Ricky Pearsall WR | SF
49ers' Ricky Pearsall: Active in Week 4
Pearsall (knee) is listed as active Sunday against the Jaguars, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.
A knee injury hampered Pearsall in practice during Week 4 prep, resulting in a DNP on Wednesday and limited sessions Thursday and Friday. On Wednesday, the second-year pro told Jennifer Lee Chan of NBC Sports Bay Area that he'd play that day if there was a game, and now that Sunday has arrived, he'll be out there as he normally is for the 49ers offense. Considering fellow WR Jauan Jennings (ankle/shoulder) reportedly will have his snaps monitored, per Adam Schefter of ESPN, Pearsall is lined up to be Brock Purdy's (left shoulder/toe) top pass catcher in the quarterback's return to action.

Dyami Brown WR | JAC
Jaguars' Dyami Brown: Inactive Sunday
Brown (shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's game against the 49ers.
Brown, who exited the Jaguars' 17-10 win over the Texans in Week 3 after recording 23 snaps and two catches for seven yards on three targets, approached the contest listed as questionable after practicing in a limited fashion Thursday and Friday. In his absence Sunday, Brian Thomas, Travis Hunter and Parker Washington are on track to lead the Jaguars' wideout corps versus San Francisco, with Washington (who saw 11 targets in Week 3) representing a lineup pivot for those scrambling for help at the WR position in Week 4.

Jauan Jennings WR | SF
49ers' Jauan Jennings: Returning to action Sunday
Jennings (ankle/shoulder) is active for Sunday's game versus the Jaguars, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.
Jennings was gutting out a shoulder injury in the later stages of Week 1 and all of Week 2, but in the latter contest, he picked up an ankle injury that sidelined him Week 3 and didn't allow him to practice until Friday in a limited capacity. While he'll be available to the 49ers offense Sunday, there's an expectation that his snaps will be monitored, per Adam Schefter of ESPN. As a result, managers may want to pivot to a healthier option until Jennings is able to handle a typical workload, even with QB Brock Purdy (left shoulder/toe) back in action.

Davante Adams WR | LAR
Rams' Davante Adams: Active against Colts
Adams (hamstring) is active for Sunday's Week 4 game against the Colts, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
The veteran wideout was able to get in a limited practice Friday after sitting out the first two sessions of the week, and Adams has now validated head coach Sean McVay's optimism that he'd be able to suit up and fill his usual No. 2 role against Indianapolis. Adams thus has far proven an ideal complementary fit in the Rams' air attack alongside No. 1 receiver Puka Nacua, posting a 13-213-2 line on 29 targets through his first three contests.

Cedric Tillman WR | CLE
Browns' Cedric Tillman: Hurts hamstring Sunday
Tillman won't return to Sunday's game against the Lions after sustaining a hamstring injury.
Tillman approached the contest without an injury designation after being limited Wednesday and Thursday by listed hand and hip issues, so Sunday's hamstring injury is something new for the wideout. Prior to his exit, Tillman caught one of his two targets for six yards. In his absence, Isaiah Bond, Jamari Thrash and DeAndre Carter are available to handle WR snaps that don't go to Jerry Jeudy.

Malik Nabers WR | NYG
Giants' Malik Nabers: Gets carted off field
Nabers was carted to the locker room due to an apparent right knee injury during Sunday's game against the Chargers, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Nabers stayed down on the ground while grabbing at his knee after he attempted to make a leaping grab down the sideline. Considering he needed a cart to leave the field, there's a decent chance his Week 4 is over.

DK Metcalf WR | PIT
Steelers' DK Metcalf: Keeps finding end zone
Metcalf recorded five receptions on five targets for 126 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-21 win over the Vikings.
Metcalf found the end zone in his third straight game while also tallying his first 100-yard receiving game as a Steeler. He did the majority of his damage on an 80-yard touchdown early in the second quarter, which came nearly entirely after the catch. Metcalf continues to be Aaron Rodgers' favorite target among the downfield pass catchers, and he has at least 80 receiving yards in half of his four games in his nascent Steelers tenure.

David Moore WR | CAR
Panthers' David Moore: Won't return Sunday
Moore (elbow) won't return to Sunday's game against the Patriots, David Newton of ESPN.com and Joe Person of The Athletic report.
Prior to his exit from the game, Moore carried once for 12 yards and did not record a target. In his absence, the Panthers' Week 4 depth at wideout is further taxed, with Xavier Legette (hamstring) having previously been made inactive Sunday. Tetairoa McMillan,Hunter Renfrow and Brycen Tremayne are now in line to lead the team's WR corps versus New England.

David Moore WR | CAR
Panthers' David Moore: Carted off field after elbow injury
Moore is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Patriots due to an elbow injury, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.
Moore suffered the injury on a 12-yard rushing attempt on the Panthers' first offensive play of the game. The injury was severe enough that he had to be carted off the field, and he'll have his injury evaluated in the locker room. With Moore in the locker room and Xavier Legette (hamstring) and Jimmy Horn (coach's decision) both inactive, the Panthers will turn to Hunter Renfrow, Brycen Tremayne and Dalevon Campbell to pick up the slack at wide receiver behind first-round rookie Tetairoa McMillan.

Jordan Addison WR | MIN
Vikings' Jordan Addison: Makes splash in season debut
Addison caught four of eight targets for 114 yards in Sunday's 24-21 loss to the Steelers in Dublin.
Seeing his first action of the season after serving a three-game suspension, Addison had a quiet first half but then turned busted coverage into an 81-yard gain late in the fourth quarter that set up a Jalen Nailor TD reception, as the Vikings tried to rally from a 21-6 deficit. Addison figures to be productive again in Week 5, facing a Browns defense in London that has been far more vulnerable through the air than on the ground to begin the year.
