Titans' Julius Chestnut: Back with Tennessee
Chestnut is slated to re-sign with the Titans, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The 25-year-old will remain in Tennessee after spending his first four NFL seasons with the team. Chestnut has appeared in all of the Titans' 34 contests over the last two years, rushing for 142 yards on 4.3 yards per carry while accumulating 418 kickoff return yards. He's expected to remain a reserve running back and key special-teamer in 2026.

Ty Chandler RB | NO
Saints' Ty Chandler: Moving to New Orleans
Chandler and the Saints agreed to terms on a one-year deal Tuesday, Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Chandler, a 2022 fifth-round pick, appeared in just three games for the Vikings last season due to a knee injury, gaining 47 yards on 17 carries while catching three of four targets for 11 yards. However, he appeared in all 34 of Minnesota's regular-season contests in 2023-24, recording 643 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 158 carries. Chandler will likely compete for a backup role behind Travis Etienne in New Orleans and could also see action as a kickoff returner.

Wyatt Teller G | HOU
Texans' Wyatt Teller: Headed to Houston
Teller and the Texans agreed to terms on a two-year deal Tuesday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Teller was released by the Browns on March 12 but quickly found a new home in Houston. The veteran guard spent seven seasons in Cleveland, starting 95 of his 101 regular-season games and earning All-Pro honors in 2020 and 2021. Teller is expected to fortify a Texans offensive line that allowed just 31 sacks during the regular season in 2025.

Marquise Brown WR | PHI
Eagles' Hollywood Brown: Links up with Eagles
Brown is slated to sign a one-year contract with Philadelphia, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.
With trade speculation still surrounding A.J. Brown, the addition of the 2019 first-round pick provides some needed depth at wideout for the Eagles behind DeVonta Smith. Across 16 regular-season appearances with Kansas City in 2025, Brown secured 49 of 74 targets for 587 yards and five scores.

Jaylen Waddle WR | DEN
Broncos' Jaylen Waddle: Dealt to Denver
The Broncos are trading the No. 30 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft as well as third- and fourth-round picks in exchange for Waddle (ribs) and a fourth-round pick, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Waddle will give QB Bo Nix another quality WR target, joining a position group in Denver that has been led by Courtland Sutton, and also includes Troy Franklin (hamstring), Pat Bryant (hamstring) and Marvin Mims. A 2021 first-round pick, Waddle boasts an ideal skill set for head coach Sean Payton's offensive scheme and surpassed 1,000 receiving yards in three straight seasons to begin his NFL career. In his two most recent seasons, Waddle has only produced 58-744-2 and 64-910-6 lines, but injuries and quarterback issues help explain his struggles. Waddle's fantasy stock gets a considerable boost for 2026, and there have been no signs that the rib injury that held him out for Miami's Week 18 finale will impede his offseason activities.

Andrew Billings DT | ARI
Cardinals' Andrew Billings: Moving to Arizona
The Cardinals signed Billings to a contract Monday. Per Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com, it's a one-year deal.
Billings is a seasoned defensive tackle who played the past three campaigns with Chicago. He started all but three of the 42 regular-season contests in which he appeared during that span, though he could work in a rotational role with his new club. Billings totaled 31 tackles (including 1.0 sacks) during the regular season last year and had three stops during Chicago's divisional-round loss to the Rams.

Jason Pinnock SAF | NYG
Giants' Jason Pinnock: Re-signs with Big Blue
The Giants signed Pinnock to a contract Monday, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.
Pinnock started in seven of 17 regular-season games for the 49ers in 2025 and finished with 41 tackles (27 solo). He played for the Giants in three years prior, and while he served as an everyday starter in that period, Pinnock likely will operate more in a rotational role in 2026 behind Jevon Holland (knee) and Tyler Nubin (neck).

Jowon Briggs DE | NYJ
Jets' Jowon Briggs: Signs with Gang Green
The Jets signed Briggs to a contract Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The Jets placed an exclusive rights tender on Briggs in early March, and the 2024 seventh-rounder will play on a league-minimum contract for the upcoming season. He saw his defensive snap count increase over the course of the 2025 regular season. Briggs played at least 65 percent of the Jets' defensive snaps in each of the final seven games of the regular season, and over that span he accumulated 25 tackles (11 solo), including 2.0 sacks. He'll likely work in a rotational role on the defensive line in 2026 behind T'Vondre Sweat and Harrison Phillips.

Sam Martin P | CAR
Panthers' Sam Martin: Re-signs with Carolina
Martin and the Panthers agreed to terms on a two-year contract Monday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.
Martin appeared in all 17 regular-season games for the Panthers in 2025 and averaged 47.2 yards per punt. He landed 27 of his 56 punts inside the opponent's 20-yard line, which was ninth best in the NFL.

Jack Gibbens LB | ARI
Cardinals' Jack Gibbens: Joining Cardinals
Gibbens signed a two-year contract with the Cardinals on Monday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
Arizona was in need of depth at off-ball linebacker after releasing Akeem Davis-Gaither, and Gibbens has been tabbed as his replacement. While Gibbens started eight of his 17 regular-season appearances for the Patriots last year, he may not be assured a regular role off the bat with Mack Wilson (ribs) and 2025 fourth-round pick Cody Simon also on the Cardinals roster. Gibbens tallied 81 tackles, including 1.0 sack, four pass defenses and one forced fumble in 2025.
