Collins (concussion) isn't practicing Friday, DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com reports.

That also applies to Christian Kirk (hamstring), and with the duo having missed practice Wednesday and Thursday, both players could be ruled out for Sunday's game against the 49ers later Friday. If that's the case, Xavier Hutchinson, Jayden Higgins, Jaylin Noel and Braxton Berrios would be in line to handle Houston's Week 8 WR duties.

Jones (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.

Jones will miss a second consecutive game, as Buffalo's Week 7 bye didn't provide him enough time to recover from an injury that previously landed him in a walking boot. Deone Walker is set to draw another start at defensive tackle Sunday.

Eagles coach Nick Sirianni said Friday that Brown (hamstring) does not necessarily need to practice this week in order to play in Sunday's game against the Giants, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Sirianni didn't say if Brown will return to practice Friday after missing the previous two days. Reports on Thursday suggested Brown is still expected to play this week, but another absence Friday might change that thinking, despite what Sirianni said about Brown being able to play without practicing.

Hall (knee) is viewed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Eric Allen of the Jets' official site reports.

Hall was limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday, with his participation level Friday slated to add further context with regard to his Week 8 availability. Per Allen, coach Aaron Glenn noted Friday of Hall and several other Jets who are listed as questionable that he likes "the way those guys are trending." If Hall ends up limited or out Sunday, however, Isaiah Davis and Khalil Herbert would be next in line for backfield snaps, given that Kene Nwangwu (concussion) won't be available versus Cincinnati.

Rapp (knee) won't play Sunday against the Panthers, and coach Sean McDermott said Friday that Rapp will be placed on injured reserve, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.

Once the Bills officially place Rapp on IR, he will be sidelined for a minimum of four games. His earliest chance to retake the field will come Nov. 20 against the Texans. The Bills are banged up at strong safety, with Damar Hamlin (pectoral) and Wande Owens (undisclosed) both already on IR.

Bernard (ankle) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.

Bernard was reportedly viewed as day-to-day after Buffalo's Week 6 loss to the Falcons, so a Week 7 bye likely provided enough time for the starting middle linebacker to recover. If Bernard is unable to play Sunday, Joe Andreessen would be asked to step into a starting role.

Taylor (quadriceps) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Eric Allen of the Jets' official site reports.

Taylor is one of eight Jets listed as questionable, about whom head coach Aaron Glenn made the blanket statement, "I like the way those guys are trending." If Taylor's able to suit up Sunday after seemingly suffering a quadriceps injury in practice Wednesday, he would draw a favorable matchup against a Bengals defense that has been the most generous in the league to opposing tight ends. It remains to be seen if Justin Fields or Tyrod Taylor (knee) will get the nod under center for the Jets.

Milano (pectoral) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.

Milano sat out Buffalo's Week 6 loss to the Falcons but has a chance to return in Week 8 following the Bills' Week 7 bye. If Milano remains sidelined against the Panthers, Shaq Thompson would likely draw another start.

Coach Sean McDermott said Friday that Kincaid (oblique) will be limited in Friday's practice and listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.

Kincaid, who was inactive for the Bills' loss to the Falcons in Week 6 after being limited at practice three consecutive days, has yet to upgrade to full participation since then, and given his questionable designation, the tight end's Week 8 status won't be known until the inactives are posted ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. If Kincaid ends up limited or sidelined versus Carolina, Dawson Knox would be in line to see added snaps/targets, with Jackson Hawes available to mix in.
