McLaurin (hamstring), who is officially questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants, will be a game-time decision, as Jeremy Fowler of ESPN highlighted Friday in a Week 5 injury update on SportsCenter.

McLaurin returned to a limited practice Friday, and he was given a tag of questionable heading into the weekend. The star wideout didn't play last Sunday against Indianapolis in London, but Fowler relays that the Commanders "are hoping to have" him available in Week 5. Stefon Diggs (hamstring) has already been ruled for Sunday, so getting McLaurin back on the field would be a big boost to Washington's passing game, which is slated to be led by Jayden Daniels for the first time since Week 2.

Murray (concussion) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Ryan O'Halloran of The Florida Times-Union reports.

Murray entered the league's concussion protocol during the Jaguars' Week 4 loss to the Bengals. He progressed enough in the protocol to end Week 5 prep with back-to-back limited practices, but it seems he won't be cleared in time for Sunday's interconference game. Assuming Murray is ruled out, rookie sixth-rounder Rayuan Lane would likely start next to Antonio Johnson at safety.

Brown (hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation against the Eagles on Sunday, Ryan O'Halloran of The Florida Times-Union reports.

A hamstring injury prevented Brown from playing against the Bengals in Week 4, but he's been cleared to return for Sunday's interconference showdown after stringing together a trio of limited practices during Week 5 prep. He'll return to a starting role opposite Travis Hunter while Jarrian Jones provides depth at outside cornerback.

Mallory (thumb) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Steelers.

Mallory was designated to return to practice Wednesday. The tight end remains on injured reserve with a thumb injury but was able to log full practice sessions throughout Week 5 prep. The 27-year-old likely has not yet adjusted to NFL physicality enough for the Colts to allow him to suit up for Sunday's contest.

Stewart (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Tennessee.

Stewart was a full practice participant all week, and there's a chance that he is cleared to make his 2026 regular-season debut in Sunday's AFC South tilt. The veteran safety opened the regular season on the reserve/PUP list due to a quad injury, which has recently been reclassified as a knee issue. Stewart's return would bolster the Texans' depth at safety behind starters Reed Blankenship and Calen Bullock.

Otton caught three of four targets for 25 yards in a 24-16 win over Dallas on Thursday.

Otton was active early, catching two passes on the Buccaneers' first drive. However, he logged only two more targets and one more reception -- an 11-yarder that helped set up a field goal in the third quarter -- the rest of the way. The 25 total yards were a low mark so far this season for the veteran tight end, who has caught between three and five passes in all five of Tampa Bay's games so far. That at least gives him a reliable floor, but Otton doesn't have a very high week-to-week fantasy ceiling.

Dulin (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Steelers.

Dulin likely sustained his hamstring injury in the Colts' Week 4 win over the Commanders. The wide receiver has not practiced since appearing on Wednesday's injury report with the issue and will likely need to miss some time. Deion Burks is set to be the No. 4 option at wide receiver in Dulin's absence.

Anderson (ankle) does not have an injury tag against the Titans on Sunday.

Anderson finished Week 5 prep with a DNP-LP-FP practice log, and that was enough for the fourth-year pass rusher to avoid an injury designation for Sunday's AFC South showdown. Anderson has 23 tackles (13 solo), including 4.5 sacks, one pass defense, one forced fumble and a fumble recovery through the first four games of the regular season.

Al-Shaair (groin) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Titans.

Al-Shaair ended Week 5 prep with a full practice Friday, which was enough for him to avoid an injury tag and return from a one-game absence due to a groin injury. He'll return to a starting role next to fellow linebackers Jake Hansen and Aiden Fisher, with Wade Woodaz and Jamal Hill providing depth at the position.

Martin-Robinson (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Martin-Robinson tweaked his hamstring during Week 5 prep, which prevented him from practicing both Thursday and Friday. That's not a good sign for his chances of playing in Sunday's AFC South showdown, but his official status may not be known until the Titans announce their list of inactive players approximately 90 minutes before the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. Kylen Granson would step into the TE3 role behind Gunnar Helm and Daniel Bellinger if Martin-Robinson cannot play against Houston.
