Worthy's ankle swelled up on the Chiefs' flight to Jacksonville on Sunday, and Kansas City added him to the injury report as questionable as a precaution, Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network reports.

According to Wolfe, the Chiefs will see how Worthy feels Monday ahead of the team's game against the Jaguars. Worthy wasn't even on the injury report this week and practiced in full, so it's unclear when he even came down with this ankle issue. Fantasy managers need to have another plan in place in case Worthy is deemed unable to play. Tyquan Thornton, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Dyami Brown and Parker Washington are options that may be found on the waiver wire.

Smith-Njigba corralled eight of nine targets for 132 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 38-35 loss to the Buccaneers.

Smith-Njigba put it all together with his first game of the season recording 100 or more yards while also nabbing a touchdown. The outpouring of fantasy production was a welcome sight after the star receiver experienced a gradual reduction in targets from the high-water mark of 13 he set back in Week 1. JSN bumped his receiving line up to 34-534-2 through five appearances as he settles in as QB Sam Darnold's most-trusted option in the passing game. Managers can start Smith-Njigba with confidence heading into a Week 6 road matchup against the Jaguars next Sunday.

Moore (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday night's contest against the Patriots.

Moore will be a healthy scratch in Week 5, heading to the bench after failing to garner a target over 18 offensive snaps in the team's 31-19 win over the Saints in Week 4. The wide receiver has caught four of five targets for 64 yards, while also adding 25 yards and a score over five carries, through four games this season.

The Chiefs added Worthy (shoulder/ankle) to the injury report Sunday, and he's now questionable for Monday night's game against the Jaguars.

The ankle issue is the new one for Worthy, as this is the first time it's been noted as an injury for the Chiefs' star wide receiver. Worthy had already been dealing with a shoulder injury that he suffered in Week 1. If Worthy is unable to play against Jacksonville, Tyquan Thornton would likely again be an every-down player for Kansas City.

Brown brought in five of eight targets for 43 yards in the Eagles' 21-17 loss to the Broncos on Sunday.

Brown finished second in receptions and third in targets during a busy day for the Eagles' passing attack, but he averaged just 8.6 yards per grab against Denver's tough defense. Brown's reception and receiving yardage tallies were his second highest of the season, but through five games, he has just a single touchdown catch and only one game of more than 43 receiving yards as well. Brown won't have to wait long for his next opportunity to put an end to that unfavorable trend, as he draws a favorable Week 6 road matchup against the Giants on Thursday night.

Raymond won't return to Sunday's contest at Cincinnati due to a neck injury.

Raymond remained on the turf for some time after taking a hit on an 11-yard punt return in second quarter before walking off the field under his own power. His only contribution to Sunday's box score was the aforementioned return, as he had no targets at the time of his exit.

Sutton brought in eight of 10 targets for 99 yards in the Broncos' 21-17 win over the Eagles on Sunday.

Sutton led the Broncos in receptions, receiving yards and targets on the afternoon, recording a team-high 34-yard catch along the way. The veteran wideout fell just short of what would have been his second 100-yard game of the campaign, but he's now posted at least 81 receiving yards in three straight contests. Sutton figures to remain Bo Nix's top target when the Broncos travel to London to face the Jets in a Week 6 clash next Sunday.

Smith secured eight of 10 targets for 114 yards in the Eagles' 21-17 loss to the Broncos on Sunday.

Smith shook off a highly undesirable matchup on paper to produce team-best totals in receptions, receiving yards and targets on the afternoon, as well as a season-long 52-yard catch. The Eagles' unusual pass-centric approach Sunday certainly helped Smith's numbers, but even on lower-volume days for the air attack, Smith has been the more consistent producer between him and A.J. Brown by far through Philadelphia's first five games. Smith will take a 25-272-1 receiving line on 30 targets into a favorable Week 6 road matchup against the Giants on Thursday night.

Waddle brought in six of nine targets for 110 yards and a touchdown in the Dolphins' 27-24 loss to the Panthers on Sunday.

In his first full game this season without Tyreek Hill (IR, knee) alongside him, Waddle stepped up as expected and led the Dolphins across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets. The talented veteran had another couple of close calls downfield that could have resulted in an even bigger day, but as it was, Waddle posted new season highs in catches, receiving yards and targets. He also recorded his third touchdown of the season on a go-ahead 46-yard grab with just under five minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, making it a productive all-around day despite the disappointing team outcome. Waddle will aim to put together a successful encore performance in a tough Week 6 home matchup against the Chargers next Sunday afternoon.

McMillan brought in six of eight targets for 73 yards in the Panthers' 27-24 win over the Dolphins on Sunday.

McMillan led the Panthers in receptions, receiving yards and targets in what is becoming a customary occurrence for the talented rookie. The 2025 first-round pick equaled his career high in receptions while posting his second-highest yardage total to date, and he recorded multiple catches of 20-plus yards for the third time in five contests. The chemistry between McMillan and Bryce Young continues to grow by the game, and the duo will draw a favorable matchup at home against the Cowboys in Week 6 next Sunday afternoon.
