Chase (illness) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Packers.

Chase approached the contest with a 'questionable' designation after he participated in a walk-through Friday before being sent home for the team's practice later that day and officially being deemed a 'DNP.' With his Week 6 availability confirmed, Chase will operate as a key passing target for veteran signal caller Joe Flacco, who has replaced Jake Browning as the Bengals' starting QB. In five games to date, Chase has put together a fantasy-friendly 32/374/3 receiving line on 45 targets.

McManus (quadriceps) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

McManus tweaked his right quadriceps at Wednesday's practice and went down as a limited participant on all three of the Packers' Week 6 injury reports. The Packers held tryouts for kickers Greg Joseph and Lucas Havrisik on Thursday, and the team signed the latter to the active roster Saturday as insurance in the event McManus couldn't go this weekend. Now that McManus has been confirmed to be unavailable, he'll hand off placekicking duties to Havrisik for at least one contest.

Izien (quadriceps) is active for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Izien has been cleared to return after a two-game absence due to a quadriceps injury that he picked up in Week 3 against the Jets. Izien has one solo tackle across two regular-season games and has been limited to special teams this year.

Nacua (foot) re-entered Sunday's game against the Ravens in the third quarter, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

After injuring his left foot on an incomplete Matthew Stafford pass attempt with 10:02 remaining in the second quarter, Nacua headed to the locker room and was deemed questionable to return. He was back on the sideline late in the second quarter but didn't play before halftime, then remained on the sideline for the Rams' first possession of the third quarter while he continued to test out his foot by running routes, per Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register. After his foot apparently responded well to the running workout, Nacua was back on the field for the second possession of the third quarter. Though he wasn't targeted on either of the Rams' two plays on the drive that culminated in a Tyler Higbee touchdown reception, Nacua looks like he'll be able to finish out Sunday's contest.

Harrison won't return to Sunday's game at Indianapolis due to a concussion.

Harrison banged the back of his helmet hard on the turf as he corralled a 21-yard catch in the middle of the second quarter that required a concussion check. Now that he's in the protocol for head injuries, he'll be subject to league protocol in order to be eligible for further game action. The Cardinals will roll with Michael Wilson (finger), Zay Jones, Greg Dortch and Simi Fehoko at wide receiver for the rest of Sunday's contest.

Corum (ankle) was cleared to return to Sunday's game against the Ravens to begin the second half, Erin Andrews of Fox Sports reports.

Though he didn't log a carry or draw a target on the Rams' first possession to begin the third quarter that culminated in a Kyren Williams three-yard touchdown run, Corum looks like he's available to play through the ankle injury that forced him to the locker room in the second quarter. Prior to leaving the sideline to receive treatment, Corum carried four times for 14 yards in the first half.

Cole (ankle ) is active for Sunday's Week 6 game against Tennessee.

Cole had to be carted off the field last Sunday against Indianapolis after hurting his ankle, but he's feeling well enough to play without missing any additional time. He'll take on his usual role as the Raiders' punter and holder.

White is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans.

White is thus the odd man out in the Raiders' Week 6 backfield, so Ashton Jeanty, Raheem Mostert and Dylan Laube are slated to handle the team's RB duties versus Tennessee. With 10 carries for 25 yards and three catches for 19 yards in four games thus far, White is off the fantasy lineup radar.

Latham (hip) is active for Sunday's contest against the Raiders.

Latham suffered a hip injury in Week 1 that kept him out for the last four weeks. With a strong practice Friday to finish the week, the 22-year-old is set to reclaim his starting position at tackle to bolster the offensive line for Sunday's matchup against the Raiders.

Urban (concussion) was spotted warming up on the sidelines and has been cleared to return against the Rams on Sunday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Zrebiec initially reported that Urban had entered the league's concussion protocol, but the veteran defensive end appears to have been cleared to return to Sunay's game. Urban logged one solo tackle in the first half prior to his exit.
