Golden (shoulder/wrist) remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings but isn't expected to play, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

While managing a pair of injuries, Golden was listed as a limited participant in practices Wednesday through Friday before he was one of three Packers receivers to take a questionable tag into the weekend. Confirmation on Golden's status won't arrive until the Packers post their inactive list 90 minutes prior to the 1 p.m. ET kickoff, but the rookie first-round pick looks like he'll wind up being sidelined for the second time in the past three games. When healthy, Golden has occasionally flashed some big-play ability, but with no more than six targets in any of his nine appearances on the season, he hasn't been drawing enough volume to make much of a fantasy impact.

Penix is scheduled to undergo full reconstructive ACL surgery on his left knee in Los Angeles during the upcoming week and is expected to face a nine-month recovery, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

With Penix set for season-ending surgery, Kirk Cousins will take over as the Falcons' new starting quarterback beginning with Sunday's game in New Orleans. Even though Penix's estimated nine-month recovery timeline would give him a chance to be ready to play by Week 1 of the 2026 campaign, head coach Raheem Morris acknowledged that Penix's medical history will likely prompt the team to make alternative plans at quarterback -- whether that's retaining Cousins or bringing aboard someone else -- this coming offseason as a safeguard. During his time in college, Penix previously underwent surgeries to repair the ACL in his right knee in 2018 and 2020, and he also had two other seasons end early due to joint injuries to each of his shoulders.

Baker, who is questionable to play Sunday against Seattle, is managing an illness as well as a knee injury, per the NFL's transaction log.

Baker popped up on Tennessee's injury report Wednesday due to a knee issue. The illness was added on Friday's report, and Baker was deemed questionable for Sunday. Baker has played every defensive snap for the Titans over their past two games, so the team will have to turn to another player to start if he's unable to suit up against the Seahawks.

Anthony (hamstring) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's matchup versus New England.

Anthony began the season on IR and has yet to play. He was designated to return Wednesday and logged three full practices this week, but he'll remain on injured reserve for the time being. Anthony's next chance to suit up will come Thanksgiving Day versus Baltimore.

Clowney (shoulder/neck) remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles but is expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Clowney's practice reps were limited this week while he managed a pair of injuries, but the veteran pass rusher is tracking toward being available for Sunday's NFC East clash. Through eight games on the season, Clowney has totaled 19 tackles, 2.0 sacks, three pass breakups and one fumble recovery.

Walker (glute), who is questionable for Sunday's matchup against Tennessee, is expected to suit up, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Schefter's report aligns with what Seattle head coach Mike Macdonald previously said Friday, when he intimated that Walker was in line to play Sunday despite dealing with a glute injury. Though Walker is expected to be formally cleared when the Seahawks release their inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff, it's unclear if the glute issue will result in him ceding more snaps to fellow tailback Zach Charbonnet. As it is, Walker and Charbonnet have been working in a fairly even timeshare for most of the season. During last week's loss to the Rams, Walker tallied 42 offensive snaps to Charbonnet's 36, though Walker was far more productive with 111 yards from scrimmage to Charbonnet's 47.

Worthy, who is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts due to an ankle injury, is expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Worthy first suffered an ankle injury in practice Nov. 13, and he tweaked the ankle a few days later in a loss to Denver. The second-year wideout sat out the Chiefs' first Week 12 practice before advancing to limited work Thursday and then full activity Friday. Worthy looks like he'll be able to suit up in a big AFC battle against Indianapolis, and he should again operate as Kansas City's No. 2 wideout behind Rashee Rice.

Irving (shoulder/foot), who has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams, is expected to return to action Week 13 versus Arizona, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Schefter notes that Irving "looked strong" in practice this week and may have been able to play Sunday, but the Buccaneers ultimately elected to hold him out. Assuming Irving continues to make positive progress in practice during the upcoming week, he should be on track to return to action against the Cardinals and bring an end to an absence that will have spanned seven games. Irving had been Tampa Bay's clear lead back before getting hurt, and he totaled 165 yards from scrimmage (102 receiving, 63 rushing) in the final game prior to his absence. Rachaad White and Sean Tucker have been serviceable in Irving's absence, but Irving should eventually regain the lead-back role once he's closer to 100 percent. However, he could be eased in a bit in his first game back.

Rodgers (wrist), who is officially questionable for Sunday's matchup against Chicago, "has been pushing to play," but Steelers doctors have been "cautious and guarded" about clearing the veteran quarterback, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Schefter notes that if Rodgers is left to decide his status, he'll play, but adds that Pittsburgh hasn't given any hints about the outcome of the decision. Rodgers is dealing with a minor fracture to his left (non-throwing) wrist that isn't expected to require surgery, and he has suggested that the determination about his ability to suit up Sunday hinges on whether the issue will inhibit him from protecting himself. Fantasy managers may not know Rodgers' playing status until the Steelers release their inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff, and at this point, his likelihood of playing seems to be about 50/50. Mason Rudolph would draw the start in Chicago if Rodgers is unable to play through the injury.

Kamara (ankle), who is officially questionable for Sunday's game against Atlanta, is expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Kamara has been dealing with a lingering ankle issue since early October, but the issue hasn't yet cost him any time. Following New Orleans' Week 11 bye, Kamara logged a trio of limited practices this week and again seems likely to play Sunday. He should continue to lead the Saints backfield, with rookie Devin Neal serving as the team's No. 2 running back.
