The Ravens signed Moore to the practice squad Monday, Ryan Mink of the team's official site reports.

Moore was unable to crack the Ravens' 53-man roster for the upcoming season, but he's opted to stick around on the practice squad of the team that selected him in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Moore appeared in 14 regular-season games for the Commanders last year, finishing with 11 catches (on 23 targets) for 207 yards and a touchdown and 157 yards on six kickoff returns. He would be a candidate for elevation to the main roster should the Ravens require another pass catcher or contributor on special teams.

The Athletic's Josh Kendall expects Robinson to have a goal-line role for the Falcons this season.

"He has shown a physical style in practice that cements his role as the new Tyler Allgeier," Kendall wrote. "Bijan Robinson fantasy managers may not like how many goal-line carries he gets." Allgeier, of course, was a thorn in the side of Bijan's fantasy investors last season, out-carrying Atlanta's lead back 19 to 17 inside the 10-yard line while matching him with seven carries apiece inside the five-yard line. Allgeier also punched in four of those seven carries for touchdowns, while Bijan scored on just two of his chances. At 6-foot-1 and 225 pounds, the team's newest Robinson profiles similarly to Allgeier as a short-yardage, between-the-tackles type who can pick up tough yards. It sounds like the former Commander and 49er is going to have some sort of role in those situations for the Falcons this season, which could mute Bijan's touchdown upside.

Coach Jeff Hafley said Tuesday that Bell is still working on getting into football shape, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports.

Bell was cleared to return to full practice last week and ended up playing 14 offensive snaps in the Dolphins' preseason finale Friday, where he finished with two catches for 22 yards on five targets. After Miami traded Tutu Atwell to the Rams and dumped several other wideouts this past weekend, Bell is a candidate to see playing time out of the gates with the Dolphins, as he's competing with Malik Washington, Jalen Tolbert and fellow rookie Caleb Douglas for snaps at the position. Bell likely needs to improve his conditioning after a long rehab from ACL surgery.

Milton passed through waivers unclaimed Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Milton completed 29 of 43 passes (67.4 percent) for 378 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions across three exhibition contests, with his passer rating of 118.2 leading the entire NFL during the preseason. Despite his impressive play against defensive reserves, the Cowboys opted to waive Milton on Monday and stick with Sam Howell as Dak Prescott's backup. Milton is free to sign elsewhere, whether it's to an active roster or a practice squad.

The Lions placed Pacheco (back) on injured reserve Tuesday.

Pacheco joined Detroit in March on a one-year contract to serve as Jahmyr Gibbs' primary backup. Pacheco initially missed time during training camp due to a sprained MCL before a back injury now will force him to miss at least the first four games of the campaign while on IR. Currently, the Lions roster Sione Vaki, Jacob Saylors and Jabari Small as options to spell Gibbs from Weeks 1-4.

Lamb said Monday that he believes that he and fellow wideout George Pickens can both improve upon their lofty production from 2025 heading into their second season as teammates, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports. "We can be real, real vicious together. I know that. He knows that," Lamb said. "And every day we strive to do it. We've had a lot of success together. But I know there's much more out there for us."

The presence of Pickens will make it difficult for Lamb to reclaim the elevated target shares he enjoyed earlier in his career, but better overall health might be enough for the latter receiver to bounce back to some degree in 2026. Despite missing nearly full four games because of a sprained ankle along with sitting out the second half of another game due to a concussion, Lamb still hauled in 75 passes and finished with his fifth straight 1,000-plus-yard receiving season in 2025. Pickens, meanwhile, feasted when Lamb was limited to just seven total snaps from Weeks 3 through 6 (24-427-5 receiving line on 35 targets), and remained plenty useful for fantasy purposes in the Cowboys' other 13 games (69-1,002-4 line on 102 targets). Heading into the upcoming season, neither Lamb nor Pickens will face any major threats to their perch atop the pass-catching hierarchy, but after scoring a career-low three touchdowns in 2025, Lamb may need to poach more high-value targets from tight end Jake Ferguson in order to justify his first-round sticker price in fantasy drafts. Ferguson emerged as a trusted option for quarterback Dak Prescott in the red zone, finishing with a team-high 24 targets in that area and hitting paydirt eight times.

The Lions signed Conklin on Tuesday.

Conklin failed to make the 53-man roster over the weekend but is quickly back with the team in a series of moves. The 31-year-old Conklin caught seven passes for 101 scoreless yards across 13 regular-season games with the Chargers last season and will serve as depth behind Sam LaPorta and Brock Wright with the Lions.

Coach Robert Saleh said Tate (undisclosed) missed Tuesday's practice due to some "stiffness," Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

There's been no indication the first-round rookie wideout's status for Week 1 against the Jets is in any sort of danger. Tate played 38 offensive snaps during the preseason but failed to catch any of his six targets across the three exhibition contests. He's expected to serve as Cam Ward's top downfield weapon this season with slot man Wan'Dale Robinson (head) handling underneath routes, though Calvin Ridley is still in the mix at the position. There could be growing pains for Tate in 2026 in what is expected to be one of the lowest-scoring offenses in the league.

McCaffrey (undisclosed) suited up and went through drills at Tuesday's practice, according to Matt Lively of CBS Sports Bay Area.

McCaffrey was able to run and catch passes Tuesday in full uniform, so it would appear he has not encountered any hiccups since returning to practice a little over a week ago. It has been a while since the last official update on McCaffrey's status, but it would appear he continues trending in the right direction ahead of Week 1.

Tracy (neck) is present at Tuesday's practice in a non-contact jersey, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.

Tracy suffered a neck stinger in last Friday's preseason finale and avoided a major injury. Despite a rocky preseason and training camp under new coach John Harbaugh and OC Matt Nagy, Tracy still managed to make the Giants' 53-man roster. However, Najee Harris and Devin Singletary are also in the mix behind Cam Skattebo, leaving Tracy's actual role uncertain.
