The Raiders signed Thompkins to the practice squad Monday.

Thompkins joined the Raiders in late July and appeared in all three preseason games. He logged four catches (on six targets) for 33 yards and contributed on special teams as a returner, recording 25 yards on four punt returns and 198 yards on seven kickoff returns. He was released by the Raiders on Sunday, but Thompkins will stick around on the practice squad and could be elevated to the active roster if the team needs another pass catcher or returner.

The Chargers signed Uiagalelei to the practice squad Monday.

The Chargers waived Uiagalelei during Sunday's cutdown day. The quarterback cleared waivers and has shown enough potential in training camp to once again be invited to the team's practice squad, similar to his rookie year. Uiagalelei participated in all three preseason contests, completing 24 of his 42 pass attempts for 341 yards and two touchdowns.

The Raiders signed Okwuegbunam to the practice squad Monday.

Okwuegbunam was released by the Raiders on Sunday after failing to make the team's 53-man roster, but he'll stay with the organization as a member of the practice squad. He's appeared in 31 regular-season games since entering the league in 2020 as a fourth-round selection of the Broncos, and he could be elevated to the Raiders' active roster if the team requires depth at tight end.

The Jaguars signed Rucci to the practice squad Tuesday.

The Colts waived Rucci during Sunday's cutdown day. The tight end now catches on with the Jaguars' practice squad. Rucci played in four regular-season games for the Dolphins during the 2025 season, logging 81 total snaps.

The Chiefs signed Ott to the practice squad Monday.

Ott joined the Chiefs on May 1 as an undrafted free agent and played in all three of the team's preseason games. He was waived Sunday after failing to crack the 53-man roster, but Ott will stay in Kansas City on the practice squad. The Oklahoma product would be a top candidate for elevation to the active roster if the Chiefs require additional depth in the backfield.

The Jaguars signed Wortham to the practice squad Monday.

The Jaguars waived Wortham during Sunday's cutdown day. The wide receiver cleared waivers and has returned to the team. The undrafted free agent out of Montana participated in all three preseason games, catching seven of his eight targets for 97 yards.

The Raiders signed Ogunbowale to the practice squad Monday.

Ogunbowale was unable to beat out Dylan Laube for the Raiders' RB3 role behind Ashton Jeanty (ankle) and Mike Washington, prompting Las Vegas to release Ogunbowale on Sunday. The veteran running back will stay with the organization as a member of the practice squad, and he could be elevated to the active roster for Week 1 against the Dolphins on Sunday, Sept. 13 if Jeanty is ruled out.

The Chiefs signed Evans to the practice squad Monday.

Evans didn't make the Chiefs' 53-man roster but will stay with the team as a member of the practice squad. He went undrafted in 2026 after spending his final collegiate season at Washington in 2025, totaling 17 catches for 254 yards and one touchdown across 11 regular-season games.

The Jaguars signed Taylor to the practice squad Monday.

The Jaguars waived Taylor during Sunday's cutdown day. The running back cleared waivers and was proficient enough during training camp to receive an invitation to the team's practice squad. The undrafted free agent out of Virginia participated in all three preseason games, rushing 38 times for 125 yards and a touchdown.

The Chiefs signed Kohou to the practice squad Tuesday.

Kohou failed to make the Chiefs' 53-man roster at the end of training camp but will stay in Kansas City on the team's practice squad. He has fully recovered from a torn ACL that cost him the entire 2025 season. Kohou appeared in 15 regular-season games for the Dolphins in 2024, logging 45 tackles (33 solo), eight pass defenses (including two interceptions), one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. He would be a candidate to be elevated to the Chiefs' active roster if L'Jarius Sneed (knee) were to miss time.
