    The Chiefs signed Armstrong to the practice squad Monday. Armstrong was waived by the Chiefs on Sunday but will remain with the team as a member of the practice squad. The 25-year-old appeared in three preseason games for Kansas City in 2026, totaling seven catches for 85 yards.
