot surgery, hamstring issues and the pandemic, his second pro season has been a lesson in bad luck. Samuel will catch passes from Nick Mullens on Sunday, facing a Rams defense that's been excellent defending the pass.

Brandon Aiyuk WR | SF
49ers' Brandon Aiyuk: Looking doubtful for Sunday
Coach Kyle Shanahan said Friday that he hasn't heard anything about Aiyuk (reserve/COVID-19) potentially being able to play in Sunday's game against the Rams, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Shanahan said LT Trent Williams has an outside chance, perhaps hinting that Aiyuk has no chance at all. The 49ers seem to be preparing as if the rookie will miss the game.
-
Jerry Jeudy WR | CLE
Broncos' Jerry Jeudy: Questionable for Week 12
Jeudy (ankle/Achilles) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints, Troy Renck of Denver 7 News reports.
Jeudy didn't practice Thursday, but he was limited Wednesday and listed that way on Friday's practice estimate. Still, it wasn't enough to avoid a designation entirely as he tends to ankle and Achilles woes. With a 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff Sunday, it's a somewhat risky proposition to assume Jeudy will suit up, but confirmation will arrive approximately 90 minutes prior.

Justin Jefferson WR | MIN
Vikings' Justin Jefferson: Could be No. 1 WR this week
Jefferson's teammate Adam Thielen isn't expected to play in Sunday's game against the Panthers, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
There's still a bit of uncertainty, as Thielen reportedly had a second test come back negative after a positive result on the initial test had him placed in the COVID-19 protocol. Jefferson could see extra targets if Thielen doesn't play, but the rookie might also draw more attention from the opposing defense.
