Mims is questionable to return to Monday's Week 1 matchup versus Kansas City due to a hip injury, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.

Mims departed in the first quarter and subsequently was deemed questionable by the Broncos. It's unclear when he suffered the injury, but the wideout hadn't drawn a target prior to his departure. If Mims is unable to return, Pat Bryant will likely step into a bigger role on offense.

Branch returned three punts for 33 yards and one kickoff for 30 yards in the Falcons' 20-13 loss to the Steelers on Sunday.

Branch saw 18 offensive snaps in the contest but did not show up in the box score. The wide receiver's six special-teams snaps resulted in four return attempts, hinting at a potentially expanded role with the unit in the coming weeks.

McDonald sustained a knee injury during Monday's game against the Broncos and is questionable to return.

The linebacker made one tackle before exiting. McDonald played far more on special teams than defense a year ago and is likely to fill a similar role for Kansas City this year.

Allen turned four carries into 16 yards during the Commanders' 24-22 loss to the Eagles on Sunday.

Allen didn't record his first NFL carry until the third quarter, though he did log three rushes for 11 yards during the Commanders' final offensive drive of the game. The rookie sixth-rounder played only seven snaps on offense, well behind fellow running backs Jacory Croskey-Merritt (34) and Rachaad White (29). Allen figures to see limited work out of the Commanders backfield this season unless one or both of Croskey-Merritt and White were to miss time. Washington has another NFC East matchup on tap, a Week 2 road tilt against Dallas on Sept. 20.

The Patriots signed Brayboy to their practice squad Monday.

Brayboy was waived by the Jaguars earlier in the month but is now headed to New England. The 25-year-old spent the 2025 campaign on Jacksonville's practice squad, but he didn't appear in any games and will look to make his debut with the Patriots this season.

The Packers signed Melton to the active roster Monday.

Melton was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's loss to the Vikings. The wide receiver played 27 total snaps, catching his sole target for 10 yards on one of his seven offensive plays. The wide receiver played in 16 regular-season games for the Packers in 2025, logging four receptions for 107 yards and a touchdown as well as five rushing attempts for 35 yards.

Bates caught two of three targets for 13 yards in Sunday's 24-22 loss to the Eagles.

Bates started along with Chig Okonkwo at tight end, and he garnered more than two targets in a regular-season game for the first time since Week 9 of the 2025 campaign. Bates was on the field for 34 of the team's 70 offensive snaps while also logging 15 more snaps on special teams.

Delane has a shoulder injury and is questionable to return to Monday's matchup with the Broncos.

The rookie first-round pick intercepted a Bo Nix pass on Denver's first possession of the game, leading to a Kansas City touchdown. Delane was dealing with a shoulder injury during OTAs and was limited to start training camp as a result of the issue. Kristian Fulton, Nohl Williams and Christian Roland-Wallace could see more snaps in his absence.

Brown failed to haul in either of his two targets during the Commanders' 24-22 loss to the Eagles on Sunday.

Brown played 37 of 70 offensive snaps (52.9 percent), which was third most among Commanders wide receivers behind Terry McLaurin (61) and Stefon Diggs (44). However, Brown was unable to reel in the two passes he saw from Jayden Daniels, whereas rookie third-rounder Antonio Williams finished with a 4-64-1 receiving line despite playing only 26 offensive snaps. Brown will look for better results in Washington's Week 2 clash against Dallas on Sept. 20.

Boerkircher caught his only target for nine yards during Sunday's 34-10 win versus the Browns.

Boerkircher played 38 of Jacksonville's 57 offensive snaps in his pro debut, good for second most among Jaguars tight ends behind Brenton Strange (39). Boerkircher was billed as more of a blocker than a route runner when he was taken in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft, and at least in the short term, Strange should be expected to continue to see more targets between the two of them.
