Palmer (shoulder) and DJ Moore (shoulder) are listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Las Vegas, Sam Warren of The Athletic reports.

Both wideouts missed Monday's win over the Rams, in which each of Keon Coleman, Khalil Shakir and Skyler Bell topped 60 percent route share, though many of those routes were on plays that ended up being Josh Allen scrambles. Bell likely will lose the most playing time if Moore and/or Palmer returns this week.

Moore (shoulder) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Las Vegas, Jay Skurski of The Buffalo News reports.

Moore returned to practice Friday in a non-contact jersey, potentially setting up a game-time decision ahead of Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. Fellow Bills wideout Joshua Palmer (shoulder) also is listed as questionable, after both Moore and Palmer missed an overtime win at Los Angeles in Week 5. Keon Coleman, Khalil Shakir and Skyler Bell handled nearly all of the WR routes last week.

Moore (shoulder) is practicing Friday in a non-contact jersey, ESPN's Nick Suss reports.

Listed as a non-participant the previous two days, Moore may nonetheless make a bid to play Sunday at Las Vegas. He missed a Week 5 win over the Rams after aggravating a shoulder injury in Week 4.

Wicks (hamstring) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest versus the Panthers.

Wicks was limited Wednesday and didn't log any on-field work Thursday, but an uncapped session Friday has him in the clear for Week 6 action. He'll be welcoming back DeVonta Smith (hamstring) to the lineup, though, which may not allow Wicks to reach the 6.5 targets per game that he received during Smith's two-game absence.

Lane (wrist) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Cleveland.

A full practice participant throughout the week, Lane will need to be taken off injured reserve on Friday or Saturday to play in Sunday's game. If that happens, he'll likely be Baltimore's third or fourth wide receiver, perhaps sharing snaps with Devontez Walker behind veteran starters Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman (both cleared to play after being listed on the injury report this week).

Bateman (shoulder) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Cleveland.

A full practice Friday erases the concern about Bateman's shoulder injury, whereas QB Lamar Jackson (ankle) still isn't practicing and won't play this week.

Evans (ribs/Achilles) was working on the side during the open portion of Friday's practice, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

In addition to Evans' existing rib injury, the 49ers tacked on Achilles on Thursday, calling Evans a non-participant with head coach Kyle Shanahan terming it soreness, per Wagoner. It's unclear if Evans will do enough Friday to warrant an upgrade to limited, but the team's ensuing practice report will reveal as much.

Smith (hamstring) practiced in full Friday and doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game versus the Panthers.

Prior to logging a limited practice Thursday, Smith had been working on a side field for roughly one week, so a return to action seemed possible before the Eagles cleared him outright Friday. He thus will be making his first appearance this weekend since a Week 3 loss at Chicago, looking to build upon his 19-235-1 line on 27 targets through the first three contests. Smith won't be working with Jalen Hurts (calf) due to a blood clot, though, with backup QB Tanner McKee subbing in for Hurts for as long as the latter is sidelined.

Flowers (toe) is has been cleared to play for Sunday's game at Cleveland.

The Ravens added Flowers to their injury report Thursday as a limited participant, and while he remained limited Friday, his game availability isn't in doubt. Tyler Huntley is making another start at quarterback with Lamar Jackson (ankle) ruled out again.

Boston (foot) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Chris Easterling of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

A limited practice participant throughout the week, Boston should be fine for his usual workload unless there's an in-game setback Sunday. He's rarely left the field for Cleveland this season, and his big plays have been about the only bright spot on offense.
