Parrish logged five solo tackles and two pass defenses (including an interception) during the Buccaneers' 17-14 loss to the Packers on Sunday.

Parrish jumped in front of a Jordan Love pass intended for Matthew Golden late in the fourth quarter, but the Buccaneers offense was unable to capitalize on the takeaway to tie or take the lead. It was the first interception of the season for Parrish, with the second-year pro logging two interceptions during his rookie campaign. He's up to 12 tackles (11 solo) and three pass defenses through three regular-season games in 2026.

Downs recorded seven total tackles (five solo) during Sunday's 34-30 win over Houston.

Downs was able to notch at least seven takedowns for the third time in four contests to begin his NFL career. The safety has been on the field for every defensive snap over the last three weeks, and he is now up to 27 total tackles (17 solo), including 1.0 sacks, while also adding a pass defensed and two forced fumble this year.

The Jaguars placed Ransaw (knee) on their injured reserve list Tuesday.

Ransaw suffered a knee injury during Sunday's game at Cincinnati, and now he'll have to sit out at least the next four games as he recovers. In parallel transactions, Jacksonville waived cornerback Christian Braswell (knee) with an injury designation and signed cornerbacks Jaylon Jones and Alijah Huzzie.

Chappell (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve by the Vikings on Tuesday.

Chappell has spent the entirety of the 2026 regular season on IR with Minnesota, but he will now hit the open market. The cornerback will be placed on waivers, and if he goes unclaimed, he'll have the chance to pass a physical and play elsewhere this year.

The Jaguars waived Braswell (knee) with an injury designation Tuesday.

Braswell missed his first game of the season due to a knee injury in Week 4, and now he'll probably revert to Jacksonville's injured reserve list unless he's claimed by another team during the current waiver period. In corresponding moves, the Jaguars placed safety Caleb Ransaw (knee) on their injured reserve list and signed cornerbacks Jaylon Jones and Alijah Huzzie.

Jackson (knee) was placed on injured reserve by the Vikings on Tuesday.

Jackson suffered a torn meniscus during Sunday's 15-10 win over Miami, and he was already set to miss the rest of the regular season, so Tuesday's move to the IR comes as no surprise. Joe Huber is the top candidate to take over as Minnesota's starting left guard in Jackson's absence.

Jacksonville signed Jones (hamstring) to its 53-man roster Tuesday.

Jones was released by the Bears with an injury settlement prior to Week 1, but it now appears he's ready for game action again. In corresponding transactions, the Jaguars signed cornerback Alijah Huzzie, waived cornerback Christian Braswell (knee) with an injury designation and placed safety Caleb Ransaw (knee) on their injured reserve list.

Smith (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve by the Texans on Tuesday.

Smith will be forced to miss at least four weeks of action after suffering a Grade 2 hamstring strain, per Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston. The cornerback has played only seven snaps on defense this season, so his absence will carry more of an impact on Houston's special-teams unit.

The Cardinals placed Johnson (biceps) on injured reserve Tuesday.

The moves comes after Johnson was diagnosed with a torn left biceps that he sustained toward the end of the Cardinals' Week 4 loss to the Giants. He'll spend the rest of the 2026 season on IR and aim to be fully healthy for the start of the 2027 campaign, which will be the final year of his rookie contract. Jayden Williams will be the starting left tackle for now, with Josh Fryar and the recently acquired Jedrick Wills (signed from the Bills' practice squad) providing depth at the position in Johnson's absence.

The Falcons cut Jones from the practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Jones stuck around with the Falcons on the practice squad after failing to make the team's 53-man roster at the end of training camp. The undrafted rookie is now a free agent, and he should garner some interest from teams looking to add depth to the backfield.
