  • Bears' Tyrique Stevenson: DNP with shoulder injury

Stevenson (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday.

Stevenson missed Week 8 with the shoulder injury and has been managing it in practice the past couple weeks. He played 100 percent of the defensive snaps in last Sunday's win over the Giants. Stevenson's participation level the rest of the week will shed more light on his status for Week 11 against Minnesota.

  • Jaquan Brisker SAF | PIT

Bears' Jaquan Brisker: Misses practice Wednesday

Brisker (back) did not practice Wednesday.

It's a new injury for Brisker, though he played all 73 defensive snaps last Sunday in a win over the Giants. The veteran safety has yet to miss a single defensive snap through nine games and has piled up 46 tackles (27 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and three pass breakups, including one interception. Elijah Hicks and Jonathan Owens would be candidates for increased reps if Brisker is unable to play Week 11 against Minnesota.

  • Scott Miller WR | CHI

Steelers' Scotty Miller: Past finger injury

Miller (finger) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.

Miller missed the Steelers' last three games while recovering from surgery to repair a broken finger. He was a full participant to open Week 11 prep, which puts the veteran wide receiver on track to play against the Bengals on Sunday. Miller was used sparsely on offense prior to his injury, logging one catch (on two targets) for nine yards across six regular-season games.

  • T.J. Edwards LB | CHI

Bears' T.J. Edwards: Absent from practice Wednesday

Edwards (hand/hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.

Edwards has battled injuries seemingly all season long, appearing in just five games, and he's left two of those with ailments. Edwards underwent surgery to repair a broken hand last week and missed Sunday's win over the Giants. Noah Sewell stepped in at linebacker in Edwards' absence and logged 100 percent of the defensive snaps.

  • Patriots' Christian Elliss: Ruled out vs. Jets

Elliss (hip) won't play in New England's matchup against the Jets on Thursday.

Elliss will miss his second consecutive game as he continues to deal with the hip injury he sustained in the Week 9 win over the Falcons. Jack Gibbens should get the start at linebacker with Elliss sidelined.

  • Derrick Brown DT | CAR

Panthers' Derrick Brown: Battling knee injury

Brown was limited in Wednesday's practice due to a knee injury, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

Brown played his typical role in Sunday's loss to the Saints and logged a season-high nine tackles, so it's unclear when he suffered the injury. It could be a move to limit his workload, so his practice status for the rest of the week is worth monitoring.

  • Cole Holcomb LB | PIT

Steelers' Cole Holcomb: Still absent from practice

Holcomb (illness) did not participate at practice Wednesday, Mike DeFabo of The Athletic reports.

Holcomb has been out for Pittsburgh's last two games because of an illness, and he's still not in football shape to begin the new week of preparation. He'll likely need to come back to practice Thursday or Friday to give himself a shot to suit up Sunday versus the Bengals.

  • Jahdae Walker WR | CHI

Bears' Jahdae Walker: DNP on Wednesday

Walker (concussion) did not practice Wednesday.

Walker missed last Sunday's win over the Giants and is apparently still in the concussion protocol. He's played just six offensive snaps this season and 61 on special teams, recording three tackles.

  • Steelers' Jabrill Peppers: On track to play Week 11

Peppers (quadriceps) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.

Peppers missed the Steelers' last two games due to a quadriceps injury, but his ability to practice in full Wednesday indicates that he'll be available for Sunday's AFC North clash against the Bengals. Peppers' return gives the Steelers another contributor on special teams and added depth at safety behind Kyle Dugger and Jalen Ramsey.

  • Alex Highsmith LB | PIT

Steelers' Alex Highsmith: Dealing with pec injury

Highsmith (pectoral) did not participate at practice Wednesday, Mike DeFabo of The Athletic reports.

Highsmith recorded two sacks in Week 10 against the Chargers, and it's unclear when he picked up the pec issue. He'll probably have to return to practice in some capacity Thursday or Friday to have any chance to play in Week 11 versus the Bengals.
