Hairston (knee) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Carolina, Chris Brown of the Bills Radio Network reports.

Hairston was a limited participant at practice for the Bills' entire week of preparation, but he officially remains on the injured reserve list as of Friday. Buffalo is otherwise relatively healthy at cornerback, so it's not fully clear what kind of role is waiting for Hairston when he is finally healthy enough to make his NFL debut.

Tuipulotu recorded three tackles (two solo), including 1.0 sacks, during Thursday's 37-10 win versus the Vikings.

Minnesota quarterback Carson Wentz was sacked five times in Week 8, and Tuipulotu got in on the action in the second half for his sixth sack of the season, beating left tackle Justin Skule with a swim move. He should get some chances to pin his ears back again in Week 9 against a pass-happy Tennessee offense.

Smith notched nine tackles (eight solo) in Thursday's Week 8 loss to the Chargers.

Smith finished as Minnesota's third-leading tackler Thursday. With nine stops, the veteran safety set a season-high mark. Smith logged an 82 percent defensive snap share and appears to be past the health issue that sidelined him for the first two games of the campaign.

Henley recorded four tackles (one solo) during Thursday's 37-10 win versus the Vikings.

Henley played only 39 defensive snaps in the Week 8 game that got out of hand relatively quickly, limiting his tackling opportunities. IDP managers will hope he gets more chances in Week 9, but the Chargers will be traveling to take on a Tennessee squad that throws the ball more than almost any other team in the league.

Wilson finished Thursday's loss to the Chargers with 10 tackles (six solo).

One of Wilson's stops came on special teams, while the others came on defensive plays. The veteran linebacker finished second on Minnesota in tackles and reached the double-digit mark for the first time this season. Wilson has tallied 51 tackles, including 1.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles through seven contests on the campaign.

Metellus recorded six tackles (three solo) and an interception in a loss to the Chargers on Thursday.

Justin Herbert and the Chargers offense dominated Thursday, but Metellus offered some resistance when he picked off Herbert midway through the third quarter. The interception was Metellus' second of the season, which already ties his career-high mark for a campaign. Metellus also has registered 41 tackles, including 0.5 sacks, through seven games.

Cashman registered 11 tackles (six solo) in Thursday's Week 8 loss to the Chargers.

Cashman was Minnesota's leading tackler in a game dominated by Los Angeles. The 11 stops marked a season high for the veteran linebacker, who missed four weeks earlier in the campaign due to a hamstring injury. Cashman has logged 100 percent of the Vikings' defensive snaps both weeks since his return from IR.

Graham (coach's decision) is officially listed as out for Sunday's game versus the Giants.

Graham just came out of retirement to sign a one-year contract with Philadelphia on Thursday, and it appears the team would like to give him more time to get reacclimated before throwing him straight back into game action. For Week 8 at least, 2024 third-rounder Jalyx Hunt and Joshua Uche figure to be the Eagles' top two options on the edge.

Bennett (pectoral) is officially listed as out for Sunday's game versus the Giants.

Bennett will miss his fifth straight game due to a pectoral issue in Week 8 despite managing a full practice Friday. Bennett's absence along with that of Adoree' Jackson (concussion) will leave Kelee Ringo as Philadelphia's nickel corner behind Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean.

Huzzie (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup against San Francisco.

Huzzie has been on the reserve/non-football injury list all season. He was able to begin practicing last week and logged a trio of full practices this week, but he'll wait at least another week before being active on game day for the first time as a pro. Huzzie was signed by the Texans as an undrafted free agent in May.
