  • Tyreek Hill WR | MIA

    Dolphins' Tyreek Hill: Diagnosis confirmed

Hill dislocated his left knee in the third quarter of Monday's win over the Jets, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Hill suffered the injury early in the third quarter and was carted off the field, surrounded by his teammates. He'll stay in the hospital overnight for further evaluation. Hill will be sidelined for the rest of the season, with a shift to injured reserve likely coming in the next few days.

  • Demario Davis OLB | NYJ

Saints' Demario Davis: Accounts for seven stops in Week 4

Davis posted seven tackles (five solo) in Sunday's loss to Buffalo.

Davis tied for the Saints lead with his seven tackles, one of which went for a loss. It was the veteran linebacker's lowest tackle tally of the season, which indicates how productive he's been to begin the campaign. Through four weeks, Davis has registered 38 tackles.

  • Kaden Elliss LB | NO

Falcons' Kaden Elliss: Five tackles in win

Elliss recorded five total tackles (three solo), including 0.5 sacks, in Sunday's 34-27 win over the Commanders.

Elliss finished tied for second on the team in stops, while also combining with Leonard Floyd to sack Marcus Mariota in the second quarter. The linebacker has now compiled 23 total tackles (13 solo), including 1.5 sacks, and a pass defensed over four games this year.

  • Garrett Wilson WR | NYJ

Jets' Garrett Wilson: Makes spectacular TD grab in loss

Wilson hauled in six of eight targets for 82 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 27-21 loss to Miami.

Wilson welcomed back QB Justin Fields (concussion) with open arms after the duo connected in the end zone for the second time this season (third overall for Wilson). The star wideout scored in spectacular fashion when he caught a high-point pass through a defender's arm while barely dragging both of his feet in bounds. He did have a second potential score erased by an offensive pass interference penalty. Wilson is now up to 311 yards and three touchdowns through four starts as the Jets continue to force feed him the ball in failed comeback attempts. Fantasy managers should treat the Ohio State product as a WR1 in another soft matchup versus the Cowboys on Sunday.

  • Jaylen Waddle WR | DEN

Dolphins' Jaylen Waddle: Three grabs in Week 4 win

Waddle secured three of six targets for 48 yards in the Dolphins' 27-21 win over the Jets on Monday night.

Waddle finished tied for second in receptions and targets and as the runner-up in receiving yards on the night, but the bigger story is the 2021 first-round pick's projected expanded role moving forward. Tyreek Hill suffered what is being termed as a dislocated knee in the third quarter, meaning his season is almost certainly over. Consequently, Waddle, who posted a spectacular 104-1,015-6 line on 141 targets over 16 games back in his rookie 2021 campaign with Hill still on the Chiefs' roster, should elevate to the role of Tua Tagovailoa's top target moving forward. Waddle has yet to top five catches and 68 yards in a game this season, but it should only be a matter of time before he sets new single-game highs, perhaps as soon as a Week 5 road matchup against the Panthers.

  • Tua Tagovailoa QB | ATL

Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa: Sharp in Week 4 win

Tagovailoa completed 17 of 25 passes for 177 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions and added three rushes for six yards in the Dolphins' 27-21 win over the Jets on Monday night. He also committed a fumble recovered by Miami.

Tagovailoa put together a relatively tame stat line in terms of his yardage, but the 2020 first-round pick generated his third straight two-touchdown-pass tally with a pair of scoring tosses to the debuting Darren Waller. Tagovailoa did lose Tyreek Hill to a gruesome knee injury, however, so he could be challenged to consistently offer above-average fantasy production moving forward without his No. 1 target. On the bright side, Tagovailoa demonstrated encouraging chemistry with Waller in their first game together and still has other speedy playmakers at his disposal, not to mention a favorable Week 5 road matchup against the Panthers on Sunday afternoon.

  • Buddy Johnson LB | CHI

Colts' Buddy Johnson: Signed by Indianapolis

Johnson was signed off the Cowboys' practice squad by the Colts on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Johnson will head to Indianapolis after spending the first few weeks of the season with Dallas, failing to record any stats while playing 18 snaps on special teams in Week 1. The 26-year-old has compiled 14 total tackles (six solo) over 21 games in his five-year NFL career, and he'll provide the Colts with an additional depth option behind Zaire Franklin at middle linebacker.

  • De'Von Achane RB | MIA

Dolphins' De'Von Achane: Just over 100 total yards in win

Achane rushed 20 times for 99 yards and a touchdown and brought in one of two targets for two yards in the Dolphins' 27-21 win over the Jets on Monday night. He also committed a fumble recovered by Miami.

Achane rattled off several chunk gains against the Jets defense, particularly on a key fourth-quarter drive as the Dolphins looked to ice their first victory of the season. The speedy third-year back's carry and yardage totals were both season-high figures, as the combination of Tyreek Hill's early exit due to a gruesome knee injury and a game script favorable to the ground game helped Achane's cause. With Hill presumably sidelined the rest of the season, Achane will be looked at to provide some of the explosive component lost by the wide receiver's absence, especially since the former is also a very capable pass catcher. Achane draws a highly favorable matchup Week 5, as the Dolphins travel to Carolina to face the Panthers.

  • Breece Hall RB | NYJ

Jets' Breece Hall: Racks up 111 yards on MNF

Hall carried the ball 14 times for 81 yards while bringing in five of six targets for 30 yards in Monday's 27-21 loss to the Dolphins.

Hall bounced back from a pair of ugly outings by cracking the century mark in total yards for the second time this season. Braelon Allen (4-26-0) was nearly splitting work with the starter before exiting the game in the first half after taking a shot to his knee. The injury forced offensive coordinator Tanner Engstrand to give Hall -- the Jets' obvious top rushing option -- enough touches to actually generate positive fantasy results. The 24-year-old has yet to hit pay dirt through four starts, a trend Hall will aim to buck in a tasty matchup on paper against the Cowboys on Sunday.

  • Browns' Carson Schwesinger: Eight tackles in defeat

Schwesinger recorded eight total tackles (three solo) in Sunday's 34-10 loss to the Lions.

Schwesinger finished tied for second on the team in tackles with Devin Bush, reaching at least eight stops for the third time this season. The rookie linebacker has now produced 31 total tackles (15 solo), including 1.0 sacks, over the first four games of his career.
