Golden (shoulder/wrist) is listed as inactive Sunday versus the Vikings, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

The Packers cleared three injured wide receivers Friday -- Christian Watson (knee), Romeo Doubs (wrist) and Bo Melton (shoulder) -- and two more Sunday morning in Dontayvion Wicks (calf) and Savion Williams (foot). Meanwhile, Golden won't suit up Week 12, which will mark the second time in the last three games he'll sit out as he tends to a lingering shoulder injury and a new wrist issue. His next chance to play is Thursday at Detroit.

Jackson is in line to make his first career start in Sunday's game against the Steelers, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.

Two of Chicago's starting linebackers, T.J. Edwards (hand) and Noah Sewell (elbow), are inactive for Sunday's contest. In nine games this season, Jackson has played on 32 defensive snaps and 180 special-teams snaps, making 11 tackles (four solo).

Rodgers (wrist) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bears, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

After suffering a non-displaced fracture to his left (non-throwing) wrist during last week's win over the Bengals, Rodgers made a spirited bid to attempt to play Sunday, but he ultimately didn't heal enough for the Steelers to feel comfortable having him suit up in Chicago. With Rodgers set to miss his first game of the season, Mason Rudolph will draw the start at quarterback, while rookie Will Howard serves as his backup. Rodgers won't need surgery to address his injury, and while the early expectation is that he'll be able to return to action Week 13 against the Bills, he'll likely need to wear a protective brace on the wrist.

Stevenson (toe) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Stevenson, who last appeared in a game in Week 8, was limited at practice Wednesday and Thursday, but the running back's full participation in Friday's session foreshadowed his active status Sunday. Stevenson is thus slated to rejoin a backfield that also includes rookie second-rounder TreVeyon Henderson, who combined for five total TDs over New England's last two contests. Prior to missing three straight weeks of action, Stevenson logged 83 carries for 279 yards and three TDs, while adding 16 catches (on 19 targets) for 169 yards in eight games. In his return to action versus Cincinnati, Stevenson should reclaim his key role in the Patriots' ground game, though in terms of volume it's possible that Henderson factors in more than he did the last time the two backs were both available.

Brisker (shoulder) is active for Sunday's game against the Steelers, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.

After not practicing Wednesday, Brisker logged full sessions Thursday and Friday but was still given a questionable tag. The 2022 second-round pick has yet to miss a game this season, racking up 49 tackles and three pass defenses, including an interception.

Benedet (quadriceps) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Steelers, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.

Benedet appeared to suffer the injury during practice, as he was a limited participant Thursday and Friday after not being listed on the report Wednesday. This will be the undrafted rookie's first absence of the season, opening up an opportunity for fellow rookie Ozzy Trapilo to start at left tackle.

Jacobs made an early exit from a Week 11 win at the Giants with what he eventually called a bone bruise in his knee and a thigh contusion, per Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site. After opening Week 12 prep with no activity Wednesday, Jacobs followed it up with back-to-back limited practices and entered the weekend as questionable. Adam Schefter of ESPN reported Saturday evening that Jacobs was slated to go through a pregame warmup before Green Bay made a decision on his availability, and the team didn't see enough to clear him for Sunday's contest. Emanuel Wilson thus is set to pace the Packers backfield for at least one game, while Chris Brooks and practice-squad elevation Pierre Strong also are on hand for RB reps. Jacobs will turn his focus to a Thanksgiving Day matchup at Detroit.

In the absence of Theo Benedet (quadriceps), Trapilo will start at left tackle against the Steelers on Sunday, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Trapilo -- the Bears' second-round selection in the 2025 NFL Draft -- was unable to win a starting spot out of training camp. However, he will make his first regular-season start Sunday due to Benedet's injury and with Braxton Jones (knee) on injured reserve.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reported Saturday evening that Jacobs' availability for Week 12 would come down to a pregame warmup, but even before the running back could partake in one, the Packers seem to be leaning toward giving him the day off due to the bone bruise in his knee and thigh contusion that he sustained last Sunday at the Giants. Green Bay's inactive list will be confirmed about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, but assuming Jacobs' name is included, Emanuel Wilson will be lined up to be the team's No. 1 RB, with Chris Brooks and practice-squad elevation Pierre Strong also on hand.

He'll be filling in for Aaron Rodgers, who had been listed as questionable but wasn't able to make enough progress in his recovery from a non-displaced left wrist fracture to play through the injury Sunday. Per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Rodgers should be able to play next weekend against the Bills, but Rudolph will get the starting nod in Week 12, which makes him a pivot option for fantasy managers who would normally utilize Rodgers in lineups.
