Rome Odunze WR | CHI
Bears' Rome Odunze: Limited in walkthrough practice
Odunze (foot) was a limited participant in Tuesday's walkthrough practice.
Odunze missed the final five games of the regular season due to a stress fracture in his foot, an injury he first suffered in Week 13 and then aggravated while warming up in Week 15. The second-year wideout may need to upgrade to full participation by Thursday's practice to avoid taking an injury designation into the weekend, but quarterback Caleb Williams suggested to Jason Lieser of the Chicago Sun-Times earlier Tuesday that he's counting on the young receiver to suit up Saturday.

Andrew Armstrong WR | MIA
Chiefs' Andrew Armstrong: Signs with Kansas City
The Chiefs signed Armstrong to a reserve/future contract Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Armstrong spent last offseason with the Dolphins but was cut ahead of Week 1 and briefly spent time on Detroit's practice squad last month. The 25-year-old has yet to appear in a regular-season NFL game.

ShunDerrick Powell RB | PHI
Chiefs' ShunDerrick Powell: Finds work with Kansas City
The Chiefs signed Powell to a reserve/future contract Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Undrafted out of Central Arkansas last April, Powell signed with the Eagles but was cut following the preseason after rushing 10 times for 23 yards and one touchdown across two exhibitions. He'll try to impress the coaching staff in Kansas City this offseason.

Noah Gray TE | KC
Chiefs' Noah Gray: Production sputters in 2025
Gray caught three of five targets for 30 yards during Sunday's 14-12 defeat to the Raiders.
Gray's production grew year over year from 2021 until 2024, but he took a big step back in that regard during the 2025 campaign, amassing just 21 catches for 178 yards and failing to find paydirt for the first time in his career. With Travis Kelce a retirement candidate, Gray was once looked at as the potential heir to the starting role, but there are certainly questions as to whether he's a starting-caliber tight end. Pending Kelce's looming retirement decision, the Chiefs' offseason moves should be telling about the team's plans for Gray moving forward.

Jahdae Walker WR | CHI
Bears' Jahdae Walker: Misses walkthrough with illness
Walker (illness) did not participate in Tuesday's walkthrough.
Walker will have two more opportunities to retake the practice field ahead of Saturday's wild-card round playoff matchup against the Packers. In the event that Rome Odunze (foot) is able to retake the field versus Green Bay, however, Walker will figure to revert to a depth role on offense.

Robert Rochell CB | CAR
Panthers' Robert Rochell: Listed as limited Tuesday
Rochell (concussion) was listed as a limited participant in Tuesday's walkthrough practice, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Rochell wasn't able to practice in any capacity prior to being ruled out for Week 18, so his limited listing represents a step in the right direction. In order to be eligible for Saturday's wild-card round against the Rams, however, Rochell will need to fully clear the NFL's concussion protocol.
-
Bobby Brown III DT | CAR
Panthers' Bobby Brown: Limited in practice
Brown (concussion) was listed as a limited participant in Tuesday's walkthrough practice, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Brown continues to work his way through the five-step concussion protocol. He'll need to resume practicing without restrictions and gain full medical clearance, including from an independent neurologist, in order to be eligible to suit up for Sunday's wild-card round matchup against the Rams.

Dameon Pierce RB | KC
Chiefs' Dameon Pierce: Makes Week 18 appearance
Pierce totaled four rushes for 10 yards during Sunday's 14-12 defeat versus the Raiders.
Pierce signed on with the Chiefs' practice squad in late November, three days after being cut loose by the Texans. He was signed off the practice squad roster before Week 16 but remained inactive for both Weeks 16 and 17 before logging four carries for 10 yards in the season finale. The fourth-year running back should hit the open market again this offseason with hopes of earning a home on a 53-man roster somewhere next season.

Terrance Ferguson TE | LAR
Rams' Terrance Ferguson: Estimated as DNP on Tuesday
Ferguson (hamstring) was estimated as DNP on Tuesday's practice report, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Ferguson missed Sunday's regular-season finale against Arizona after he tweaked his hamstring in Friday's practice. Coach Sean McVay said Monday that he expects Ferguson to return for Saturday's wild-card date with the Panthers. With Tyler Higbee back, however, and joining Colby Parkinson, it's unclear what Fergusons's role will be if he's active against Carolina.

Karene Reid LB | DEN
Broncos' Karene Reid: Activated from IR
The Broncos activated Reid (hamstring) to the 53-man roster from injured reserve Tuesday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.
Reid had been a full participant in practice the last three weeks, so had he not been activated Tuesday his 21-day window would have expired, causing him to revert to season-ending IR. Instead, the undrafted rookie will stand to handle a role on special teams during the postseason, beginning in the AFC divisional round.
