The Dolphins waived Washington on Tuesday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

The 2024 seventh-round pick spent two seasons with the Dolphins. The wide receiver played in just six games during the 2025 regular season, catching three of five targets for 37 yards while being a healthy scratch for much of the season. Washington will now be placed on waivers, and if he clears will become a free agent able to sign with any team. The Dolphins claimed wide receiver Ryan Miller off waivers from the Giants in a corresponding move.

The Saints placed Matavao (knee) on injured reserve Tuesday, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Matavao sustained a knee injury during Saturday's 34-0 preseason loss to the Rams. The tight end's placement on IR means he will miss the entirety of the 2026 regular season unless he is waived with an injury settlement. Matavao logged three catches for 34 yards in Saturday's game and seemed to have a good chance to make the 53-man roster.

The Saints placed Chandler (knee) on injured reserve Tuesday, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Chandler suffered a season-ending knee injury during Saturday's preseason game against the Rams. The running back has been placed on injured reserve and will miss the entirety of the 2026 season. The Saints added Zamir White in a trade with the 49ers to make up for the loss of Chandler.

Means (hamstring) was a full participant in Tuesday's practice, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Means suffered a hamstring injury during Saturday's 34-0 preseason loss to the Rams. The wide receiver has recovered quickly from the issue and is all set to return to practice. The 25-year-old will likely see more action in Friday's preseason finale against the Cowboys, giving him one more shot to prove his worth in a live game before cutdown day.

The Broncos waived Butler on Tuesday, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

Butler signed with the Broncos in early June, attempting to make his return to the NFL after a stint with the UFL's St. Louis Battlehawks. The wide receiver received four targets over two preseason games but did not register a catch. Butler will now be placed on waivers, and if he clears will become a free agent able to sign with any team. The Broncos signed linebacker Ron Stone in a corresponding move.

Bagent (hamstring) was a full participant in Tuesday's practice, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Bagent was sidelined last week due to a hamstring injury he suffered during the Bears' preseason opener against the Browns. The backup quarterback is back in action and has a good chance to participate in Saturday's preseason finale against the Titans.

Multiple teams have reached out to Reddick as of Tuesday, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.

Reddick spent the 2025 season with the Buccaneers, tallying 31 tackles (18 solo), including 2.5 sacks, and one pass defensed over 13 regular-season games. The veteran linebacker has 61.5 career sacks and remains a free agent. Reddick has not had a double-digit sack season since the 2023 Eagles campaign (11.0), but teams are likely hoping to rekindle the lost production in a short-term "prove it" deal.

Chase (knee) said Tuesday that he could play in a game Wednesday after exiting Tuesday's practice early, Kelsey Conway of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Chase has spent Tuesday afternoon downplaying his hyperextended knee, so this seems like it will be a non-issue moving forward after he came down awkwardly at the end of practice. The star wide receiver is a cinch top-five fantasy pick as Joe Burrow's alpha wideout.
