Jones won't play Monday in Atlanta due to a calf injury.

Jones sustained the injury during pregame warmups. Fellow DT Deone Walker was spotted working with the first-team defense ahead of Monday's game. With a Week 7 bye on tap, Jones' next chance for game action is Sunday, Oct. 26 at Carolina.

Moody will start Monday night's contest against the Commanders.

Moody was elevated from the practice squad to fill in for Cairo Santos (thigh) on Monday Night Football. Moody went 1-for-3 on field-goal attempts and made both his PATs in Week 1 with the 49ers before being let go by the team.

Santos (thigh) is inactive for Monday night's contest against the Commanders.

Santos will be forced to miss Week 6 while dealing with a right thigh injury. In Santos' place, Jake Moody will make his Chicago debut after being elevated from the practice squad for Monday Night Football.

Akins signed with the Jaguars' practice squad Monday.

With Brenton Strange (IR, quadriceps) and Quintin Morris (groin) ruled out for Week 7 against the Rams in London, Akins could be elevated to the gameday roster to join Hunter Long and Johnny Mundt at tight end for the Jaguars.

Lloyd (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams.

Lloyd played just 27 percent of the defensive snaps Sunday against the Seahawks, and the calf injury would seem to explain why. Ventrell Miller was the beneficiary of Lloyd's absence and would be the likely frontrunner to fill Lloyd's role against the Rams.

Rodriguez (calf) is active for Monday's game against the Bears.

Despite not practicing in any capacity due to a calf injury in advance of this contest, Rodriguez will be available to the Commanders offense, but in what role remains to be seen. Washington didn't elevate a running back from the practice squad Monday, instead opting to bring up two wide receivers to support a banged-up group, so Rodriguez seemingly has a good chance to mix into the backfield behind Jacory Croskey-Merritt along with Jeremy McNichols. In three prior outings with that trio available, Rodriguez racked up 23 carries for 105 yards and no touchdowns.

Morris (groin) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams.

Morris will not travel with the team to London this week. With Morris joining Brenton Strange (IR,quadriceps) on the shelf, the Jaguars figure to roll with Hunter Long, Johnny Mundt and possibly practice-squad addition Jordan Akins at tight end versus Los Angeles.

Loveland (hip) is listed as active Monday at Washington.

Loveland last suited up during a Week 3 win against the Cowboys, when he injured his hip early on and was forced to miss the Bears' Week 4 victory at Las Vegas. Following the team's Week 5 bye, the rookie first-rounder followed up back-to-back limited sessions with a full practice Saturday, paving the way for his return to action. Loveland likely will continue to play a distant second to Cole Kmet in Chicago's pecking order at tight end moving forward.

Warner (ankle) will undergo season-ending surgery Tuesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Coach Kyle Shanahan said the hope is Warner will be ready in time for training camp next summer after he suffered a dislocated and fractured ankle in Sunday's loss to the Bucs. Tatum Bethune projects to full Warner's hole in the defense moving forward this season, but the 49ers could look for outside reinforcements on defense after losing both Warner and Nick Bosa (knee) to season-ending injuries.

Samuel (heel) is listed as active Monday against the Bears.

Samuel has been dealing with a bruised heel for two weeks running, and the issue capped him to just one limited practice (Friday) during Week 6 prep. Coach Dan Quinn told Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post on Saturday that the Commanders were going to "take it into Monday" regarding Samuel, and his status now has been confirmed as the team posts its list of inactives. Despite playing through the pain in a Week 5 win at the Chargers, Samuel paced Washington wide receivers in offensive snap share (78 percent) on his way to an 8-96-1 line on 11 targets. With both Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) and Noah Brown (groin/knee) out yet again, Samuel is positioned to serve as QB Jayden Daniels' top pass catcher for a second straight game.
