Simmons (personal) is listed as questionable for Sunday night's game against the Lions.

Simmons was added to the Chiefs' Week 6 injury report Sunday due to a personal issue. If the starting left tackle is unavailable versus Detroit, Wanya Morris and Jaylon Moore would be candidates to fill in for Simmons.

Slay (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Browns, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.

Slay went to the blue medical tent in the second half of Sunday's game, where he is being evaluated to determine whether he can return. James Pierre and Brandin Echols are candidates to see more snaps at outside corner for as long as Slay is out of the game.

Stout (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.

Stout was limited in practice all week due to an ankle injury that he picked up during the 49ers' Week 5 win over the Rams, but the rookie third-rounder was given the green light to play in Sunday's road tilt. Stout has 20 tackles (10 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and two pass defenses through the first five regular-season games of his NFL career.

Collins (knee) will play in the 49ers' matchup versus the Buccaneers on Sunday, Briana Jeannel of the team's official site reports.

Collins suffered a sprained knee in the Week 5 win over the Rams but is now healthy again. The rookie second-round pick has recorded just five tackles (two solo) across his first five outings while playing on both defense and special teams. He should continue to serve as a depth option along the defensive line in Sunday's game.

Tryon-Shoyinka won't return to Sunday's game against the Steelers due to a hip injury.

The 2021 first-round pick sustained a hip injury at some point in the third quarter and was quickly ruled out shortly after heading to the locker room. He logged two tackles and one quarterback hit prior to his departure.

Mustapha (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.

Mustapha is ready to make his 2025 debut after fully recovering from a torn ACL that he suffered in January. With how well rookie fifth-rounder Marques Sigle has been playing this season, Mustapha may work in a rotational role in the secondary and on special teams in his return.

James (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.

The rookie fifth-rounder has yet to see regular-season action and will be a healthy scratch for a fifth consecutive game. Christian McCaffrey, Brian Robinson and Isaac Guerendo will serve as the 49ers' active running backs for Sunday's road tilt.

Davis (hand) is active for San Francisco's matchup versus Tampa Bay on Sunday, Briana Jeannel of the team's official site reports.

Davis is set to play despite recently undergoing surgery to repair a broken hand suffered in the Week 5 win over the Rams. The 27-year-old should return to his role as one of the team's starting defensive tackles alongside Jordan Elliott for Sunday's game.

Banks (groin/back) is active for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

Banks was limited in practice all week due to groin and back injuries, but the 2021 second-rounder has been cleared to return from a one-game absence. He'll return to his starting job at left guard while Jordan Morgan reverts to a reserve role.

Havrisik will serve as the Packers' placekicker Sunday against the Bengals with Brandon McManus (right quadriceps) inactive for the contest, Mike Spofford of the team's official site reports.

McManus tweaked his right quad at Wednesday's session and then was limited in practice throughout Week 6 prep. The situation spurred the Packers to host tryouts for Havrisik and Greg Joseph on Thursday, and the team signed the former to the active roster one day later. Now that McManus is confirmed to be inactive, Havrisik will fill in for him. Havrisik last kicked in the NFL in 2023 for the Rams, with whom he connected on 15 of 20 field-goal attempts and 19 of 22 point-after tries in nine appearances.
