Anzalone tallied 12 tackles (seven solo) in a Week 6 loss to Kansas City on Sunday.

Anzalone finished as Detroit's leading tackler in the contest. He not only posted a season-high figure in stops, he doubled his previous top mark. Through six weeks, Anzalone has 35 tackles (including 1.5 sacks) and four defensed passes, including an interception.

Gray (undisclosed) was signed by the Broncos off the Ravens' practice squad Monday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Gray dealt with an undisclosed injury to open the season, but he now appears to be back to full health. The 29-year-old will operate as a depth option behind Brandon Jones at free safety with Denver.

Palmer is questionable to return to Monday's game against Atlanta due to an ankle injury, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

Palmer had his leg twisted awkwardly while being tackled on a catch early in the second quarter. He was able to walk off the field under his own power and was evaluated in the medical tent. Palmer has since been spotted running up and down the sideline, though it's unclear if he'll be able to return to Monday's contest.

Palmer is being evaluated for an apparent lower-body injury during Monday's game against the Falcons, Jay Skurski of The Buffalo Newsreports.

Harrison (knee) was designated to return from injured reserve Monday, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

Harrison suffered a knee injury in Pittsburgh's Week 1 win over the Jets and has been sidelined since. It will be a quick turnaround for him to return to game action in time for Thursday's matchup against the Bengals, so a return for a Week 8 matchup against the Packers might be more realistic.

Fairchild (knee) was listed as a full participant on Monday's estimated injury report.

Fairchild was forced to miss the team's 27-18 loss to the Packers on Sunday due to a knee issue, so the fact he was considered a full participant Monday is significant. The offensive lineman will have two more chances to officially log a full practice before Thursday's matchup with the Steelers.

Castro-Fields (hamstring) was signed to the Eagles' practice squad Monday.

Castro-Fields will return to Philadelphia after being waived by the team with an injury settlement in August. The cornerback had been dealing with a hamstring injury, but he now appears to be back to full health.

Goldman (illness) is inactive for Monday's game against the Bears.

Goldman was added to the injury report Sunday due to an illness and is set to miss his first game of the season. He's served in a rotational role along the Washington defensive line, so the combination of Daron Payne, Javon Kinlaw and Jer'Zhan Newton should all see a slight bump in involvement.

Branch is expected to appeal his one-game suspension, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Branch was suspended for one game after his altercation with multiple players on the Chiefs following Sunday night's 30-17 loss to Kansas City. The safety is set to miss the team's Week 7 matchup with the Buccaneers as a result, unless his appeal is successful and he is granted eligibility to play.

Johnson (coach's decision) is inactive for Monday's game against the Bears but will be available as the emergency third quarterback.

Johnson has fluctuated between being the backup and third-string quarterback in Washington based on the health of Jayden Daniels. With Daniels set to start in Week 6, Johnson will be inactive for the second consecutive week.
