Greenard (shoulder) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's matchup against Baltimore.
Greenard hurt his shoulder during the third quarter of the contest and, upon evaluation, has been deemed unable to return. He'll finish Sunday with two tackles (one solo) and a defensed pass. Dallas Turner should log more defensive snaps with Greenard done for the day.

White (groin) is active for Sunday's game against the Rams, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.
A groin issue limited White's practice participation Thursday and Friday, but he has the green light to play Sunday after going through pregame warmups. He'll work with Robert Beal and Clelin Ferrell in a rotational role at defensive end behind starters Bryce Huff and Sam Okuayinonu.

Collins (hip) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Rams, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.
Collins appeared on Thursday's practice report as a DNP due to a hip injury, which also prevented him from practicing Friday. The injury is severe enough for him to be sidelined for Sunday's NFC West tilt, which means there are more snaps at defensive tackle available for the likes of Jordan Elliott, Kevin Givens and CJ West. Collins will look to progress enough in his recovery to be available for Week 11 against the Cardinals on Sunday, Nov. 16.

Bartch (ankle) is active for Sunday's battle against the Rams, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.
Bartch landed on IR in mid-September due to an ankle injury and missed seven games. He was activated off injured reserve Saturday and has been deemed ready to return for a key NFC West battle versus Los Angeles. It's unclear if Bartch will step back into a starting role, as Spencer Burford has played well in Bartch's absence.

Kincaid (hamstring) won't return to Sunday's game against the Dolphins.
Before sustaining his hamstring injury, Kincaid ended up catching two of his three targets in the contest for 37 yards. He'll now target a potential return to action next Sunday against the Buccaneers. For now, Dawson Knox and Jackson Hawes are the Bills' healthy tight ends.

The defensive end recorded two solo tackles before leaving the game. Before Sunday, Wright played on more than half of the defensive snaps in four straight contests. Cameron Thomas could see more time in his absence.
