Malik Nabers WR | NYG
Giants' Malik Nabers: MRI to determine fate
Nabers is slated for an MRI on his right knee Monday to determine if he indeed suffered a torn ACL during Sunday's game versus the Chargers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
In the process of attempting to haul in a deep pass from rookie QB Jaxson Dart in the second quarter, Nabers grabbed at his right knee and remained on the turf for a spell before being carted off the field. The Giants ruled out Nabers after halftime, and Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reported not long afterward that the wide receiver was believed to have suffered an ACL tear. If the diagnosis is confirmed, Nabers will finish his second pro campaign with an 18-271-2 line on 35 targets in three contests.

Lions' Terrion Arnold: Exits with shoulder injury
Arnold is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Browns due to a shoulder injury.
Arnold suffered the injury while tackling Quinshon Judkins in the second half. Arnold is having his shoulder evaluated in the blue medical tent to determine whether he can return to Sunday's contest. Kristian Fulton CB | KC
Chiefs' Kristian Fulton: Won't play versus Baltimore
Fulton (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Fulton missed last week's win over the Giants due to an ankle injury. He was a limited participant during practice during Week 4, but he'll ultimately miss his second game in a row. In his absence, Nohl Williams and Josh Williams should serve as the Chiefs' top reserve cornerbacks versus Baltimore. Fulton's next chance to play is Week 5 versus the Jaguars on Monday, Oct. 6.

Jamel Dean CB | PIT
Buccaneers' Jamel Dean: Won't return Week 4
Dean (hip/groin) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Eagles.

But, he was downgraded to a non-participant Friday, and he'll now be sidelined for the second week in a row. Kyler Gordon CB | CHI
Bears' Kyler Gordon: Won't play against Las Vegas
Gordon (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raiders.

With the Bears on a bye for Week 5, Gordon will have additional time to rehab from his injury and make his 2025 regular-season debut in Week 6 against the Commanders on Sunday, Oct. 13. Nick McCloud will continue to see additional work out of the slot cornerback position in Gordon's absence.

Decamerion Richardson CB | NO
Raiders' Decamerion Richardson: Not playing in Week 4
Richardson (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Bears.
The veteran cornerback had managed to work back to a full practice Friday after limited sessions the first two days of Week 4 prep, making his inactive status for a second straight game somewhat surprising. The second-year cornerback's next opportunity to take the field comes in a Week 5 matchup against the Colts next Sunday.
