  • Julian Okwara LB | CLE

Browns' Julian Okwara: Returning to Cleveland

The Browns re-signed Okwara (undisclosed) on Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Okwara spent the 2025 campaign on Cleveland's practice squad but didn't appear in any games and eventually landed on the injured list in December due to an undisclosed injury. The 28-year-old will likely spend the offseason competing for a depth spot on the team's roster.

  • Colts' Akeem Davis-Gaither: Signs with Indianapolis

The Colts signed Davis-Gaither on Wednesday, Amanda Foster of the team's official site reports.

Davis-Gaither spent the 2025 campaign in Arizona, where he recorded a career-high 117 tackles (51 solo) and an interception across 17 games. The 28-year-old should have a chance to serve as one of the Colts' starting linebackers during the upcoming season.

  • Broncos' Courtland Sutton: Joined in WR corps by Waddle

The Broncos have officially announced their trade with the Dolphins for Jaylen Waddle, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports, a move that bolsters the team's wideout corps, which Sutton led last season.

In 17 regular-season games in 2025, Sutton parlayed his team-leading 124 targets into a 74-1,017-7 receiving line, with Troy Franklin next in line in terms of targets with 104. The addition of Waddle -- a 2021 first-rounder -- gives Denver a dynamic playmaker to pair with Sutton, providing the team with a strong 1-2 punch at wideout, supplemented by Franklin, Pat Bryant and Marvin Mims, with Lil'Jordan Humphrey along with Michael Bandy rounding out the current WR depth chart. As the 2026 campaign approaches, Sutton isn't necessarily the Broncos' clear-cut top option at the position, a standing that Waddle has the upside to claim should he mesh well with franchise QB Bo Nix.

  • Greg Dortch WR | DET

Lions' Greg Dortch: Links up with Lions

Dortch and the Lions have agreed to terms on a one-year contract, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Dortch served as a regular pass catcher in the Cardinals offense the last four seasons, averaging 35.5 catches (on 47 targets) for 323.8 yards and 2.5 touchdowns in 15.3 games per campaign during that span. While he'll handle a similar tertiary role in Detroit as he reunites with his offensive coordinator (Drew Petzing) from the past three years, he may make his biggest impact as a returner after reeling off 811 yards on 31 kick returns and 185 yards on 16 punt returns in 12 regular-season contests in 2025.

  • Colts' Nick Westbrook-Ikhine: Gets chance in Indianapolis

The Colts signed Westbrook-Ikhine to a contract Wednesday.

Westbrook-Ikhine struggled to solidify himself as a consistent option for the Dolphins last year, when he totaled just 11 catches for 89 yards without a score (20 targets) across 15 regular-season appearances. Now heading into his age-29 season, Westbrook-Ikhine looks positioned to compete with Ashton Dulin, Anthony Gould (foot) and Laquon Treadwell for rotational snaps behind top wideouts Alec Pierce and Josh Downs. Westbrook-Ikhine impressed with a 32-497-9 line back in 2024 with the Titans.

  • Andy Dalton QB | PHI

Eagles' Andy Dalton: Sent to Philly in trade

The Eagles agreed to terms Wednesday on a trade that sends a 2027 seventh-round pick to the Panthers in exchange for Dalton, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Dalton brings substantial veteran experience to the table as a new backup option behind Jalen Hurts, and his arrival could signify that Philadelphia is engaging in trade talks surrounding Tanner McKee, as Connor Hughes of SNY.tv reports. In 2025, Dalton logged four regular-season appearances with the Panthers (one start), in which span he completed 68 percent of his pass attempts for 293 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Since entering the league in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft, the 38-year-old signal-caller has totaled 169 regular-season starts.

  • Chargers' Tony Jefferson: Back with Bolts

Jefferson is re-signing with the Chargers on a one-year, $2 million contract, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.

Jefferson, who turned 34 in January, suited up for 13 regular-season games with Los Angeles in 2025, totaling 57 tackles (37 solo) and seven passes defensed, including four interceptions. The experienced veteran figures to reprise a depth role behind starting safeties Derwin James and Elijah Molden again during the 2026 campaign.

  • Damone Clark LB | DET

Lions' Damone Clark: Pens deal with Lions

Clark signed a contract with Detroit on Wednesday, Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com reports.

Clark appeared in 14 combined regular-season games between the Cowboys and Texans in 2025, totaling 28 tackles (14 solo) across that span. He'll spend the offseason competing for a depth role with the Lions. Clark's ability to contribute both as a reserve linebacker and on special teams could boost his odds of carving out a depth gig with Detroit.

  • Cody White WR | SEA

Seahawks' Cody White: Back with Seahawks

Seattle re-signed White (groin) on Wednesday.

White appears fully recovered after having been placed on IR due to a groin injury suffered in late December. Across 10 regular-season appearances in 2025, he secured three of four targets for 90 yards and one touchdown. White will spend the offseason competing for a chance to reprise a depth role in the Seahawks' wide receiver corps.

  • Cardinals' Teagan Quitoriano: Lands with Cardinals

Arizona signed Quitoriano to a one-year contract Wednesday.

Quitoriano suited up for all 17 regular-season games with the Falcons in 2025, though he wasn't targeted once in that span. He will be a candidate to contribute on special teams and as a blocker on offense for the Cardinals in 2026.
