  • Dolphins' Jackson Woodard: Dealing with ankle injury

Woodard suffered an ankle injury during Sunday's 15-10 loss to the Vikings.

Woodard recorded one solo tackle before his departure from the contest. It's unclear how bad the ankle injury is, and his status at the team's first practice of the week Wednesday will shed a better light on his status for Week 5 against Cincinnati.

  • Rams' Harrison Mevis: Imperfect in Week 4

Mevis went 1-for-2 on field-goal tries and made all three of his PATs in Sunday's 24-20 win over Philadelphia.

Mevis converted his first field-goal attempt of the day, making a 40-yard try late in the first quarter. The kicker did miss his next field-goal try though, pushing a 48-yard attempt wide left in the third quarter. Mevis has now gone 5-for-7 on field-goal attempts while making all 10 of his PATs over the first four games of the regular season.

  • Blake Corum RB | LAR

Rams' Blake Corum: Non-factor again in Week 4 win

Corum rushed five times for just 14 yards in Sunday's 24-20 win over the Eagles. He added one catch for seven yards on two targets.

Kyren Williams has greatly outplayed Corum through the first four weeks of the season, and that continued against Philly, as Williams turned 16 carries into 80 yards and two touchdowns. He also caught 10 passes for 67 yards on 13 targets in the passing game. Williams ended up out-snapping Corum 70 to 13, leaving the latter as nothing more than a fantasy bench stash.

  • Jaden Crumedy DT | HOU

Texans' Jaden Crumedy: Dealing with shoulder issue

Crumedy suffered a shoulder injury during Sunday's 34-30 loss to the Cowboys.

Crumedy exited the game with a shoulder injury in the second half, finishing his day having recorded one tackles, including 0.5 sacks. The defensive tackle's first chance to prove his health ahead of Week 5 will come Wednesday at the team's first practice session of the week.

  • Ian Thomas TE | LV

Raiders' Ian Thomas: Secures TD in loss to Kansas City

Thomas caught both of his targets for 32 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Chiefs.

Thomas logged just 26 of 84 offensive snaps, playing well behind Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer at tight end, but the veteran Thomas has carved out a prominent blocking role under coach Klint Kubiak. Thomas has three grabs for 43 yards and the score across four games this season and isn't relevant in fantasy.

  • Jason Myers K | SEA

Seahawks' Jason Myers: Makes four kicks in victory

Myers made his only field-goal try and went 3-for-4 on extra-point attempts during Sunday's 30-23 win against the Chargers.

Myers nailed his only field-goal attempt of the day, converting a 35-yard try late in the third quarter. The kicker has now gone three straight games without making multiple field goals. Myers remains perfect on field-goal tries, going 5-for-5 through four contests this season.

  • Panthers' Monroe Freeling: Done for night

Freeling (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday night's contest against the Lions, Mike Kaye of ESPN.com reports.

Freeling suffered a knee injury in the third quarter, and his night has now officially come to a premature end. In his absence, Stone Forsythe has taken over as the team's starting right tackle. Freeling will have a chance to get some extra rest during the team's bye week in Week 5 before Carolina returns to action Oct. 18 against the Eagles.

  • Rock Ya-Sin CB | DET

Lions' Rock Ya-Sin: Done for night

Ya-Sin (hamstring) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday night's contest against the Panthers.

Ya-Sin suffered a hamstring injury in the second half, and his night has now officially come to a premature end. The Lions are having a fair amount of trouble stopping the Panthers' passing attack, and Detroit will now be even thinner in the secondary for the stretch run of the contest.

  • Drew Stevens K | WAS

Commanders' Drew Stevens: Makes two FGAs in Week 4

Stevens made both of his field-goal attempts and converted his only PAT during Sunday's 30-13 loss to the Colts.

Stevens made multiple field goals for the second third straight week, converting attempts from 31 and 29 yards in the first quarter versus Indianapolis. The kicker has now gone 7-for-9 on field-goal tries, including 2-for-4 from 50-plus yards, over the first four regular-season games of his career.

  • Jaylin Noel WR | HOU

Texans' Jaylin Noel: Totals 89 yards in loss to Dallas

Noel caught all three targets for 85 yards in Sunday's 34-30 loss to the Cowboys. He added four rushing yards on one attempt.

Despite Nico Collins (hamstring) returning to the lineup after missing two games, Noel remained a big part of the offense, as Xavier Hutchinson was the big loser in terms of snaps and routes. Noel ran just one fewer route than Kayshon Boutte and six fewer than Collins. Through four games, Noel has nine catches for 186 yards on 12 targets. He has a chance to become the Texans' WR2 behind Collins at some point this season, especially if Boutte doesn't start producing.
