Skyy Moore WR | GB
Packers' Skyy Moore: Expected to ink with Green Bay
Moore has agreed to terms on a one-year contract with the Packers, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports. Per Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Moore's deal has a base value of $2.5 million with additional incentives of up to $2 million.
Moore was productive while operating as a return man for the 49ers in 2025, totaling 907 kickoff return yards and 291 yards on punts across 17 regular-season appearances. He also had five catches for 87 yards on seven targets and two carries for 11 yards. Moore figures to primarily contribute in the return game again for his new team, as second-year wideout Savion Williams (foot) already projects for a gadget role on offense. Moore and Williams figure to also compete for opportunities returning kicks.

Jason Sanders K | MIA
Giants' Jason Sanders: Joining G-Men
Sanders is signing a one-year deal with the Giants, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Sanders was Miami's kicker from 2018 to 2024, before missing the entire 2025 campaign with a hip injury. He returned to practice at the very end of the season, which suggests he should be back at full health a few months later. Sanders had a career year in 2024, converting 37 of 41 field-goal attempts for the Dolphins. His fantasy value in 2026 will depend on locking down the starting job and earning John Harbaugh's trust on long attempts.

Jacoby Brissett QB | ARI
Cardinals' Jacoby Brissett: Expected to start over Minshew
Brissett is on track to keep his starting job after the Cardinals settled for Gardner Minshew as their QB addition at the start of free agency, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
The catch is that Arizona still has time this offseason to add a third quarterback to the mix. Multiple reports suggest Minshew will come in behind Brissett on the depth chart, though Brissett hasn't been informed of any specific plans for the QB roles, according to Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com. The 33-year-old Brissett is entering the second season of a two-year contract, after providing competent QB play during a 2025 campaign where not much went right for the Cardinals. They ended up leading the league in pass attempts, but a new coaching staff may not be as quick to abandon the run, even in trailing game scripts. To that end, the Cardinals are signing power runner Tyler Allgeier to challenge James Conner (ankle) and Trey Benson (knee) in the backfield.

Darian Kinnard G | GB
Packers' Darian Kinnard: Re-signing with Green Bay
Kinnard agreed to terms Tuesday on a contract with the Packers, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Kinnard is signing a one-year deal worth up to $3.75 million to stay with the Packers. The backup right tackle proved a reliable fill-in when Zach Tom was unable to stay on the field during the 2025 season. Now officially back in the fold, Kinnard will likely continue serving in a similar role in 2026.

Elgton Jenkins C | CLE
Browns' Elgton Jenkins: Expected to join Cleveland
Jenkins (lower leg) is expected to sign with the Browns, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Jenkins is set to sign a two-year, $24 million deal with $20 million guaranteed. The former Packer is a two-time Pro Bowl center and was a staple of the Packers' offensive line. The 30-year-old's release was primarily due to Green Bay needing to clear cap space.

Popo Aumavae DT | CAR
Panthers' Popo Aumavae: Waived by Carolina
The Panthers waived Aumavae (Achilles) on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Aumavae spent the 2025 season on injured reserve with an Achilles tear and will now be waived after initially signing as an undrafted free agent in 2024. The defensive tackle has spent his NFL career thus far bouncing around the Panthers' reserve lists. Aumavae will become an unrestricted free agent if he clears waivers.

Anthony Johnson Jr. SAF | NYG
Giants' Anthony Johnson: Waived by New York
The Giants waived Johnson (undisclosed) on Tuesday, Patricia Traina of SI.com reports.
Johnson spent last season on the Giants' reserve/PUP list due to an undisclosed injury. If the 2023 seventh-round pick clears waivers, he will be an unrestricted free agent and will be free to sign with any team. The safety last played in Week 18 of the 2024 season, where he logged three tackles and a pass defensed over 18 snaps in the Giants' 20-13 loss to the Eagles.

Cam Lewis CB | CHI
Bears' Cam Lewis: Bolstering Chicago's secondary
Lewis is set to sign a two-year deal with the Bears, Chris Emma of 670TheScore.com reports.
Lewis is heading to Chicago after serving as a reliable backup for the Bills over his first six seasons. The defensive back played in all 17 regular-season games (four starts) for Buffalo in 2025, accumulating 43 tackles (33 solo), four passes defensed, and two forced fumbles. Lewis has experience at slot cornerback, outside cornerback and safety. The 28-year-old's versatility should serve Chicago's secondary well in 2026.

Art Green CB | NYG
Giants' Art Green: Staying with New York
Green has agreed to terms on a contract to remain with the Giants, Evan Barnes of Newsday reports.
Green played in 11 games for the Giants in the 2025 season, totaling 11 special-teams tackles, including six solo stops. The cornerback was a pivotal piece of the team's success on punt and kickoff coverage in 2025, and he's expected to fill a similar role next season.

Michael Penix Jr. QB | ATL
Falcons' Michael Penix: Could lose job to Tua
Penix (knee) won't necessarily be Atlanta's starting quarterback once he's healthy, as new addition Tua Tagovailoa will get a real chance to earn the job, Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network reports.
It looks like a good situation for Tagovailoa to rehabilitate his value while Penix rehabs from the third ACL tear of his football career. Both QBs are left-handed, theoretically making things easier for new head coach Kevin Stefanski and offensive coordinator Tommy Rees to manage their passing game. The Falcons are also signing WRs Jahan Dotson and Olamide Zaccheaus to replace Darnell Mooney, giving the quarterbacks more options behind the ball-dominant trio of Bijan Robinson, Drake London and Kyle Pitts, but it'll be a while before Penix throws passes to his new teammates. Tagovailoa figures to handle first-team reps through the offseason program and into training camp, at the very least. Beyond that, a lot will depend on health, with both lefties sporting poor track records for availability.
