Penix (knee) completed 22 of 37 passes for 221 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 24-23 loss to the Patriots.

Penix posted a new career high with three touchdown passes in his return from a one-game absence due to a knee injury. All three were thrown to Drake London, who returned from a one-game absence of his own due to a hip injury. They connected for a one-yard touchdown in the first quarter, a two-yard touchdown in the second and an eight-yard score in the third. Seventeen of Penix's 22 completions went to either London or Bijan Robinson. Penix will likely continue to lean heavily on those two playmakers in Week 10 against the Colts in Berlin.

St. Brown secured nine of 13 targets for 97 yards in the Lions' 27-24 loss to the Vikings on Sunday.

St. Brown tied Sam LaPorta for the team lead in receiving yards while setting the pace in both receptions and targets on the afternoon. The star receiver's productive performance was essentially par for the course, as St. Brown has at least seven catches in six of eight contests this season. St. Brown will naturally remain a centerpiece of Detroit's air attack when the Lions attempt to bounce back from Sunday's loss in a Week 10 road matchup against the Commanders.

Mahogany will be out for a while after suffering a knee injury in Sunday's loss to the Vikings, Nolan Bianchi of The Detroit News reports.

Mahogany was carted off the field in the fourth quarter and is now expected to be sidelined for an extended period of time. In his absence, Kayode Awosika should take over as the team's starting left guard.

McMillan caught four of six targets for 46 yards in Sunday's 16-13 win over the Packers.

The rookie wideout was Bryce Young's first read once again, leading the Panthers in catches, targets and receiving yards, although that role didn't amount to much production as the team leaned heavily on Rico Dowdle to generate points. McMillan has caught at least three passes in every game so far, delivering a 41-558-2 line on 69 targets through nine contests. He could be a little busier in Week 10 against the Saints.

Mason rushed 10 times for 36 yards and brought in his only target for one yard in the Vikings' 27-24 win over the Lions on Sunday.

Mason opened the game splitting work as customary with Aaron Jones, but the latter's exit early in the third quarter due to a shoulder injury afforded more opportunity for the former. Mason still found running room mostly at a premium against a talented Lions run defense, and while Jones' inability to return to the game would seemingly portend a potentially serious injury, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports the veteran back has an AC joint sprain and believes he'll be available for a Week 10 home matchup against the Ravens.

Lewis (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Lewis sustained the injury early in the first quarter while making a tackle attempt on Ashton Jeanty, and the former is having his shoulder evaluated by medical staff to determine whether he can return to Sunday's game. Christian Braswell and Jarrian Jones are in line for more defensive snaps for as long as Lewis is out of the game.

Hubbard carried the ball five times for 17 yards and failed to catch his only target in Sunday's 16-13 win over the Packers.

As expected, Rico Dowdle took over as the No. 1 back for Carolina rather than working in a timeshare with Hubbard, and he turned 25 totes into 130 rushing yards and two TDs. It's the first time Hubbard has failed to get double-digit carries in a game when healthy since Week 1 of 2024, but it likely won't be the last as Dowdle continues to build job security in the starting role. Hubbard's best chance of making an impact in Week 10 might be if the Panthers can build a big lead at home against the Saints, offering the potential for some garbage-time touches.

Tracy rushed five times for 18 yards and caught three of four targets for 19 yards in Sunday's 34-24 loss to the 49ers.

Tracy ceded the slight majority of work to Devin Singletary, who turned 10 touches into 51 scrimmage yards. Tracy worked ahead of Singletary for most of the former's rookie season in 2024, but the Giants may employ a more even split in 2025 following Cam Skattebo's season-ending ankle injury. The workload distribution between Tracy and Singletary will remain worth monitoring in Week 10 against the Bears.

Jones completed 19 of 24 passes for 235 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 34-24 win over the Giants. He added four rushing attempts for four yards and lost a fumble.

Jones connected on all 14 of his first-half pass attempts for 143 yards, including touchdown passes of five yards to Christian McCaffrey and 11 yards to Jauan Jennings, but the quarterback lost a fumble in the final minute before halftime for the lone blemish of an otherwise spotless half. His first pass of the second half landed incomplete as Jones' accuracy diminished significantly, but the 49ers maintained a double-digit lead the entire second half to improve to 6-3, including 5-2 in games started by Jones. Brock Purdy (toe) has been inching closer to returning, so Jones' run as the starter could come to a close in Week 10 against the Rams.

McCarthy completed 14 of 25 passes for 143 yards with two touchdowns and one interception while adding nine rushes for 12 yards and another score in the Vikings' 27-24 win over the Lions on Sunday. He also fumbled once but recovered.

The second-year signal-caller made his return from a five-game absence and delivered a significant upset in a difficult road environment. McCarthy's final stat line wasn't exactly scintillating, yet it was still fantasy-friendly thanks to his 10- and seven-yard touchdown passes to Justin Jefferson and T.J. Hockenson in the first half, as well as his own nine-yard rush with just over six minutes remaining in the third quarter. McCarthy flashed encouraging chemistry with both Jefferson and Jordan Addison, and he'll head into a Week 10 home showdown against the Ravens with plenty of momentum.
