  • Isiah Pacheco RB | DET

Chiefs' Isiah Pacheco: Ruled out for Week 12

Coach Andy Reid ruled out Pacheco (knee) for Sunday's game against the Colts, Jesse Newell of The Athletic reports.

Pacheco has been sidelined since Week 8 due to a sprained MCL, but he was able to practice fully Wednesday and log a limited session Thursday, marking the first notable progress in his recovery. Reid also told Charles Goldman of AtoZSports.com that Pacheco didn't have a setback, and his return to practice this week was "literally to see where he's at." Pacheco thus will turn his focus to a Thanksgiving Day game at Dallas, while Kareem Hunt will continue to lead the Chiefs backfield this weekend.

  • Colts' DeForest Buckner: Coach optimistic for return in 2025

Head coach Shane Steichen said Friday that he's optimistic Buckner (neck) will return during the 2025 season, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

Buckner has been on injured reserve since Nov. 7 due to a neck injury, but he has been in the building with teammates as the veteran defensive tackle works his way back from the injury. The earliest Buckner will be eligible to return is Dec. 14 against the Seahawks in Week 15.

  • Jamel Dean CB | PIT

Buccaneers' Jamel Dean: Out for Week 12

Dean (hip) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Rams, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.

The Auburn product is now in line to miss his second game of the season after sustaining a hip injury in the Week 11 loss to the Bills. Dean is an integral part of Tampa Bay's secondary, recording 28 total tackles, including 1.0 sacks, and six passes defensed, with three interceptions, over just nine appearances this season. While he's out in Week 12, expect rookie Benjamin Morrison to operate as one of the Bucs' top boundary corners.

  • Haason Reddick OLB | TB

Buccaneers' Haason Reddick: Won't play Sunday

Reddick (ankle/knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Rams, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.

The 31-year-old didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday and is now in line to miss his fourth consecutive game due to ankle and knee injuries. While Reddick remains sidelined, expect Anthony Nelson to continue starting opposite Yaya Diaby in the Buccaneers' linebacker corps.

  • Packers' Savion Williams: Not practicing Friday

Williams (foot) isn't practicing Friday, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

Williams will likely be listed as questionable, at best, when the Packers release their injury report later Friday, as the rookie third-round pick managed just one limited practice Thursday sandwiched between two absences. Green Bay is banged up at wide receiver, but even in the off chance Williams gets the green light Sunday against the Vikings, his contributions would likely be limited primarily to returning kickoffs on special teams.

  • Drake London WR | ATL

Falcons' Drake London: Officially ruled out

London (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game at New Orleans, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

He didn't practice at all this week, after suffering a PCL sprain toward the end of an overtime loss to the Panthers on Sunday. With London out for at least one game and QB Michael Penix (knee) done for the season, Atlanta will rely on the likes of QB Kirk Cousins and WRs KhaDarel Hodge and David Sills.

  • Sincere McCormick: Joins Cardinals' practice squad

McCormick signed with the Cardinals' practice squad Friday.

McCormick was cut from San Francisco's practice squad Tuesday, but he's already found a new home in Arizona. The UTSA product's last in-game action came with the Raiders in 2024, when he appeared in five games and rushed 39 times for 183 yards across 105 total snaps (84 on offense, 21 on special teams).

  • Elic Ayomanor WR | TEN

Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Won't play Sunday

Ayomanor (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

In Ayomanor's absence versus Seattle this weekend, Chimere Dike, Van Jefferson and Mason Kinsey are slated to lead a Titans WR corps that will be without Calvin Ridley (fibula) for the rest of the season. Ayomanor's next chance to see game action will occur Sunday, Nov. 30 against the Jaguars.

  • Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT

Steelers' Aaron Rodgers: Questionable after limited practice

Coach Mike Tomlin noted Friday that Rodgers (left wrist) was limited at practice Friday and will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears, Brian Batko of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Earlier this week, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com relayed that Rodgers' Week 12 status is, in the words of the QB, "a safety thing" rather than a pain-management issue. In the wake of back-to-back practices, Rodgers could end up being a game-day call, but fortunately for those considering him in fantasy lineups this week, the Steelers kick off at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday. If he's unavailable versus Chicago, however, Mason Rudolph would be in line to draw the start in his place.

  • David Njoku TE | LAC

Browns' David Njoku: Cleared for Week 12

Njoku (knee) won't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.

Njoku didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday as he manages a knee issue, but the tight end's return to Friday's session paves the way for him to play versus Las Vegas this weekend. In the process, he'll remain a key target alongside fellow TE Harold Fannin, as well as WRs Jerry Jeudy and Cedric Tillman, in a Week 12 offense that will be helmed by Shedeur Sanders, who is making his first career regular-season start at QB with Dillon Gabriel (concussion) out.
