  • DeVonta Smith WR | PHI

Eagles' DeVonta Smith: Four catches in Week 6 loss

Smith secured four of five targets for 49 yards in the Eagles' 34-17 loss to the Giants on Thursday night.

Smith was third across the board to Dallas Goedert and A.J. Brown in receptions, receiving yards and targets on the night, and his overall numbers represented a significant downturn from his season-best effort against the Broncos on Sunday. Smith recorded exactly half of the receptions and targets he had in that contest, while his yardage tally was a sharp decline from the 114 he managed versus Denver. His first opportunity to bounce back will come against the Vikings in a Week 7 road matchup on Sunday, Oct. 19.

  • Giants' Wan'Dale Robinson: Paces pass catchers in win

Robinson secured six of seven targets for 84 yards and a touchdown in the Giants' 34-17 win over the Eagles on Thursday night.

Robinson's catch and yardage totals were both team highs for the Giants on the night, and his target tally was second only to that of Lil'Jordan Humphrey. The highlight of Robinson's night was his 35-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter, his second score of the campaign. Robinson now has seen seven targets apiece in his first two full games without Malik Nabers (IR, knee), and his involvement should remain elevated during a tough Week 7 road matchup against the Broncos on Sunday, Oct. 19.

  • A.J. Brown WR | PHI

Eagles' A.J. Brown: Solid showing in upset loss

Brown brought in six of nine targets for 80 yards in the Eagles' 34-17 loss to the Giants on Thursday night.

Brown finished second across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets to Dallas Goedert for the Eagles on the night, tying a season high in catches as well. Brown also recorded his first catch of 20-plus yards since Week 3, and he extended his streak of games with at least eight targets to five contests. He has at least five receptions in four of the last five games, so, despite all the talk about his reduced role in the offense, the star wideout remains an integral figure in Philadelphia's air attack heading into a Week 7 road matchup against the Vikings on Sunday, Oct. 19.

  • 49ers' Jordan Watkins: Misses practice Thursday

Watkins (calf) did not participate at practice Thursday, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports.

Watkins remained unavailable for practice Thursday, as he continues to nurse the calf injury that he suffered in early September. The wide receiver will have one more chance to return to practice before Sunday's matchup with the Buccaneers.

  • Van Jefferson WR | TEN

Titans' Van Jefferson: Limited practice Thursday

Jefferson (ankle) practiced in limited fashion Thursday.

Jefferson was unable to practice in any capacity Wednesday, so his activity Thursday was a step in the right direction. There should be a clearer picture of his potential availability for a Week 6 matchup against Las Vegas on Friday, depending on whether he can avoid an injury designation.

  • Chris Godwin WR | TB

Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Another missed practice

Godwin (fibula) didn't practice Thursday, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

All of Godwin, fellow WR Mike Evans (hamstring) and RB Bucky Irving (foot/shoulder) weren't spotted at Thursday's session and subsequently went down as non-participants for a second day in a row. Both Evans and Irving are trending toward absences Sunday against the 49ers due to their respective lingering injuries, but it's unclear if Godwin's new fibula issue has him in the same boat. Friday's practice thus will be key for Godwin to put himself in a position to suit up (or not) this weekend.

  • Packers' Savion Williams: Remains limited Thursday

Williams (groin) was a limited participant at practice Thursday.

Williams has now opened the week with back-to-back limited practices due to an apparent groin injury. The wide receiver will have one more shot Friday to log a full practice prior to Sunday's matchup with Cincinnati.

  • Kalif Raymond WR | DET

Lions' Kalif Raymond: Bumps up to limited Thursday

Raymond (neck) was limited in Thursday's practice.

It's an upgrade for Raymond after he logged a DNP on Wednesday following his injury in last Sunday's win over the Bengals. Raymond has been operating as the Lions' third receiver early on this season, securing six of nine targets for 47 yards, but rookie Isaac TeSlaa figures to make a move on the veteran at some point in 2025. In addition to his duties on offense, Raymond has returned two kickoffs for 60 yards and 12 punts for 125 yards and one touchdown.

  • Khadarel Hodge WR | ATL

Falcons' KhaDarel Hodge: Limited practice Thursday

Hodge (groin) was a limited participant at practice Thursday, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official website reports.

Hodge was unable to practice last week while dealing with a groin injury, so Thursday's session is a step in the right direction. With the team playing the Bills on Monday Night Football in Week 6, the wide receiver will have two more chances to log a full practice before the end of the week.

  • Dyami Brown WR | JAC

Jaguars' Dyami Brown: Another limited showing

Brown (shoulder) was limited at Thursday's practice.

Brown has been tending to a shoulder injury since a Week 3 win against the Texans that sidelined him Week 4 at San Francisco. He was able to return for Monday's game against the Chiefs, hauling in two of four targets for 15 yards while logging 66 percent of the snaps. Friday's practice report will reveal whether or not Brown enters the weekend with a designation in advance of Sunday's contest versus the Seahawks.
